I have a rental property in Orlando but I run it from and live in Wichita KS. I was able to communicate all my needs to Gwen who is fabulous seeing that this job gets done and she communicated with me exceptionally well. Not only did she help me to select my carpet by taking fantastic clear photos with her own cell phone but seeing this job to completion was most appreciated!!! We are very happy with the price we paid to have the house in Orlando recarpeted just how we like it.

They did such an amazing job on my kitchen, its beautiful! They also cleaned my air ducts in my Winter Garden condo. Greatly recommend! Thank you Gwen for helping me through this journey!

They were great! My husband and I found that we had black mold on a few walls in our house and in the garage. We were panicked since mold can spread quickly and cause health issues (which we have experienced in our other home). 411 restoration was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad we called them. They were able to quickly schedule a quick consult and gave a quote on mold removal, repairing the wall, and repainting.They were friendly and fast. I’m so relieved at how quickly they were able to repair the damage because I didn’t want to inhale any more mold. Will use again in the future for any of our home needs

Mold remediation inspection failed because workers did not properly secure the environment.A new waste plumbing line does not flow out. It backs up against the sink trap. Started leaking into the new cabinet.A water service line was not properly fitted and blew apart causing new water damage.The owner denied any fault.Appliances damaged. Existing cabinetry damaged.New cabinet doors were replaced with old damaged ones. The new doors cannot be found. Cabinet trim and wood molding pieces do not fit together. Large gaps in the trim.Applied wood sealer was very sloppy. Stains from the sealers remain on tile floor and edges of cabinets.Original estimate was around $4,000. Invoices amounted to over $27,000.Invoiced and paid for work that was not started or ever completed. Owner denies, refuses to reimburse the over payment. Damages to existing items were never resolved. Again, owner denies fault. The owner refuses to meet, does not return phone messages.

Met with team when they came out to give me my estimate. They were friendly and nice and I gave them my business. Very pleased with that decision. Great work!

Always done right the first time...

Called to discuss a major home renovation project. Person on the phone seemed interested. Scheduled an appointment for the following week to meet at the house.No one showed up, no phone calls to explain why. Waste of time.

They said they remediated water damage and issued a certified leak test on a house we bought and during the first rain that came after we moved in, the roof was leaking into the family room in the same area they had repaired and leak tested. They refused to refund any of the over $5,000 they were paid to remediate, leak test and repair the roof. They should have their licenses revoked and I am in the process of taking legal action against them. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.

I never meet someone to take advanced of people like Maureen Sharon 411 Restauration, she don’t work for the best interest of the client, she Show up one time to sign papers and then never show up again, and she was trying to get money for me so she can fixed my bathroom with areas that had bad construction code, and she know that.The insurance close my case after I spoke with her to leave my house bc I wasn’t happy with them paying me just $990 to repair my MasterBatroom and I never hear for the adjuster again, she know about how the construction code work but she don’t want to let the clients know about it she doesn’t care, after my experience with her I don’t really recommend them. ( Hispanic people get away from them ) they will take advanced for sure .She work for the interest of the insurance and this company should be out of business bc they are theft with license working with friend “adjusters from insurance company “Now The case is in court, after almost 2 years waiting for the insurance pay me to repair my master bathroom.
