Unbelievable. I just ask for a zíper! Look the photo. It speaks for itself. What else can I say it???? A professional would know if they could install a zíper or not before damaging a shoe. There are no excuses. I am shock! Who can fix this now?

Artzato Shoe & Luggage Repair did a wonderful job fixing my mothers wedding day heels so that I can use them for my wedding day! The shoes had lots of wear and tear, not to mention being about 35+ years old, but he did a great job fixing them and I am so happy and thankful! Went in for a shoe repair on an old pair of dress shoes I’ve had for years. Needed the outsole of the shoe replaced with a nonslip sole so that I could wear them for work (restaurant server). It was well worth the money as they are literally brand as new, and I couldn’t be happier with how they came out!

Wow! My Italian boots had not been polished in 10 years and the leather was white from being worn down. After the heal and bottom being replaced with an excellent shine they look new! Wow! I am blown away! Great job! I’ll be back!

I called to see if they could do a repair on an old, dry leather strap while I waited. He said he could and I hoped he could stitch it to keep the strap from tearing apart. Art suggested that gluing the cut would be stronger and look better. A dab of dye and strap is solid.

I was looking for a new show repair after the one at the Florida Mall closed. To my great surprise, I found out they had moved to Winter Garden. As always the quality of their work is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Great customer service. I have used their services twice in the past 3 weeks, and I also pleased with their work, that I want to wholeheartedly recommend Artzato, for shoe and luggage repair.

I could not be happier with the service and quality of the repairs given by Artzato. I took in a pair of Allen-Edmond dress shoes, with a hole in the leather sole. He was able to install a new, non-slip sole and heel. The shoes looked brand new when I picked them up, like they were made that way. The price was fair and the service was awesome. I will be bringing another pair in soon for the same treatment. Well Done!

I was very pleased to find a quality shoe repair in Winter Garden. It is located in the same shopping center that Aldi is on Colonial. I had been riding around with my husbands shoes in the car hoping to find a shoe repair shop. The owner was very nice and did a fabulous job. I promptly took him another pair that he fixed on the spot. I will be taking him some purses to repair next.

BEST IN CENTRAL FLORIDA! I visited this Shoe Repair business when it was located at the Florida mall, but they have since relocated. They did such an excellent job that I am now willing to drive across town (45 minutes) to get my shoes repaired with this business. No other business compares to them locally. My shoes and purses are like new.

The owner is very personable and always willing to help. My sling back shoes were too large and I decided to get them repaired. A friend recommended this shop and I decided to take her advice. I had a very difficult to clean pair of blue suede heels. They looked like were destroyed but Artzato brought them back to their original gorgeous blue. They look brand new. I am very impressed and glad I chose to come here!

I have been to many shoes repair in the Orlando area, but no one like Artzato great customer services and very good price !!!!I highly recommend them!!!!!

First time I dropped of a pair of my Navy Blue shoes here to be polished, I picked them up a few days later and they were completely Black. I went back a week later to complain and have them fix it and they told me to come back on Friday which was 4 days later. I went back that Friday evening to pick them up and gave the guy behind the counter my ticket and I was thinking he was just taking a long time to find my shoes until I realized he was just starting the job! I was getting impatient because I stood there for at least 25 minutes ...what made it worse is he didn’t even have the service skills to apologize and tell me that he is taking care of it. He just left me standing there and then he gave me my shoes and they were still BLACK!So my once navy blue shoes are jet black now. I can understand making a mistake but I gave them a chance to correct it and not only did they fail to correct the mistake they made but they didn’t even apologize.I would NOT recommend this place and if you still go DO NOT PREPAY because if unsatisfied they will not even offer money back.

Got a pair of shoes shined up and a leather bag repaired. Both turned out great.

I took my beautiful shoes to get the heel cap replaced and the inside of the shoe was damaged. When I told them, they just looked at me like an alien and didn’t offer anything to fix the problem. Took another pair after that, unfortunately, same thing. Sad that the mall has a terrible repair shoe place now.

Artzato does excellent shoe repair work at reasonable rates. I plan to also use the alteration service in the future.

Iv gotten my shoes repaired once and they did good service BUT will never come back because the person who repairs shoes seems to never be at the store. And the lady at the front desk is rude!

I only wear high quality/ pricey shoes and only trust Artzato to fix them. Plus i come all the way from Winter Haven!
