Awesome experience! Carlos was excellent! Our wood floors were damage with scratches. He gave us advice on the best course of action as we were selling the house so we didnt want to spend a ton of money on re-sanding and buffing them. October 2020Again we called Carlos Mendez’s EcoBrite family to give us an estimate to treat, power wash, sand, tint and seal our paved driveway. His estimate was right in line with 2 others and we knew the workmanship would be excellent. He also power washed our travertine pool deck which he had treated last year and cleaned up a mildew mess and weedy mess. It still looked great and mildew had not grown back, but we wanted to get off the daily pollen and dust that had accumulated. Great job!Back to the driveway and front walk. Carlos’s Dad, Jose, and his sister arrived on the day we had agreed upon and started working. And boy, they worked hard. The driveway had not been power washed for about eight years but the previous owners had power washed away a lot of the pavers finish so they looked terrible. Now they look practically new, cleaned and tinted. It really brightened up our front yard.Thank you Carlos, Jose and the hardest working little sister Carlos could ask for! Fabulous job! Carlos is good. My carpet has been rejuvenated. The only thing I would do differently is have it cleaned earlier in the day so I can leave the house. It takes a full 24 hours to dry thoroughly and there was a lingering chemical smell. Overall, I’m satisfied and will use his services again.

Carlos and his mom did an AMAZING job on our carpets, tile and grout this past weekend! They spent nearly 6 hrs thoroughly cleaning 4 bedrooms, 2 area rugs, kitchen and front door tile and grout. Needed to get my carpets cleaned to rent my condo. My problem was that my unit is so far away from the parking lot that the bigger companies with trucks didnt have long enough range on the hoses. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Couldnt recommend Eco Brite enough, I have two cats and my roommate has a dog so as you can imagine the carpet was in terrible shape and had urine stains all over it.
