This year I photographed a wedding at Spring House Restaurant in downtown Winston Salem. Hauser Rental Service provided the tent and other rentals. And it was gorgeous! A lot of brides and grooms are worried about having their wedding in a tent because they think it will be unsightly. I totally disagree! Hauser did a fantastic job of setting it up so nicely. The white walls and ceiling of the tent actually created a huge light diffuser, bouncing light back onto the couple and guests, creating airy and light-filled images. I highly recommend Hauser for all your rental needs!

Hauser has always been a great rental service company. I have used it personally and for work events and they always meet the expectations. Their prices are reasonable. I love that if you have a weekend event you can pick up Friday and return on Monday at no extra charge; makes life easier for many! They have just about everything you can think of for an event.

These guys are great. We use them all the time for chairs when we do special events. Quick in, quick out and excellent service!

Edit to original review: this situation was taken care of immediately and we were not help responsible for these charges. Hauser handled this properly and quickly. I would just say, if you use this company, or any other for that matter, count and recount and recount.We used Hauser for our wedding 2 weeks ago. We originally asked for 11 six foot tables, 11 navy blue table clothes, and 70 chairs. When these items were picked up they offered more chairs for a total of 75. These chairs were counted by a couple of different people whom couldnt agree on a total number. My mother dropped these items off for us the monday after our wedding, as we were already out of town. She was told we were 7 chairs short. Today, we recieved a bill for approx $180, stating that we had not returned 8 chairs. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Great selection and great prices on tables, chairs, arches, cotton candy machine, grills, wedding and party food service supplies - just about anything you need for a party - they have. Very kind and helpful staff too.

We rented our plates, silverware and propane heaters from Hauser. They were awesome in terms of ease of dealing with them, responsiveness, and delivery and pick-up. They are pros and I recommend them!

The guys who unload the trucks are very friendly but their workload is too heavy for the amount of people they have. I feel their workers are not being treated fairly.

We are Antique Dealers. We engaged Hauser for a tent rental for the Liberty Antiques Fair the last weekend of September 2017. We were assured the tent would be ready by Thursday the 28th of September at 8 AM. Hauser informed us they would begin setup on Tuesday of that week. Arriving Thursday morning around 8:30 we found our tent was not set up along with at least 6-8 Dealers that had also engaged Hauser. Dealers that had traveled hundreds of miles in some cases only to find they could not set up their goods due to tents not being erected. We called Hauser and were told that they did not have time to get to everyone and that they would be by during the day to set it up. This is a bi-annual show. Hauser had 6 months to plan for this event. This is an event they have done many times. This time they failed miserably. We informed Hauser that it was not our problem but theres. We contracted for a service that was not delivered. We were fortunate that there was another tent company on-site that came to our rescue. In speaking with Hauser concerning a full credit of our billing, they hung up on us. We now have received credit for our payment.We would advise not depending on this company to deliver what they promise. We will not be using them ever again. Riverhills Antiques.
