The worst gutter guards that I have ever had installed! All debris sticks to them. I still have to get on a ladder 3-4 times a year to remove the debris.Also when the crew made the gutters they made one side too long. Instead of shortening it to the correct length, they just not notched out my aluminum fascia covering and let it hang over the end of my building.When I texted Greg about what the gutter guards were doing this was his response;If you find a worry free system you let me know because everyone will be selling the same thing. There not a total maintenance free system out there just some less maintenance than othersSuch a pitiful response considering what Leaf Relief website states!Greg never offered to come out and see or correct the situation. So much for customer satisfaction!

Very pleased with Greg and his crew. Greg was immediately responsive to my initial call and came to my home to assess my situation. He quoted me a fair price and his crew showed up when he said they would (a rarity these days). I will definitely use Greg again!

The Leaf Relief product installed by Greg’s Gutter Service is HORRIBLE! Yes, it keeps debris out of my gutters per say BUT since the product is installed inside the gutter the debris gets caught in the Leaf Relief tray. So, I still have to climb a ladder and remove debris and leaves. A total waste of money.Leaf Relief is NOT maintenance free and should be advertised as such. It doesnt matter how much it rains or how strong the wind blows, the debris and leaves get caught in this tray.See attached images. These guys did a great job on new gutters on a flip house for me. Showed up when promise got work done in a very timely manner and had a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and I will be using them again in the near future.

Updated: after expressing my concerns to Greg regarding the quality of work performed, I received a letter of apology and a partial refund in the mail today. I am very appreciative of the fact that he was upset by what had happened and felt compelled to make it right. This is what good business is all about and reviews should reflect not only the five-star experiences but also how a business handles things when they do not go right, as that is the truest reflection of what kind of people you are dealing with. Thank you, Greg, for providing excellent customer service. I will be calling you in the fall for another gutter cleaning. Update, I did call Greg for another gutter cleaning but he was booked up! Thats good news. I had to go with another company but will call Greg again first.

I would recommend Gregs Gutter Repair for repair services. There was an issue with the work Gregs assistant performed and Greg returned and corrected the problem. Integrity is what one does when no one is looking or is aware and Greg showed his professionalism and integrity.
