There a lot of things I could say, but to save you reading through reams of details...here are the basics...the stripped down version of what I absolutely loved about The Formal Spot. And yes... I loved this place!I am not a shopper...I do not enjoy the process, I do not have TIME for the process. And yet...this was my wedding and - although I was tempted - I thought my usual habit of online shopping was probably not the best idea. I am very tall, and have difficulty finding clothes that fit - and so I was not looking forward to this process. Add to all of that the fact that I work in the wedding industry...so I see dresses every week...the good, the bad and the ugly and ill fitted. I was a tiny bit petrified.Yet...it worked out perfectly. I messaged Lisa at The Formal Spot with an idea of what I might like, and made an appointment. She was ready with several samples in my style, and offered suggestions for altering based on my feedback. I was able to add the upgrades I wanted, remove what I didnt like, and have the alterations and fittings done, at the store itself...so no chasing around Central Florida and adding extra errands to my already cramped schedule.What I expected to be a difficult process was almost too simple. Selections arent abundant like in a huge bridal store but the selections they do have are stunning and unique! Lisa, the manager, gave me her honest opinion about all the dresses I tried on. The lady who helped me in the dressing room was the sweetest! I loved her! She made me feel so special and even gave me a hug when I selected a dress! I almost cried happy tears! I got an awesome deal on an amazing dress, thanks to Lisa. Im so happy with my selection. I definitely recommend this shop!

I went to Formal Spot looking for a silver dress for my 25th wedding anniversary. When i entered the store i was greeted and asked how can i be help with. I mentioned what i was looking for. The lady showed me a BEAUTIFUL silver dress, just what i was looking for!. It was like the dress was waiting for me! I was guided to the fitting room to try on the dress and WOW it fit perfect! The only alteration that was needed was the length ( I’m 5feet tall). Alteration was done there and within the week i had the dress back. I was amazed with the price! For that gorgeous dress i thought it was going to be expensive. The night of the celebration EVERYONE was amazed with my dress. Everyone loved it! Definitely I will be shopping for dresses at Formal Spot.

I have so many great things to say about this one of a kind shop in Winter Garden. First, I was not looking forward to bridal gown shopping. Formal Spot was my first stop and they were able to fit me in that day due to a cancellation. When I walked in, I had no intention on purchasing a dress. Lisa was welcoming and gave us the freedom to shop around until I was ready to try something on. Every dress was gorgeous! I received honest opinions from both Lisa and Terri and they made the process so easy! When I was done, there was no pressure to buy anything but I couldn’t let my dress get away! I found my gorgeous, one of a kind wedding gown at Formal Spot and couldnt be happier! At our first visit to the boutique, my sister and maid of honor was away on business, but we were able to video chat with her and take pictures. Although, at some boutiques this wouldnt be allowed. I wasnt 100% sure and didnt want to commit quite yet to a dress. Although I couldnt get that first dress out of my mind. Me and my mother came to the formal spot to find my wedding dress and I left with saying yes to the dress! I had shopped around at a few other local bridal salons for my wedding dress and something just did not feel right, literally once I called I knew this store was different. The customer service was excellent! They let you pull your own dresses which I personally love! When you have an associate but pulling what they think or have a certain limit on dresses you can try and makes the whole event stressful. We found a gorgeous dress which I purchased and just picked up and few days ago and it fits perfectly! Im seriously in love with my gown and the price! They dont hick up the prices just because, you really do get a fair deal. Their accessories are great too!Also, I had brought my two little nieces, sister, mother in law, and my mother which most places would be extremely annoyed with such a large entourage including little kids. But they were really nice about it and made everyone feel included!I would definitely recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a bridal gown or formal wear. Theyre really great :)

Back in May, we had a family emergency and to get a break from the hospital, my mom and I went to Formal Spot to look at wedding dresses. I had emailed Formal Spot prior to going to be sure that they would have a dress that I wanted to try on. The owner, Lisa, got back to me right away and even explained to me that dress was evening going to be on sale. When my mom and I arrived, we looked around the store to see what I could try on. All in all, Formal Spot was where I purchased my wedding gown and the experience was great! I can’t wait to go pick up my dress in a couple of months!

Hundreds of dollars and months of waiting for bridesmaid dresses only to have to spend hundreds of dollars to get alterations done! I know tiger woods shops in this plaza but you should really be mindful that everyone doesn’t have tiger money. $400 for a bridesmaid dress is excessive. Not to mention the dresses arrived two weeks past the order date leaving no time for alterations.

