First, let me say I am very picky. I cannot express how happy I am with the outcome of my recent house washing. Richard was extremely professional, very personable, and all around pleasure to deal with. The house looked amazing when he finished his magic! I am litterally tickeled to death. Richard was very careful in covering all exterior door handles, outlets and even the doorbell. His clean up was thorough as well. He was very interested to know how we felt about his service. Lets just say, hes a keeper!!! Oh, and he installed our garage door openers when we moved into our house a little over three years ago. Again, excellent work! Well worth every penny in both of the jobs he did for me.

Rich did a fantastic job soft washing my house. I cant believe I let it go so long. There were a couple large areas turning green, but theyre all gone now. And my gutters look great too. He did a very meticulous job and well worth the money. I would recommend their services.

Rich and his team did a phenomenal job cleaning the exterior of our home. The driveway looks like it’s new and he successfully got rid of all the bugs, dirt, and debris that plagues vinyl siding. I rated this company with 5 stars rating because my house was astonished after the clean. The gutters look new! the outside windows was spotless! The framing, column was nice and white. Rich and his staff are personable, professional and gives discounts to veterans.

The team did a great job. Im very happy with the results. The only issue I have is that my bi-monthly water bill went from a normal of $157 to $269. So a month after getting my house, roof, and driveway cleaned, I get an increase in my water bill by $112. It would be nice if there was a discount off the total cleaning price for anticipated water usage (at least a little help to cover some of the extra water bill). Its kind of like paying for the gasoline in addition to the price to cut your yard for lawn service.

Just recently, I had a spring break on my residential garage door, I called and scheduled an appointment and actually had to cancel the appointment, yet Rich was very flexible, he shifted his schedule around and arrived two days later, and completed the job. I was skeptical that soft washing could be as effective as pressure washing but after a friend had his home cleaned, I also had ours cleaned. They removed stains from the trim around the garage doors that I have pressure washed 2-3 times using Krud Kutter and other cleaners from Lowes. Ive always been a DIY guy but this is money well spent.

Ironically, these professional cleaners left promotional trash all over my neighborhood! They tossed a flyer with a big binder clip attached in everyones driveway. Flat tires anyone? Now the flyers are disintegration in the rain as cars drive over them. Not good :(
