EXCELLENT! Katie and her staff are great. We had to put a house full of stuff into storage, not knowing how much space we needed, we started with a 10 x 15 when the movers showed up that quickly filled up. Not to worry Katie worked to find a 10 x10 close by and problem solved. No matter what your storage situation I would call Katie at Cube Smart to help out.

Jo was incredibly helpful to me! My unit had to get changed a few times because I underestimated the amount of stuff I had, and Jo really helped me! She made sure I was still getting the same discount and that all my paperwork worked out for the new unit. Thank you!!

The environment is clean and well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful, however after paying for the entire month and moving out twenty four days early there was no refund offered. This is available at other facilities we have used.

Excellent customer service, convenient location (its literally a stronesthrow distance away from where I live) and the pricing isnt bad for the size of the unit Im in! The loading dock makes it so easy to get everything in and out in a timely and easy manner. Its also very safe and Im able to load and unload behind a safety gate that opens and closes to prevent anyone from approaching me. They also offer 24-hour access for $15 per month which is essential for the type of business I do with them. Jo and Katie were more than helpful and welcoming when I transferred everything from Bee Safe Storage on Broad to here a week ago and everythings been great already! Id highly recommend CubeSmart over Bee Safe or Public Storage especially with the location!!

The staff was very helpful in letting me know about the facility before I got a unit and even more helpful when I was moving out of my unit. I decided to use a pod/relo cube in order to move my things and Jo was super-helpful throughout the process, she checked with the manager and was able to let me know where the pod/cube could be parked for a few days and made sure it was as close as possible to one of the entries for the move.

I would highly recommend CubeSmart. The rental process was very easy! The agent answered all my questions and set me up with the appropriate storage unit I needed. The storage facility is immaculate! While moving stuff into storage, Joan, checked in with us to see if we needed anything and also clarified how to lock up the unit. It was great that they had multiple carts we could use to transfer items from the Uhaul to the unit. They have a spotless bathroom inside the storage area! I was very happy with the whole rental process and feel very comfortable with my belongings in their storage unit. The only thing I didn’t know about was that they have a moving truck you can use for free. I was only moving locally so this would have saved me about $80. Ask about the free use of their truck being an option.

Great facility and very helpful management

Jo was wonderful. She helped me complete everything over the phone. She was courteous, kind and very personable. I did make it out later that day to see the unit and puck up the lock. Jo greeted me, took me to the unit and explained everything. She made sure i understood everything before i left. She encouraged me to call her if i had any questions, concerns or comments. The buildings are very well kept, airy and bright lighting...perfect condition.

It was climate controlled, the staff were awesome and it wasnt as expensive as other storage units Ive had.

You have a very clean facility. Storing my things was very easy and carefree. Very well lit with plenty of storage space within the units. Also they have carts to help carry your merchandise in for easy toting. The staff is very nice and friendly. They always notify you immediately if there is any problem that come up. There is always that nice and friendly service there. You gotta love them! Two thumbs up!

We recently moved from Illinois to Winston-Salem and selected Cube Smart for our storage needs based on the reviews here. I have to tell you that they did not disappoint. From the very beginning, Jo the manager at this location was simply awesome! She could not have been any nicer and so helpful with the entire process. She maintains a super clean facility and is a pleasure to deal with. Even the day we were moving in, it was very warm and she brought us some cold bottles of water right to our unit. We ended up needing a second unit and Jo went right to work to find one close to our main unit that was just the size we needed. I told Katie the general manager that we had a great experience as customers at this facility and Jo was 90% of the reason. The other 10% is the company itself and its high standards and training provided to all of its associates in delivering outstanding service and great facilities. We give this location the highest recommendation! Five Stars!

This is an excellent storage unit. A friend and I stored our belongings here for 3 months over the summer. The prices were great (we also had a first free month promotion) and the truck rental was easy and cheap as well. The units are very nice, temperature controlled and everything was as it was when we returned. But what impressed me the most was the manager, Katie. She was so friendly every time we went in or had questions, and went above and beyond to help us out. I will recommend this facility to everyone I can! 10/10.

You can probably obtain cheaper storage space in Winston-Salem, but youll be hard pressed to find a better operated, clean, and secure storage space. I have been very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, particularly Katie. Im completing 10 months my storage needs and the assistance from and the attitude of Katie have been amazing.

I work right by the Cube Smart facility off Witt Street. When they completed the facility, I admired how nice and clean it looked. Once I found out I needed to rent a storage unit, they were immediately the people I wanted to rent with. Daniel was so helpful and professional and worked with me when I changed up my moving day on him a few times. It was so easy and love the convenience and the access hours. Not to mention, getting the first month free and 15% off for 6 months was a huge plus!! Definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with EVERYTHING about CubeSmart Self Storage in Winston-Salem. First and foremost was the excellent customer service my daughter and I received from the General Manager, Daniel Phillips. He was so helpful getting my daughter and her belongings into and out of storage. His professional and polite demeanor was appreciated! And...the facility is super clean and very accessible!

Katie in the office was very helpful and flexible. This was really appreciated. The facility is clean, has piped-in music, and has storage carts available for free for customers. This makes it a lot easier to move into your storage locker.

Im storing my 25 ft camper van at cube smart. The price is the best in town and the customer service is amazing! I also liked that I could set my own pin number so I dont have to look it up every time I need to go by there. This place is MUCH better than the alternatives in the area!!

Katie and Daniel were outstanding! We ended up needing an extra unit and they were excellent with meeting our needs. The facility is NEW, clean, free of water leaks/pests, and SECURE! The loading dock, multiple ramps, and large entry/exit doors made the physical move so much easier. I highly recommend this storage facility!

Without exaggeration I would say that getting into our unit at CubeSmart was the best/easiest part of our cross-country move to Winston-Salem. The facility is impeccable, still clean and tidy since its brand new. Signup was a breeze, and Daniel and Katie are wonderful to work with. Im sure there are other good facilities around, but I couldnt imagine anyone beating the pleasant experience, cleanliness, or central location.

It’s a nice facility and it’s indoor. Location is not the best but it’s very secure and huge. During school opening and closing hours is definitely not a good time to go. Recently the price went up $12, which wasn’t the best postcard I could have received😒.