I had a wonderful experience buying my wedding dress from here. Staff was nice and helpful. I loved that they were not too pushy and gave great advice. Their prices are very reasonable and they were having a sale/promotion when I got my dress which made it even better. Lisa (the owner) also send me a nice Thank you card for buying from their store. Its the little touches that matter. I will definitely be back for any future dresses I might need to purchase!

Lisa and Terri have dressed my son for a wedding in the most adorable little suit. A few years later they also dressed my daughter in her christening gown, she looked like a little princess. They are super friendly, professional, and they know their stuff. They have so many beautiful items to choose from for all occasions with the best prices. I just wish I had gone to them for my wedding gown when I got married. You will not be disappointed.

My experience at this bridal shop was wonderful even though they have a smaller size shop they have tons of options to choose from as well as willing to work with you in terms of your budget. They were very professional and allowed me to try on the dresses and then they walk out of the dressing room and allow me just to have time bymyself and my best friend who was with me at the time which I appreciate. Lisa at the Formal Spot was an absolute joy to work with and really made me feel special about my big day. I had gone to several chain bridal stores in the area and not only did I not love any of their dresses, I felt like just another bride to them. Lisa and her staff took the time to understand the dress I was looking for and made recommendations that I loved. They were so easy to work with and really put me at ease on what was one of the most important purchases I was going to make for the wedding. I never once felt like she was just trying to get me to buy more by suggesting the right veil or undergarments. She often suggested other places I could look for the same products in case I wanted to go somewhere else. I had no interest in that. The Formal Spot and its staff had already proven to be such a great place to shop- I was hooked. Between the staff and the quality of dresses they sell I would suggest the Formal Spot to any bride. The only thing to be aware of about this location is that you do have to make an appointment to try on dresses. The first time I was there I found some dresses I liked but needed to make an appointment to come back. After I realized that was their policy it was easy to make an appointment as they were very flexible with my schedule.

Out of this world service!! I went to Davids first and left nearly in tears. I didnt know what to expect, but was incredibly pleasantly surprised. Terry was an absolute doll!! My fiance and my soon to be mother in law went shopping at Mens Warehouse the day before I went shopping for my dress ( I was suppose to go somewhere other than Formal Spot) and stopped by Formal Spot. Ironically, at the same time they went shopping, another boutique in Orlando decided to cancel my appointment via email and couldnt fit me it when I was available. He told me about the kind crew at Formal Spot and the beautiful dresses they had (also, my favorite designer Maggie Soterro). I decided to book my appoint online, not to mention it was the day before I was going. We had easily 10 dresses to try on. Their verity of sizes was the best. Other shops had sizes that werent realistic for someone with hips and legs. Trying on was so easy. Lisas mom was dedicated to me, she helped me put on each dress I tried on, fixed the fabric, pin the back, etc. She was amazing and had a lot of knowledge of alterations to help me envision what my dress will look like on me.I am glad I picked Formal Spot. It takes a lot to put up with my tough crowd :)

I had an amazing experience with Formal Spot. I came in to look at Wedding dresses, the first store I went to was this one. Having no experience in this I was not sure what to expect but the associates were patient, kind and informative. They took their time with me and made me feel special. I tried on about 5-6 dresses and different styles, various labels and this was the best thing to do to see what I like, dont like, what looks good on my figure and so on. I was given advice and feedback but never felt pushed or pressured. A few days later I went to a different store with a much different experience and then another store with a good (not great) experience and ultimately came back to Formal Spot to purchase my dress. Not enough can be said about the importance of customer service and be treated properly, which is what I received here. This is a great store and I highly suggest stopping by.I am 58, curvy and there were plenty of dresses for me to try on - I mention this so you know there is a variety of sizes and you dont have to be nervous about that.Side note - they also sell prom/special occasion dresses and have a wide variety of styles/colors.

