Remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring throughout house. Kathryn did an amazing design that was well executed. Can not say enough positive things. Really paid great attention to detail. Would definitely use them again.

Friendly, on time and customer service oriented. Mid level Cabinetry a little high without countertops but they offer alternatives for every budget!

Did large kitchen remodel job for us. Gave us 8 week estimate as the outside time it would be done, but they always try to beat that.First week was fine, prep and demo, then I think because of too many other commitments, supervision changed and communication really broke down.Owner very nice during sale, but after work started, I feel any questions I had were answered with a lectureWe were led to believe they had most of their own trades on their staff, but all major pieces we subbed out - electrician was a disaster and came for just a couple hours at a time when he came at all ( i think they have replaced him since)The people are very nice, but this was too big a job for limited staff they have, my advice is they should focus on bathrooms and smaller jobs until they hire more supervisors that can communicate well.

Bought laminate flooring and had a great experience. Cant wait to have them redo more flooring and our kitchen!

We replaced outdated ceramic tile with travertine and wood. It looked beautiful initially but within months cracks began to form in the tile. We contacted Rich, the owner of Floor to Ceiling. He came out and said the cracking was due to foundation issues and not covered by the warranty. We have since had two foundation evaluations and their are no foundation issues. We now have cracked tiles in our family room, kitchen, breakfast area, guest bath and hallway. We spent over $50,000 with this company. A very expensive mistake!
