Got mine done yesterday. They got me right in. Offered me pizza and bottled water. Tinted the windows on my tundra. Wanted it darker then it was and he pulled all the film off of the back and re tinted the windows darkerFor no extra charge. Couldnt believe it. They know their shyt when it comes to tinting. Fo sho. Forget his name but light skinned guy with hair in a ponytail tail did mine. Really nice guy. I definitely recommend these guys.

After calling and tell them that my windows were already tinted and I wanted them redone they told me to come on down and I would have my car back the same day. Once I arrived they began to give me every reason that they couldn’t do it. First it was oh well it would be late getting your car back I said ok no problem. Then it was well if we remove your tint then your rear defrost won’t work and then I explained that I told y’all that they were tinted over the phone and they we thought you brought the car with the windows tinted and just wanted them redone and we didn’t know it was over three years ago. I could feel like they just didn’t want my business because they over committed and now are under delivering. Very poor business mindset and I would never recommend them not even to someone I hated.

The level of customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. My car was damaged I was lied too and way to much of my time was wasted waiting for them to give me the run around. The manager told me he quit and I had to leave because I asked him to contact the owner to issue a refund. While waiting for my refund two other customers pulled up and stated the tint was bad and one had a scratch on his car which they tried to cover with dove soap