I heard a lot of great things about every boutique in the central Florida area, but after seeing the selection of gowns formal spot had to offer online I knew that was the first and hopefully last place I wanted to go! THE SWEETEST MOST HELPFUL PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER COME ACROSS. I first came across Formal Spot online I googled local stores in Orlando that carried Designer: Allure Couture. I called about 4 places to check pricing on the wedding dress I wanted. When I called Formal Spot first of all I spoke to Lisa who was very helpful, she told me the price and it was literally a $500 difference from EVERYWHERE else in Florida so you understand my first instinct to check this store out even though it was a 45 min drive.I got to the store, located in a very nice area. I went with my mom not only did I order my dress but I found a dress for my mom as well as my 6 Bridesmaids! Lisa contacted me when the dresses were in We went in to try them on and both lisa and her mom were just the sweetest people. Her mom made us feel beautiful she was so kind to my mom and gave her some good suggestions on how to wear it.If all that wasnt enough... some of my bridesmaids were too busy to travel to her store to pick up their dresses so Lisa was kind enough to just deliver it to them!All in all my experience at Formal Spot was Excellent! I loved shopping for my wedding dress at this store. Every gown is wrapped in a protective clear plastic covering that has a photo of the front and back of each dress on the outside. I felt like I was shopping online. Super easy. They also have beautiful designs, and my helper never once told me I had a limit to my number of choices, unlike the other two stores I had been to previously where thats the first thing they tell you. I chose my dress here.

After visiting multiple boutiques in search of the perfect wedding dress, my daughter found it here. I had seen the store before, but had never been inside and so glad we entered. Lisa and her mom Terri are a breathe of fresh air - what better way to shop for your daughters wedding dress than with the help of another mother and daughter duo! They offered their opinions when asked (which we valued) and accessorized her when she tried on various dresses, enabling her to see the end result and make a decision. Im not a person to usually write reviews but my experience at the Formal Spot has led me to air my frustrations. I am BEYOND shocked this place is as highly rated on Google as it is.This was the first place I made an appointment to try on wedding gowns. My maid of honor came to town and we went very excited with a great attitude. When we walked in, we were asked how we could be helped and I said I had an appointment to try on wedding gowns. The sales woman pointed to the wall behind us at the very small selection of dresses and said, Let me know if you need anything. Thats it. Nothing else. We shuffled through the dresses and I went to the less than clean dressing rooms to try them on. Another saleswoman said get undressed and go stand in there. I was horrified: I didnt know what was going on. I completely struggled to try on 3 dresses. All the sample sizes were size 4, and still the sales lady struggled to pull them over my head so I could get an idea of what they looked like. I am by no means large. The wedding dress I bought was the size 10. She was using all her strength to pull these dresses on me. It was horrible. Needless to say I left in tears and completely discouraged from dress shopping any further. Luckily, I found a store that treated me right and found a wonderful dress. Save your time and go someplace else! There are many fabulous places in Orlando. This is not one.

I have had a great experience at Formal Spot! I found my dream dress and within my budget. Lisa has been so helpful with accommodating my needs and keeping me updated. A very friendly and cozy environment. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Went to Formal Spot at the suggestion of my sister since it was close to her house and ended up finding my wedding dress. Its a smaller place, but their selection was great. They accommodated me trying on a few dresses even without an appointment and humored me the second time I came around to try the dress on again. With a mother, sister, and close friend getting married in the next several months, I have spent quite a bit of time in bridal shops in the greater Orlando area recently. My sister was set on a dress that she found at Formal Spot, and before we went to place our orders I suggested that we check around at alternative shops because I though the price of the dress (compared to other dresses of a similar style and make) was steep- $265 ($238 with the 10% off special for the month of September). Lisa, the owner of Formal Spot, stated that they have the most competitive prices on dresses, and that we needed to order the dress as soon as possible to ensure delivery by my sisters wedding (which is in March). Reluctantly, we went ahead with the purchase, only to find out after checking with several other bridal shops that Formal Spots prices are anything but competitive. Other shops were selling the same dress (as authorized dealers of the brand), at $173, a $92 difference.When I called the store and spoke with Lisa regarding the significant price difference, she seemed less than interested since store policy states all sales are final. She suggested that Formal Spot charging 50% more was due to the fact they were an authorized dealer of the brand. However, this information was incorrect as well, as her competitors selling the dress at $173 are indeed authorized dealers.After a few phone calls, Formal Spot agreed to drop the price to $219, however we would now have to pay for the removal of a strap and alteration as a result of the removal (that she mentioned when we were trying on was easily removable, and stated would be included in the price of the dress) - coming to a total of $250. How gracious of Lisa to drop the total amount by $5.I believe that there are bridal shops that offer the same (if not better) variety in selection, service and attention, as well as competitive/fair pricing. As a consumer I understand that prices will vary by location, but as a business owner when you state that your prices are the most competitive, and fail to deliver on that promise, it is your responsibility to do better than $5.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at formal spot. We did not know this store even existed and stumbled upon it one day. Lisa and her mom were the most welcoming and set us up for an appointment later that day. The gowns they had in their store were stunning and at a much more affordable price than most others. I had a hard time not wanting to try them all on. They made me feel like a beautiful bride and helped guide me in the direction of dresses that were my style and would fit my shape well. I love that it is a mom and daughter shop and even my mom plans on getting her dress for the wedding from here as well. Loved Formal Spot and cant wait for my dress to arrive!

