I had a horrible experience with this business. Very unprofessional in terms of communication and abiding by the time-constraints agreed upon in the customer-clientele contract. A job that was supposed to take two-weeks lingered on to a month with little to no communication initiated by Tiffany. I had to text and/or leave a voicemail several times before receiving a response. At points in time, Tiffany communicated via text outside of business hours. Very disappointing experience, I did not even receive the piece that I went to her for to be created and had to argue/fight to receive a full refund and receipt. All to be told that Tiffany was still going to create the design/outfit in her own time and sell it to receive a profit. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a piece to be created or altered. Extremely slow service and highly unprofessional.

We have used Bella Te Couture Formal and Alterations Shop for EVERY one of our wedding events thus far. My fiancée is very slim and very particular lol Tiffany Flowers has always gone above and beyond to make sure his outfits fit perfectly 💕 We really appreciate all of the work that she and her staff have done so far and we’re very excited to begin alterations for the BIG DAY 👰🏽‍♀️

I was able to contact the owner regarding a large ongoing project of a product I was selling. After calling many shops across Greensboro and Winston-Salem, she was the first and only person to accept that project and confirm she was able to take it on! She provided quick, responsive, professional and adaptable services! She has been extremely helpful in her turnaround times as this product is sold online and requires merchandise on hand. Tiffany is amazing !!! She did a perfect job on the alterations for my daughters dress and even met us after hours to work with my daughters work schedule !! She redesigned the sleeves to my daughters dress the way my daughter wanted and the hem was perfect on her dress !! We would highly recommend this business and will be returning .

Meeting with Ms Flowers I found her very pleasant and professional. My work was done on time and the outfit fit me well. Being a plus size woman can sometimes be a problem to get a nice outfit to fit you well but it wasn’t a problem at Bella Te Couture. .
