Carried someone to rent a wreckcalled, said car available there, wasnt there as said. Told to return in about an hour. Inside of car smelled of marijuana, dirty on inside, slick tires on drivers side, especially front.Car was no cheaper here than getting a nice, clean, well maintained from the big name car rental facilities.Speaking for myself, I wouldnt recommend this business.

Used to be my go to place for rental cars until this last time I rented a car from them. Wouldnt allow me to drop the car off after hours to avoid an extra day fee when I didn’t need the car for an extra day . Stating they don’t do it when clearly I’ve done it with all the rentals I’ve rented from them in the past. Called for an extension on the car first I asked if they could just use the deposit there reply was no . So then I was asked to email a picture of my card which I found VERY unprofessional and refused . Wasn’t made aware of the fact that I had to return the car the same time it was picked up and was charged another day . I was told they were under new management. Hell they should have kept the last ones if you ask me.Sad say in my 4 years of renting from them I will not be returning or recommending .

Priceless Rentals has very good Customer Service. Ive been dealing with them right at year now. Theyve satisfied me to the max. I have no complaints about them at all. Priceless keep doing great business.

Worst cars to ever rent. They are TOTALED CARS that’s have been fixed somewhat being rented out. Switch cars 3 times and they were ALL garbage. The one they said you had to have full coverage insurance for was IN WORST CONDITION. Speakers were completely blown out not able to listen to music. Car had bad vibration. I ended up paying $450 for not even a week. Never go here go to ENTERPRISE OR ANOTHER RENTAL PLACE. Cheaper daily rates not $50 a day with full coverage. It’s a little more in deposit but it’s worth it and wayyyyyy better cars!!!!

Well first and foremost. Crystal I “thought” was ok to work with. I rented a badly peeling paint Kia Soul. It had a no smoking clause, yet the drivers seat had two cigarette burns on it. The car reaked of weed, the trim on the drivers door I had to seal with silicone caulking to prevent from it falling off. The center console had several items still in it with melted candy. (So I never used it) well my biggest complaint above all that was I used the vehicle for a few weeks. She changed the prices as she seemed fit. She said “it’s a van” yet right this very moment I am looking at a 2016 Kia Soul for rent for $37.95 per day. I was charged 47.50 per day. Why is that crystal? The first additional week you gave me a good deal, after that you went up on your prices. Do not argue this matter because I have your text messages saying it was a van. So the 10 dollars ADDITIONAL fees I paid should be reimbursed to me. I kept the car in BETTER condition than when I first got it. But please now show me where a Kia Soul qualifies as a van? Which is premium rates. Yet on your website there is one for 10 dollars less. When might I expect my credit back on my card? This was 2 weeks if premium rates. 14 days times 10 per day is $140.00. I appreciate you being a dog foster person....but you must get a kick back or commission contingent on your rentals. I hope to see a viable answer.

This was a horrible experience, they take you through hell just to rent a car, and the van we received had many scratches and dents, the speakers were completely messed up, aux input constantly shut off, the change oil light stayed on the entire time, one of the doors were faulty and wouldn’t open from the inside and outside, and there was a bad smell in the van when we first rented it. One of the employees was rude and failed to disclose important information that caused us to pay and extra fee. I do not recommend this place at all, I believe it is not worth it!!!

Do not recommend!! The shuttle busses do not run as advertised. We had to wait 30 minutes for a bus. When we got to the agency and up to an agent 1.5 hours had passed. Then they told us they did not have the car we reserved but wanted to charge more money for another car that met our seating requirements. There are much better and more reputable options out there .... choose one of those.

Horrible experience I will not be back to rent car, yes I was under 25 renting a car and I appreciate you guys for working with us other than that my experience was horrible. There was a a lot of discrepancies with the website and what was being told in person. A lot of information regarding insurance was not specified online or when the deposit was payed, we had to to Waite hours just to get the car we didn’t have the information that we needed which should have been specified before they took our deposit they had to go through all of this confirmation legal information which I understand but it should have been specified online or when we payed the deposit the rules and regulations regarding insurance and everything that needed to be brought the day of picking up the car.We had difficulties after driving the car that I instantly called about while we were on out trip. The insurance issue and the difficulty we went through just to get the car was not even my biggest issue, My biggest issue was the disrespectful customer service that I received from a hispanic lady or woman of a different race with black hair sitting at the desk farthest to the right when you walk in, she was EXTREMLY rude and disrespectful to me on the phone cutting me off while I was trying to explain what was going on and not even letting me talk and when I finally dropped my car off and was explaining the situation to another employee she interrupts me and tells the employee I was talking to that she was not being rude, and Ive worked in customer shrive before and that was disrespectful customer service right there. I understand there were some discrepancies between the time on my confirmation number which was 5 oclock and the time that the lady told my father (who was the provider since we were under 25) which she should have told me the one that was driving the car that the time was changed. Anyways I dont care what was gong on with the online system there was no need for the lady to get a attitude with me and argue with a customer when I was just simply explaining to her what my 2 eyes saw on my confirmation receipt. I will not be back, we did not get any apologies for the car acting up, for the rudeness of the employee, or for the complications that we experienced. I do not recommend them at all yes I know they were trying to help us because we were under 25, but the problem was miscommunication with the website which needs to be taken down or fixed. Again I had a horrible experience with renting a car and the car had its own complications and then on top of that the lady was rude as hell and you dont talk to customers like that period no matter if their was miscommunication or not.

Unless you want to be charged for a flat tire, on two vehicles, then I would not recommend going here at all. Due to the lack of upkeep of this institutions practice Endured an incredible amount of cost and ridiculous circumstances. Being stranded on the side of the road in the late night hours, having to have a police officer take me to a hotel so that I could have lodging for the night two times not just one two different cars both of them were junk. I spoke directly to the CEO and asked him nicely to reimburse me for the costs that I incurred due to the bad products that they provide. The CEO is a weasel, and a weakling and kept looking at the manager Jim for guidance. I left this experience thank God spending a total of $362 in additional costs due to their lack of proper upkeep of their vehicles that they rent. I say this with the most sincere depths of my heart I truly believe that these people are renting cars that are dangerous to even drive or operate on the highway. Do not go to Priceless Rental Car please I beg you especially if you’re bringing children. They were rude and non negotiable and while I was there I was being stared at uncomfortably buy some Hispanic woman, and the general manager threatened me multiple times that he would call the cops If I didn’t leave. Priceless Rental Car is a sham, scammers, and in my eyes quite possibly the worst business in operation in the whole Triad I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau And plan on taking out a lawsuit.
