Guess if your not dark enough or want to spend thousands of dollars at there place they dont care about you. Was there with my own stereo equipment that I wanted installed and some guy after showing him what I had and needed a stereo that would handle it told me that he would send me an estimate via email. Thought that was strange as he was giving out estimates to people of color but wanted to give me mine over email. Well 3 months later he email nothing. Take care of your brothers fat dude. I found a white place that helped me out.

This is my go to audio shop. I just picked up my car and the install was extremely clean and professionally done. I also needed a tap to my fuse box installed and it is SUPER slick! HIGHLY recommended business.

I got 2 amps, a new head unit, and a backup camera installed in my accord. I had a few issues with the work that was done but David went above and beyond to make sure everything got fixed. Im incredibly picky and would definitely recommend SS to friends. Dont go to the place on Reynolda!

Great experience. Called, made an appointment, dropped the car off, was called on time to pick up the car. Excellent work. I highly recommend these guys. I had a cracked screen on my 2017 Cadillac XTS. I purchased the Q screen and they installed it for me. When I come to get my car I noticed that my side mirrors were folded in which don’t happen automatically on the XTS, so I noticed they took care of my Cadillac. And they also fixed My mirrors so when I put my car in reverse they tilt down which had never done that before. I didn’t even ask for that. Very clean and neat five star service

I went in a couple weeks ago for tint removal of extremely dark tint so I could pass the NC inspection. They did an excellent job removing the tint that you would never know there was any in the windows in the first place and they got the job in less that half the time estimate that they gave me. Great place.

I visited Sound Solutions to have my windows tinted on a Mazda CX-5. The tint was extremely well applied to all windows, greatly reducing the amount of sunlight exposure to the interior of my vehicle. This will definitely add life to the leather upholstery, steering wheel, gear selector, as well as other interior features.Great job guys. I DEFINITELY would not go elsewhere for my tinting needs as well as a KICK ___ Stereo System for my vehicle.

Got a killer deal on a whole new audio system. New head unit, 6 great speakers, and a single 12 300w sub, plus all around window tint, and did a great (and ridiculously fast) job getting everything squared away. I feel ashamed I even thought to go to Best Buy first when I wanted a new audio setup. Quality window tint job (no bubbles or peeling), and the audio setup is just absolutely mind blowing. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone.

I wont go back and would not recommend this shop to anyone. Unfortunately I cannot give a Zero star review. Made a verbal appointment three days out to have a system flash done for a new amp install on my motorcycle. Arrived, in the rain, to be told he couldnt do it that day because another store had his laptop. Not his fault.Came back the next day and sat there for an hour and a half because he didnt have staff in the store yet. Again, not his fault. Then the charge for this service was 150.00. For 30 minutes of work. So....your shop fee is 300.00 an hour?! I dont think so. They charge 75.00 to install a stereo but somehow plugging in a laptop is twice as much work? I was given a 25.00 discount for having to come back.The Greensboro store quoted 100.00. The Charlotte store quoted 75.00. The Harley dealer charges 50.00 but they dont have the software anymore so I was forced to use a vendor and made the very bad decision to choose this shop. Lesson learned for me and I hope for anyone who reads this review.

Very professional atmosphere.

Great service!!! We replaced our factory audio system with a Pioneer system that included a backup camera. The dash had to be trimmed to do this and I was a little concerned how it would look. We couldnt be happier!!! They did an awesome job on installing the audio system and tinting our windows, all within a couple of hours.

I must say these guys and lady are great. The service was great. Bam showed me how to work the new system and was very patient and kind. He is such a pleasure to talk to. The owners daughter, did right by me, when they installed the display system. Not only did she discount it, she replaced it when the back order came in. The couch in the waiting area has nap attack written all over it! David was very nice and professional. I will recommend all I know to go there. The only thing that is on the negative side is the parking area is small, but for the amount of business they get, I hope they move to a larger location. Great hire with Bam by the way! I hope you keep him for a long long time.

