Place was clean & not crowded. Staff was wearing a face mask & was friendly. Very easy to access store at the Pavilions Shopping Ctr with lots of parking. It is just a small UPS store placed amongst other businesses. It is located to the left of Chucky Cheese & although is well marked, could easily be missed.

Paid full price for a full year of service (business mailbox); over $300 paid. Unfortunately they are not able to provide the services I need (and paid full price for) due to reduced store hours, and only one person currently staffed at this location.This was not brought to my attention when I paid for the mailbox. I ordered a package that same day and had it shipped to the mailbox with UPS Overnight Shipping. The UPS driver attempted to deliver the package the next morning, but the store was closed. No one is there to receive morning packages from UPS!!! Additionally, there is nowhere for the UPS drivers to leave packages when the store is closed or unstaffed. This is a PROBLEM for a UPS Store. Theyre not receiving packages from their own drivers!So, much to my surprise, I was notified the next morning after paying for the mailbox that the deliver driver was unable to deliver my package due to the store being closed. I went to the store and was told flat out by the employee working that he would not refund my money. I asked to speak with a manager, but there isnt one on sight! Theres only this one guy currently employed. He comes across as very stressed, and short tempered. Everyone else has been laid off. I understand the current situation may require a reduced staff, but someone has to be available and responsible when issues arise. Its not that the store is poorly managed. Its not being managed AT ALL!The employee said he would email the owner about our situation, and have her reach out. There is no way to contact her directly. The employee states that she doesnt want customers to have a direct line to her.That was over a week ago, and there has been no communication from the owner.So, in summary, we paid for a service that they are unable to provide. We brought this to their attention in less than 24 hours. Theres no one to contact directly, and the owner has not been responsive. Were out over $300 during a pandemic that is effecting nearly every business in the country. I can understand that theyre in a predicament as well, but it would have been nice to at least receive a call or email attempting to resolve the issue.As a business owner myself I can truly say that one star is more than they currently deserve.

I dont give negative reviews as a rule, but my experience has been from several visits. The manager of the store seems to take no pride in customer service. Twice he has been on smoking breaks outside the store front (not out of site of customers,, and he seems bothered if you ask questions. On my most recent visit I didnt have the package properly sealed (my bad) to which he announced flatley it would cost me $3.10 for him to do it or $3.99 to buy a roll of tape. I am sure this is company policy but delivering bad news should be done with empathy or the 10 inches of tape could have been put on with a note for the future. As it is I had tape in my vehicle but the poor impression of customer care remains.

Went today to ship off some amazon returns and get some printing done. Chris was AMAZING!! The email attachments weren’t opening up properly but he was so patient with me resending them. Great customer service!

I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE AT TIME OF MY VISIT. THE ASSOCIATE WAS APPARENTLY TOO DISTRACTED OR TOO SOMETHING--TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. THE ASSOCIATE TALKED NON-STOP WITHOUT LISTENING TO MY CONCERNS. I FINALLY GAVE UP AND LEFT. THE UPS STORE NEEDS TO HIRE EMPLOYEES WHO DEMONSTRATE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE SKILLS.

Bad customer service. I asked the guy if I can borrow their hand truck since I have a couple of big boxes to drop off but he refused to let me use it. Ive been dropping off boxes to UPS for years and this is the first time somebody didnt care about my predicament.

This store is located at the Hanes Mall across from the US Army Recruiting Office. I do like that the store is easily located at one of the entrances which allows for 2 customers to park for 10 minutes while inside the store. The store pace seems a little slow and the price of boxes at $10 for a smaller and $15 from its slightly larger twin. This is ridiculous! Overall Id give them 3 out of 5 stars and hope that perhaps they will eventually reduce the price of their boxes.

I can say nothing but good things about this UPS store!! Kyle is friendly, helpful and always has a smile. They have helped me with many things, including getting a banner printed super fast. There are convenient temporary parking spots out front so you can stop, drop packages and get on your way. I even got my post office box here!!

So disappointed in this store. I’ve never had good service here and they lost a package I dropped off and never made it right! They cost me 50$ ! That’s almost a days work for me ... not ok! They take no responsibility for their mistakes and tell you anything they do other than taking your package, is a courtesy ! It’s sad to see such poor customer service! Both ladies that have assisted me in the past have been hard to bare. They make you feel sad it’s incredible! And they don’t train the staff! One girl almost made me pay 40 dollars for a delivery that was actually free return shipping! And that’s the same package they lost! I wish I could speak to someone to have them make this right!

Good place to drop off your returns for Amazon or other similar online stores, also a good place if you want to send an expedited shipping service mail package.they also have mailboxes you can set so you can receive your mail there but the prices are on the high end their other stores when you can do the same thing for a lower price, though if you use them is a reliable place and you can get notary services here.

Left package in my driveway and customer service lied and said they’d call me back to resolve but never did! This was over 80 lbs left on the ground! I don’t have equipment to pick up 100 lbs!DO YOUR JOBS!

The hours listed online are incorrect. Do NOT go to this location unless you absolutely have to. Its one of the worst in Winston and Ive been to all of them. I dont know what it is but the majority of USPS workers seem to be mad at the world and everyone that walks through the door with a package. Kevin was particularly rude to me and the package that I left with him was significantly damaged. His bad attitude and mishandling of my package cost me about $100 to replace and pretty much ruined the rest of my day. The pkg was a large wooden sign and was snapped in half... It was really well packed and looked to me like someone had to have kicked it or something. Total jerk. The Pfafftown post office is great and the workers are super friendly and helpful... Trust me go there instead!

Besides the shipping cost and the box, we paid another $3.64+$4.17 for 2 pieces of tape and labor; the top and the bottom of the box. He was just taping the box not even packing for us. We dont mind paying extra money but he should have told us that he would charge us another $8 just for him just to tape the box for us.

Checked the closing time online and visited this location today for the first time.*** The ACTUAL closing time every day for this UPS Store location is 5:00PM, NOT 6:30PM. ***I nearly scared the poor girl behind the counter to death when I tugged on the locked door at 5:09PM with 2 packages in my arms. Then I noticed the hours placard. I had to fight my way through 5:00 traffic to the Knollwood store - which does close at 6:30PM.

Even though they were supposed to close at 7 when i arrived at 645 they already were closed and i was carrying 3 big boxes, disappointed doesnt express what i truly felt! If they advertise till 7 they should stay open till than!
