My family has lived here for almost 2 years and when we do move it will be only because we need more space. This has been more than an apartment, this is our home, our neighborhood. Ive never worried about my daughter going outside to play, our neighbors have always been pleasant, and even my dogs have a friend they play with at the dog park. Staff is kind and efficient, and the office frequently has extras - donuts, bubble bath, Valentines chocolates, etc for residents to pick up. Grounds are clean, well maintained, and feel safe. Never any issues with theft, and even when I worked 2nd shift I never worried about coming home late. Maintenance responds asap, and the issue is fixed with a smile, a joke, a pat for my dogs. Weve loved it here, and have no qualms recommending it to anyone.

This not just an apartment its HOME. The office staff Mya and Karina are awesome. They are quick to respond to any needs. The maintenance staff is just as excellent. The grounds are kept immaculate at all time. However a renewal carpet cleaning would be nice. Overall the best complex I have everyday leased from.

Affordable and pleasant environment! Maintence are very kind and responds quickly. A free carpet cleaning would be a nice gesture for residents renewing their lease. No complaints.

Karina & Mya were more than helpful with my move-in process. I was iffy about this location with the previous reviews, but the staff definitely sold me on making Bromley Park my first home. I was introduced with the Maintenance team and with their encounter I was ensure that they resolve issues quickly.

Amazing apartment building to live in very clean and organized everyone on the office is amazing very sweet and very Proffesional apart mes are very spacious and the price is great. They have a gym,pool and dog area as well as the dog park. Simply beautiful 🤩

This apartment complex has a lovely enviroment for anyone to enjoy, the open pool and gym for residents also lets you socialize with your neighbors and build friendly connections.They also use a resident portal, that way you and other neoghbors can share your interest and plan events on the premises. I been here since July 2020 and plan on renewing my lease for years to come!

Most affordable and decent apartment in WS. I been here over 3 years,

I lived there for 3 years. Never no issues with paying rent or etc. But as soon as I moved out they sent me an invoice requesting $200 for carpet cleaning! I never had a free cleaning the entire time I was there. I was told once I moved out that they clean the carpet every 5 years!!! But won’t to charge me $200 to clean it. There was nothing wrong with the carpet but they made sure to find something wrong when I moved. Don’t move here unless you are prepared to pay unnecessary moving expenses.

Ive lived here since 2018. I have nothing but good things to say about Bromley Apartments office and maintenance staff.

I lived here for one year. From the first day we complained about bugs (roaches, centipedes,ants) and were told that we have to physically bring them a roach for proof. It just went downhill from there. Maintenance staff and property managers refused to acknowledge the humidity in the apartment stating that it is normal. 8 months into our lease higher management was brought in and discovered black mold under the carpet in the living room and both bedrooms. It was so bad that they let us break our 12 month lease early. We had to get rid of shoes, mattresses, suitcases, etc covered in mold. The manager even recommended that we avoid the company since they were so negligent. After moving out management changed and tried to charge us for the damage! I’d avoid this place.

I just moved here back in October and it has been the worst experience in my life of living in Winston Salem. Me being African American I watch employees speak to other races but never speak to me! On top of that the communication with residents are horrible. I was not notified about a situation with my rent and I was told they found out on January 23rd and I was not contacted until January 28th and was given until the 30th to have to it paid.I do not recommend college students or graduate students to move here at all!

I have lived here for 2 years now and have had no issues as far as no surprises on my rent bill nor any issues with maintenance. They are very responsive when I do place a request. The apartments themselves are clean on the inside and had new carpet installed when I moved in. It is also in a good location especially for those who work at Baptist or Novant hospital since it only takes me 8 minutes to get to work. Its only about 10$ or less for an Uber or lyft ride to downtown as well. I wish I didnt have to move out, this place is a pretty chill place.

Staff is very friendly. Very quiet and dont hear upstairs neighbors walking around. Wish had found these apartments a long time ago.

Management is not responsive. If you have neighbors around you making loud noise at all hours of the night they will do nothing about it.

I have not had any problems in the apartment but the rent is too much for a fourth payment 699 for a room and today to renew the contract will cost you 80 dollars more. !!!! What else do you want. The room is not fancy to charge much