The first place I looked for my wedding dress and the last! Amazing experience, the ladies are very sweet and take the time to really listen to what I was looking for and the type of wedding I was having. Ended up purchasing a beautiful gown that the woman helping me suggested once she heard I was having a beach wedding. I couldnt be happier! I wasnt planning on looking for a dress so soon, but when I called the The Formal Spot to ask a few questions, they told me about a sample sale and it just so happened that my mom was in town so we decided to just drop in and see what they had. Needless to say, I fell in love with the first Bridal Gown that I tried on. Lisa and Terri were very sweet, helpful and insightful. I never felt any pressure to purchase, but I said yes to the dress! I look forward to shopping at The Formal Spot for my Maid of Honors dress.

I would highly recommend Formal Spot to anyone looking for their wedding gown. Everyone in the store was very attentive and helpful without making me feel pressured to buy. Another big selling point for me was that this boutique carries smaller sample sizes for smaller brides. I cant tell you what I difference it makes to try on a wedding dress close to your size. It really helped me visualize what my dress would look like. Overall it has been an excellent experience with Formal Spot in Winter Garden. I have no doubt that the excellent experience will continue once my dress is delivered in August..

I stopped by Formal Spot to see if they carried a specific Kitty Chen dress I was looking for. Although they didnt have the specific dress, they fit me in to try on other dresses even though I didnt have an appointment. Once I tried the dress on at a different shop, I called Lisa and she was able to order it for me for a better price. I look forward to working with Lisa to find my bridesmaid dresses and accessories!

Its always great being watched while you change.. they had beautiful dresses but the dressing rooms didnt have proper closing doors and the workers watched through the door as I changed.

Had an amazing experience here. Was able to try on many dresses, even the two dresses that Lisa initially thought would be the dresses that I would fall in love with. These two ladies are a pleasure to work with, they go above and beyond, making you feel like a princess and are great at making you see the whole picture for you big day!

I was picked to be maid of honor in a wedding last year and when I found out the cost on the gown chosen by the bride was $350 I went on a frantic search to try and find something that was more affordable. Formal Spot did just that! Lisa was amazing in working with me and the other 6 bridesmaids in finding us a gown at half the cost that looked almost identical! We also did all our alterations with there and all turned out great! Formal Spot also stocks gorgeous boutique style dresses which worked great for us for the bridal shower and bachlorette party! Its a one stop shop and no other store can touch their huge selection and amazing prices. About a month ago we purchased my wedding dress from Formal Spot and I could not be happier. I first tried my dress on at a different store that was a little closer to home; however, I did not buy it right away because I wanted some other family members to see it on me first. I went back a month later and the store had sold the floor sample and had no idea when they would get it in again, or if they even would. I was so disappointed and we began to call stores all over Florida looking for the dress. Luckily for me, Formal Spot gave me the date that theyd be getting it in and were constantly e-mailing me to let me know when the dress made it into the country, when it passed customs, and when they received it! As soon as they said it was in, I set up an appointment for a couple days later and went right in there, tried on the dress, and bought it. Terri and Lisa were so beyond helpful and exuded excitement for me, way more than any other salon I had been to. One of my favorite things about this bridal salon is that there arent 20 dressing rooms and a ton of brides and all their family members running around in every direction grabbing dresses. Formal Spot only schedules one bride at a time, making your experience personable and much more relaxed. All in all, I would recommend Formal Spot to any bride looking for a dress who wants a wide selection, wants to be treated wonderfully, and wants a relaxing, personable experience!

I had a great experience at the Formal Spot shopping for my wedding dress. The staff was very helpful and patient. After trying on about six dresses, I narrowed my decision down to two. I tried both dresses on again and selected the dress for my special day. Very happy with the price and quality of gowns they had.

