I’ve been renting from this company for a long time and they continue to keep my business for plenty of reasons. The owner, Liz, is the most genuine and kind person I’ve ever met. All of the employees have always been extremely helpful, punctual with providing me with any rental equipment (even on same-day ordering) and the overall quality of customer service is outstanding. You can NOT go anywhere for this type of high-end equipment and incredible customer service they provide for any cheaper. This company has THE MOST AFFORDABLE RATES I have ever seen, in the entire country. I’m a traveling photographer/videographer and I’ve rented from plenty of places before I discovered The Lens Pal. It’s easy to say that these days, I only recommend renting from them (even if you’re traveling for work). They always put a smile on my face when I walk in and out of the door. They provide an ample amount of informative advice and insight on any products. The website is user friendly and the transactions are always straightforward and seamless. 10/10, 5-stars, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Weve been renting from Lenspal for over a year now and couldnt be happier. Being able to pick up our rentals from Harmon is super convenient and their user interface is much more user friendly than other rental sites weve dealt with. Above all things, their customer service is wonderful! On many occasions Liz has called us to check in and goes above and beyond for us on every order. I think the best description is that every time we get off the phone with them were smiling. Most companies these days are very hard to get in touch with and when you do connect with them, they dont make you smile.

I would not recommend this place. First time experience with local pick up from them and we picked up a lens on Thursday at 5PM (4 day rental). We tried to drop it off Saturday when they were closed and were told to bring it in Monday at 9AM so we did. Apparently 9:15AM still means you get charged a late fee. Lens was perfect and local pickup location was convenient but could not recommend due to billing issues. Will stick with other rental locations from now on who are easier to work with when it comes to local pick up and dropoff.

Ive rented from these guys for several years now and I couldnt be happier. Ive made a lot of dumb mistakes when returning things,like forgetting a battery etc but they have always been so so kind and helpful to me. Never had a problem with the equipment, and I love how I can just pick up and go,and not wait on anything to get shipped to me. Building is nice,plenty of parking,easy to get to. Staff are the nicest people.

Excellent service. Picked the lens up from the Winter Garden office. Tried a couple of lenses before deciding which one suited my needs best. Then went to a nature reserve about 30 minutes from out holiday villa in Davenport area in Florida. Dropped the lens off after the rental period without any fuss.

Extremely friendly, great selection of gear for my needs, excellent pricing. Lenspal came through on a day I was going to shoot a wedding. My battery to the flashpoint explor600 was not taking a charge, i immediately ordered to rent the flashpoint, which they carried, and picked it up when they opened in the morning. They were super friendly! Highly recommend!

My absolute FAVORITE place to rent lenses. There is no better place out there in my opinion. Their customer service and product quality is stellar and I have a wonderful time chatting it up with their staff each and every time I go. HIGHLY recommend this group for all of your rental needs.

I consistently rented from a different company for years, and would only use lens pal in a pinch for weekend pickups, and (I can be a bit cheap) because their products are SLIGHTLY more per rental than the other local company I would rent from. Over time I was able to see and experience that was a mistake, by dealing with the horrible customer service of other company. Not at Lens Pal, they are people who seem to care about the consumer as much as their equipment, giving suggestions (that HELP) that you didnt ask for. They have an amazing selection, are convenient since they have multiple pickup/drop off location, and always being such a pleasure to deal with in general (even if something goes wrong). If youre in the central Florida area there is no better option, I promise.-Andrew

My experience working with LensPal went above and beyond my expectations. They were very professional, and extremely organized. Even when I had some issues with some equipment, they were willing to meet me on their only day closed to make it right. I would DEFINITELY use them again next time Im in Orlando.

Worst place I have worked and she only rents to people with nice houses and instagram accounts. minimum pay and the Owner doesnt know much about her business even if she claims. all her information comes from B& H. I was threatened if I write this review Dont get into a dangerous situation apparently warning you not to rent her makes you dangerous. proceed with caution.

It a good spot and thr people there are awesome! They provide great service and always meet my needs. I just wish they wouldnt include the day your picking it up as your rental.

Terrible place to rent from ! I suggest other places like the lensdepo in Oviedo. the process is clear and easy. The Owner has a bad attitude if you ask her a techical question and every answer is on B & H.

A nice convenient lens service I have used several times. They are very nice and courteous every time I have contacted them, and the local pickup/drop off option is great. Ive only rented cheaper gear so far, but its always been in good condition.

Nothing is more awkward than walking into a place youve never been and being stared down by the employees until you make the first words...... That is why theyre are there, to help??? I never got a confirmation email or receipt about my order and the lady tells me that Im late. I had and paid for the lens for 3 days, not 2, 3. Never will I work with this amature establishment ever again. What a waste of time and money. Ill stick with Lens Depot.

There is no other place i would rent gear from. They are great to deal with, i normally come in and instead of just picking up my equipment, i have an entire conversation and end up spending like 15-20 mins just to pick up my gear (becasue we are talking) lol . If you havent rented from the lens pal yet, you are missing out. They care about your order, so even if an order is last minute..... they will have it ready!
