When I called MaidPro I was so grateful they said they would be able to get a team out soon to help me out. Today, Yamilet completed our second cleaning since we started. I texted my husband and told him to never come home again. I want to start a new life with my AMAZINGLY CLEAN home! Each and every room is perfectly clean, gorgeous, sparkling, looking better than the day we moved in. Moreover, I have to be home right now while she is cleaning and our dog, a large lab, is home and not kenneled. Yamilet gave her a toy and a biscuit. I love Wendy!!! She’s amazing! Only setback was that I underestimated the time. 2 hours really was not enough to get the job done, but Wendy did her best with the time and she did amazing. The main goal was to disinfect and remove dust in a bedroom due to my mother coming home from the hospital with low immunity. She was so cautious and understanding of removing all bacteria/dust from the area and that was her top priority. Any extra spots/tedious cleanings I asked her to do, she did it with ease and grace. Other than underestimating the time allotted, I am so pleased with Wendy’s service here. It is a given that if I ever need future cleanings with MaidPro, Wendy will always be my go-to!!!Also, Brittney accommodated my needs and concerns in such short notice (literally 24 hour notice of needing a clean) I couldn’t have been more grateful for her service and her kindness and understanding during all of this. She was very straight forward and clearly cared for my needs and concerns with the given situation. Brittney and Wendy sealed the deal for me! I’ll always use MaidPro now.

Have had a great experience so far with MaidPro over the last 4 or 5 months. Maids always show up when scheduled and during the allotted time frame. I requested the same maid each time so that a different maid isnt coming and going each clean and MaidPro accommodated. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that for what little is required to clean here, price should probably be a little less. Overall theyve done a great job 👍👍

We have been using Maidpro for awhile now and our experience has been nothing short of amazing! Ashley comes to our house ON TIME every other week and blows us away with how detail oriented she is. I know when we have used services in the past, the quality would be great in the beginning and then it would eventually go down hill as the maids became more comfortable cleaning our home, but that has NEVER been the case for us with Maidpro. Ashley cleans just as thoroughly the 10th time as she did the 1st time. Not to mention she is now a part of our family and both of my kiddos love to chat with her and give her hugs whenever she comes by. She makes our life a bit easier and sets the bar high for any other person in the future.

MaidPro is awesome! My parents are elderly and my mom was hospitalized 2 1/2 months ago. She passed this week and their home was a nasty mess. Dad is not the greatest at cleaning. We needed the home cleaned for my dad but also to hold a reception after the funeral. MaidPro was able to do same day service at a reasonable price. Lisa Marie was very sweet and did an amazing job. I would recommend these folks to everyone.