Made an appointment to shop for my wedding gown. I walked in at 10:45 with my family, excited to shop for the dress. The girl at the counter BARELY acknowledged that we walked in, and as I told her we had an appointment, she said Pull what you want and go and try it on. It was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Even if they had the dress of my dreams I would NEVER give them business. I would think again before you book an appointment there to shop for the most important dress of your life.

I was so anxious and stressed about starting the dress hunt and Formal Spot made it so easy! I got a beautiful wedding dress that is so perfect for my beach wedding for a wonderful price. The staff was friendly and I felt so comfortable and stress free once I got there!

I first came to the formal spot to start my dress shopping. I went to a few other places, and defiantly came back to the formal spot for a couple of reasons. 1) It was very easy to make an appointment, 2) Lisa and Terri were able to pick out dresses that I liked off of pictures I showed them, even some dresses I did not pick, 3) Terri was very professional, prompt, and fast with placing the dress on and pinning it. I actually ended up with a dress I didnt even pick online! They also were very accommodating that I went twice to show both my mother in law, mother, and step mother. I would defiantly recommend them, and look forward to my dress alterations!

My Alfred Angelo nightmare came to an end when Formal Spot was able to order new dresses at an affordable price for my bridesmaids! Lisa was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend this shop!

The people here are not the friendliest, don’t care about you and your shopping experience or you finding a perfect dress, only care about if you’re going to buy one or not, i understand business but part of going to boutiques is for a good experience and good customer service. i went looking at the reviews and noticed all bad reviews say the same thing about how employees are rude and not helpful and don’t care, and all responses entail a fake i’m sorry with the owner trying to come back with “all the other five star reviews” the five star reviews are irrelevant when I MYSELF and everyone else who gave one star reviews were treated rudely. please learn some customer service skills and learn how to respond to negative feedback without trying to overtop it with other good reviews. if there is more than one review bringing up your poor customer service then actually try to fix it instead of telling us you’re sorry and good luck on your search

Horrible service... one of the bridesmaids bought and had her dress hemmed there... just cut off the bottom and its jagged and looks like a 4 yr old did itThe dress is 2 inches shorter in the back than the front... and the dress was supposed to have a train.Their attitude is so what... our policy is no refunds period! They said it wasnt there problem... do not buy a dress here and especially dont have it altered here!

I just wanted to say that I ended up purchasing my dress from the Formal Spot after visiting several bridal boutiques. I had visited their boutique numerous times bc I was so indecisive about what I wanted. Never once did they pressure me into buying from them. They were helpful and very kind every time I went there. This is the first place that I looked for my dress and the last. I was pleased with the selections they had. I fell in love with my dress immediately and could not leave the boutique without it. I would def recommend this place to all brides.

The ladies here are very fake and don’t truly care about their customers and them finding their dream dress whether it’s prom or wedding. i’m very disappointed bc you would expect at a small store to give genuine customer service and a good experience. buying a formal dress here doesn’t feel good when you have a fake salesperson.

I had been searching at multiple stores for the right dress, and finally called to schedule an appointment for the store closest to my home, Formal Spot. I went in with my sister, picked a few styles to try, and found a gown I had been eyeing on Pinterest (of course). I still liked another gown I had tried before, and told Lisa I would be back to bring another bridesmaid to see. I scheduled another appointment to come back, and after another very attentive time from the staff, I chose to purchase my dress! And it was perfect that it was on sale, and my size, so there will be very little to alter come wedding time! I loved the ease of shopping in Formal Spot, and the staff is so sweet and make each bride feel special. Thank you guys!

