Another of my favorite USPS facilities. Clean and orderly. Nothing but courteous and knowledgeable window service clerks. Big lobby. Ample parking, Conveniently located a mile down Healy Drive off of Stratford.

I never get my packages. I’m home 24/7. No attempts made. This has happened 3 times now. My packages was marked for attempted delivery on a Sunday. On Monday I attempt to get it from the office and they have no idea where it is. I wish I didn’t have to deal with USPS

Slow! Always a huge line. Takes forever. Parking lot giant potholes are like driving through an obstacle course to not destroy my vehicle. Terrible location with entrance literally in a stop light intersection.

Our mail man is so rude you only get mail about twice a week and when he does deliver he hits your mail box to the ground. I received mail that was marked two weeks late. When you ask he will say dont care they need to get need people that care.

Tony in receiving is a very good guy and helpful. Nothing wrong with being polite it doesn’t make you weak- he’s a good guy Winston Salem take a chapter from this guy and do the same . By the way give him a raise but no promoting him anywhere else man he’s a good presence.

My package has been sitting in their facility for 2 weeks . Package never delivered & then they sent the package back an address that doesnt exist in California!

Worse post office there is! I waited on hold for 43 minutes before hanging up! Reason for calling was that the postman doesnt pick up my outgoing mail! My ballot has been in my mailbox for a week! Cant get a person to talk to!

Worst place ever visited! Employees were fighting between each other. No empathy for customers waiting in the line trying to get their packages out for the holidays.

Nice and friendly staff. Line may seem long but goes quickly. Since it’s so big though I wish they had an automated kiosk

I have no problem with the post office. The huge problem is with getting the ACTUAL phone number to that branch and the run around on the absolute worst phone customer service I have ever used:the usps. You cant even talk to a live person and when I finally got the results for tracking my package it sounded like garbage.

By far the best post office experience of my entire life. I dreaded going in as it is full-on holiday time. I even set aside my entire 1 hour lunch break to deal with the anticipated gauntlet.From the moment I walked in until the time I left(less than 5 minutes btw!!!) I was greeted and treated with respect and care. Immediately a gentleman approached me and helped me with questions I hadnt even had a chance to ask yet. 2 minutes later I was summoned to the front of the line. I was even given a discount I didnt know about because of how I was shipping.In and out in under 5 minutes during the holidays. Unbelievable. Thank you so much to this team and restoring my faith in the US Postal System.

Been here about 4 or 5 times now. The Postal workers are always friendly, positive, kind, and helpful. I have never had even the slightest of unpleasant experiences here. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because getting in and out of the parking lot it a bit difficult.

My name is Felicia Jacobs, Im 46 years old and disabled. My mother Ruth Jacobs is 68 years old and has a heart defibrillator, which makes me worry about her sometimes. My mother happened to go to the this post office on yesterday, not realizing that she would become ill. She almost fainted and some of the customers helped her out. But I want to give a special thanks to the employee at this branch that helped her out by giving her a chair and helping my mother from fainting and going into possibly a diabetic comma. So I dont know her name. But thank you soo much for being a special ANGEL at the needed time. Oh yeah I forgot to mention her name, thanks Carol Ewing.

The website says this is a 24th post office. They are supposed to be open, but no one is answering the phone. I called at 1 am and again at 6 am. No answer. I also drove to the post office, all doors are locked and inside lights are off. This needs to be amended on the website. If it says 24 hrs, thats what I think. If PO boxes only are accessible 24hrs, that should be clarified.

Next time you want to be super rude to customers and ask them if they are line, when clearly they are standing there waiting patiently... make sure you have a sign that informs people where a line starts.

Ill pick up my mail at a safe area, where their are plenty of places for parking.

Its 2016, and this location doesnt take debit cards. So, unless youre still stuck in the 80s like this location, just go to the USPS location in Hanes Mall.