5 out of 5. I went there about a year ago to have a 12in sub, touchscreen double din and amp hooked up in my car. Usually I can do this stuff on my own, but my car came stock with an amplified bose sound system in it and requires an expensive wiring harness. I just couldnt get anything to work right and connect properly into the existing system. The tech they had help me was awesome. He had me leave my car and I went shopping, the tech called me 30 mins later asking my preferences on a couple details before he put everything back together. Hr and a half later he was finished. Brought the car back home and the system sounded terrible. The music was loud a horrible quality and I could barely hear the lyrics. Way worse than when I brought it in. I called them the next day and they told me to bring it in. I got there, no questions asked they pulled my car around back, pulled my dash and the radio figured out what the problem was(a wiring issue) and had it fixed in 45min total, no additional charge. My system sounds better than even i though it could have. Mind you i only added a 12in. COMP Kicker to my stock bose system and it sounds perfect. Awesome quality sound and bass hits super hard without everything rattling. Great job and shout out the the peeps at Sound Solutions. Id recommend this place to anyone. Great work and service.A year later and everything still perfect.

Awesome service. Got my windows tinted and new subwoofers installed all in the past 24 hours. Took about an hour for each installation. These guys know what theyre doing and they do it very well. Slightly above average price but its worth it for the peace of mind. I will definitely be back for more custom work soon.

This place has terrible customer service. I came in to a light bar installed and windows tinted. The light bar worked for a couple of days and the tint peeled. Called to make them aware of the issue and answered or I was placed on hold for awhile. Then I went to the shop to have the issue resolved and got the run around. I’ll NEVER get any work done there again Horrible service thumbs down!!!!!

Ive had three subs installed over the past few years, and they are by far the best in the area. Even their lounge is very customer oriented with a large couch, flat screen TV and a kuerig machine. Fantastic prices and great customer service.

Had a remote start, head unit and new door speakers installed in my 06 GMC Envoy Denali right after buying the truck. The door chime was too loud and left rear speaker had half the volume as the others. Took it back the following week and they got me right in and fixed it. The chime and speakers sound 100% better. I Installed an aftermarket amp in my bmw e90 and it wouldnt cut on, so I uninstalled it. I brought it in and within 45 minutes or less they completely reinstalled the amp and told me exactly what the problem was, and then finished by cutting the quote I got over the phone in half! Excellent audio shop.

I Had an amp+sub installed on my Audi A4 with a very reasonable price.The waiting wasnt long with first come first served. Theyre very knowledgeable about their products.

Tint was rushed and put on incorrectly. When I tried to show them the tint was wrong the technician told me to just give it a few days it would go away, but bubbles in tint do not disappear. Speakers were busted in 2 days because the wires were not connected correctly. The worst part is that one of the technicians stole my wireless headphones out of the car. Customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. Everything about this experience was terrible.

Went in for a new sub box awhile back, it was inexpensive and fast installation. Highly recommend checking it out.

I got a car alarm put on august 31,2012 and i arrived early and they took my car to the back to put it on my wait time was not all that long i have to say i am very happy with the service and i will be going back again for them to put the navigation system put on my vehicle but i must tell you that i was so happy with the price of the car alarm that i told everyone it was better than going to best buy and having them put it on trust me you want to come here and besides ladies there are plenty of cute men there to lol!

CAR AUDIOPHILE. Awsome Professional staff is knowledgeable, from sales to install, great people.Top of the line products, Kicker, Rocford Fosgate, Memphis, Polk, Kenwood, JBL. Etc. Decks, Amplifiers, Speakers Subwoofers and more. Lifetime warranty on install.Check m outI spent over $1000.00 on my car audio at this place. I had a kicker tweeters moved from behind the pillar ($100 labor) and one went bad, so they replaced kicker tweeter under warranty, Thank you ! But now they don t match. Angle and color. The wiring on the amplifier is a little bit sloppy wrapped up with electrical tape. I want to replace my head unit. Had money to spend that day and was quoted a price of $300 for the unit I wanted. the day before . After waiting a hour .Ended up leaving now they got my estimated price, $1,000 for install of a head unit. Im going to have to look at my options elsewhere.Im sure Ill still do business with Sound Solutions good staff and good people. I spoke with a guy Rockford Fosgate, he said it looks like that they wouldnt mind hooking up a RCA cable, Hotwire and a ground wire, to see what the head unit sounds like over a factory unit. Im willing to pay for the labor. $$Thanks to the staff.But I m a little disappointed. Joey P