I️ came here hoping to find a dress for my Christmas party for the same night because my costom dress was all messed up, my hair dresser was sick and they were not patient at all and told me I️ need to be quiet, has frustrating as my day has bin they made It much worst! Future brides please be aware that there are a plethora of bridal salons in Orlando - shop wisely. Make sure that the salon you purchase your gown from is committed to seeing you through the entire process so that the gown and the experience are truly special. You should also check the reviews on Yelp for this bridal shop. You will see that there are far more negative than positive reviews there. I am the mother-of-the-bride, Victoria, who posted a review a couple of days ago. Since Formal Spot replied to her review making her seem unreasonable and insensitive, I wanted the opportunity to weigh in. Of course, we are not complaining that the seamstress was in an accident. We wish her the best and sincerely hope she was not injured badly. Our issues with the Formal Spot are as follows: 1) Formal Spot has yet to contact us with any type of apology or opportunity to reschedule the fitting. Despite what they said, we never received any message with an update or rescheduling of the appointment. They have my number as well as my daughters number and neither of us received a call. 2) Formal Spot takes no responsibility at all for anything. The first fitting, when the seamstress accidentally took my daughters gown home, leaving us with no gown to try on at the first fitting their response was Oh well mistakes happen. Now this time their response is Im sorry you feel this way. 3) As for their excuse Its difficult when a bride is from out of town. The real issue is that their seamstress is out-of-town. Brides buy their gowns out of town and in some cases out of the country all the time. If you cant accommodate brides who dont live locally than you have a responsibility to tell them that before they purchase a gown. I have two daughters getting married this year. My other daughter purchased her gown out of town as well from Alfred Angelo in Tampa and we have had no issues with them at all. It is a complete lack of business skill and sense to have one seamstress, who works one day a week (and thats not even a weekend day) and who lives out of town. Come on - Business 101 - have a back up plan in case of any emergency; especially when dealing with such an important event where time is of the essence. Since I was not about to let Formal Spots incompetence negatively affect my daughters wedding; I promptly called two other bridal salons (Something Blue in Bradenton, FL and Jeannines Bridal in Cape Coral, FL) and explained the situation. Even though I didnt purchase the gown from them, both salons went out of their way to schedule a fitting right away and to assure us that the gown would be altered in 2 weeks. Formal Spots turnaround time is 4 weeks. I feel so much more confident having gone with another salon where customer service seems top priority. This unfortunate incident is a blessing in disguise since we wont be dealing with Formal Spot any longer.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at The Formal Spot! My fiancé and I stopped into the shop literally the day after I had had a bad experience at another bridal shop. We were looking for a bowtie for our dog (our ring bearer!) and when I saw they sold wedding dresses, I immediately made an appointment! Having had a bad experience already, I was a little hesitant about going through the dress shopping experience again. Lisa and Terri were super sweet and helpful when we stopped in, so I felt hopeful about my upcoming appointment and I was not disappointed! Terri was adorable and kept me laughing as she put me into all the dresses I had chosen! She gave me her undivided attention and gave me the true bridal experience I had not received at the other shop. And when I couldn’t choose between two gowns, Lisa held the gowns up side by side and went over everything that was similar and different about them- really helping me to choose the right one! I also appreciated that she did not try to push the more expensive gown on me, it was actually the opposite, she was respectful of my budget and really just gave me the info I needed to make a decision to pick the gown that was right for me! I am absolutely obsessed with my Maggie Sottero gown and could not be happier! The customer service at The Formal Spot is top notch and the hand written thank you note they sent me was such a nice touch!! Thank you Lisa and Terri for making this experience so special! I could not have gotten my dream dress if it wasnt for Lisa and Terri! On Labor Day, they informed me of the sale they were having which offered a huge discount off of a Maggie Sottero dress that I had tried on elsewhere, not knowing it was way out of my budget. Lisa is an expert at taking measurements and chose to order one size down, knowing I would inevitably lose some weight before the wedding. I just picked it up yesterday and it fit like a glove! I dont even need alterations! These wonderful ladies know what they are doing and will treat you like family. For them, it is not about making a sale, but making a bride feel beautiful, as each one should. I couldnt be happier with my experience at Formal Spot!!

Service was nice at first for my daughter who shopping for a prom dress. When she asked about alterations she was informed 4 months. Well prom is 2 months away. So without asking the dresses were put away. Not that I couldnt have taken it elsewhere. So my soon to be daughter in law is planning her wedding in 19 mths, she asked about trying dresses and was informed she needed an appt. When inquiries about lace sleeved gowns she was told no its Florida. I mean REALLY. NEVER shopping there. No matter what.

I Went to man warehouse next to itAnd my mom asked me to go to this store just to look at the dresses. But she ended by asking for something else and the lady told her she wouldnt get that unless we were gonna buy it. So Disrepecful! Thats why we left and didnt get anything. If you cant handle costumers then dont work in retails stores. Thats why I leaving one star to this store. Rude and disrepecful costumers Servirce. Dont recommend it to anyone.
