We have been using First Impressions for years and they always do a great job. Recently I had several area rugs cleaned in their shop for the first time, they came and picked up the rugs and brought them back all in a timely manner. They were able to save a rug that I thought was ruined with a wine stain and pet stain! 10/10

First impressions does a great job on all of our carpets. They are definitely not the cheapest. In fact they are pretty expensive, but they do an amazing job and a very thorough job at that. The only complaint would be the cost. Since last year, their prices went up significantly.

This company is amazing! From the initial call to the work completed. I saw the reviews, however, I was still somewhat skeptical of the work.. they were very punctual and very very friendly. Best of all, the carpet looked great. Not sure what magical solutions they use but my carpet looked great and they didn’t leave it soaking in water. I had new floors installed in two rooms (after a flood, they also sent a wonderful company to help with that ) and new carpet in a bedroom. After that was all completed they came in and cleaned and sealed my tile and grout. It looks brand new. Run don’t walk to have Kurt and Kim clean your rugs. You will not be disappointed. I have two wool rugs that cannot be cleaned in home with typical rug cleaning machines. One of the rugs was so dirty it was grey (original color cream!) and matted down after 6 years of use that I was sure I should just toss it. After they cleaned it, it looks like a brand new rug. I have hired them to clean the other one! Can’t wait to get it back!

What a great first impression! We were moving into a rental house and suspected that the carpets were still very dirty. They were. First Impression did a terrific job of removing the dirt and dog smell that remained, even though the carpets had been cleaned twice before in the last six months. Skip the mediocre-to-bad carpet cleaners. You might save money initially, but your carpets won’t be really clean. And you’ll have to pay again for them try to get them clean. Save yourself time and money doing things right the first time with First Impression. We plan on using First Impression for all my carpet and tile cleaning needs.

My 30+ year old carpet was cleaned so that it looked like it was just made.I just moved to central Florida from the Boca Raton area. I have had the highest rated rug cleaner in southeast Florida clean my rug previously but it was never cleaned as well as First Impressions has done. Also the price of cleaning the rug was almost twice as high as First Impressions charges.Look at the First Impressions website and you will see a demonstration of how they clean rugs. Their system is simply the best.
