There service is horrendous. It took me over a week to get a hold of someone to let them know they missed our pick up. I found another, less expensive company to use. They said they would match their price, which they didnt. The guy gave me his direct email, but still never responded. He kept sending a contract with incorrect dates. When I tried to reach the company again, no one else would help me because I was already working with the one guy. They couldnt even tell me when they were coming to get their shred boxes, and just now showed up several days later without any notification. I would use any other company.

Been with Shred-It at least 8 years and have never had a problem. Theyre service drivers are on time and have good customer skills. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Shred-It.

This group has a very nice support line, but no one ever follows up after you have signed with them. Totally non-responsive. It is so frustrating, that we are paying to get out of our contract, but they dont even respond to requests for an invoice. Worst company ever

The drivers are always respectful and courteous! They do their job and go about their business! It is so nice not to have to shred paper anymore! We just drop it in a box and let them worry about it! :)
