Had a driver seat repair done on my Chevy Avalanche cloth seat. The original cloth developed a tear from poor manufacturer padding that had worn out over time and a metal hinge inside cut the seat cover. James was a nice easy person to work with, cost was reasonable to a little higher than expected but given the reviews on the business I was willing to pay the extra for the expected higher quality work. The work turned out great, seat cover repaired with a good match on the color and material and the padding was done and fixed to avoid this happening again. Took off a star as the scheduling was a bit erratic. Discussed drop off and having done in same day, when I dropped off things had changed and things were very much in the air on when it would be finished to even being able to start it within the next few days. Threw my planning for a loop, but luckily I have an extra car. Turns out they were able to finish the work on the original stated schedule that day of drop off, just no heads up on delays or that they could get it done that day which was a pleasant surprise but if I was a person with just the one car it would have been a big inconvenience for me.

Headliner of Honda Accord fell down so I used thumb tacks to keep it in place. I called this business for a quote and with no hassle, they provided a quote for my vehicle without requiring that they see it. I made an appt, for 2 days later and the work was completed within 4 hrs. The New headliner is flawless. I would recommend them for auto interior work any day!

The original leather on my Civics armrest had over time lost its adhesion, bubbled up, and began to tear. I came here to have them replace the armrest lid with a new piece of leather (which I supplied myself). The result was better than I had expected and the job took only a few hours. These guys do things the old-fashioned way and it shows in the quality of workmanship. The pricing was fair for a quick job done well. Would certainly return here if I ever need auto upholstery done in the future.

Recently restored a 74, chrome bumper MGB and needed help installing the headrest covers included in a upholstery kit. The first shop I went to (a well known commercial brand name for custom interiors) said the covers from the kit couldn’t be installed due to the original factory covers being too hard to vacuum shrink in the install process. They offered to custom die the original headrest to match the new upholstery installed in the MG. Two weeks later they called and said they wouldn’t be able to do the die job!The next two shops visited said they weren’t able to do the job, stating the lack of appropriate equipment for the job.The fourth shop visited was Complete Auto Interior. The owner looked at the headrest and agreed to attempt the job and ask for a couple days to work it in the schedule. To my surprise the owner called the next day and said the headrest were done and could be picked up. The completed job looked great, excellent workmanship and finish, and the cost was very reasonable! Highly recommended this shop and their work.

I bought seat covers from Johnny wootens. Needless to say 2 months after I bought them I was ready to pay someone to help! That is where Complete auto come in to do just the job I needed! They called me back quick, so nice and just knew they could help and they sure did! I am so relieved now!! Reasonable price, trustworthy men!
