Dennis’ Automotive is hands down the beat around. They have that small town mechanic feel to them. Their prices are great and if you ever find yourself in a bind they will do whatever they can to help you out. I know first hand just how honest and upfront they are. They also went out of their way to help my son who was in from out of town and needed a tire out on. I called them at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and they didn’t hesitate on having him bring it by right then. Great place! I highly recommend them.

Dennis Automotive Care was professional and very efficient for a fair price! After my cars electrical system stopped working while in route north from Charlotte on a Sunday afternoon, I had my car towed here based on previous reviews. Dennis had me on the road by noon Monday!! I highly recommend this shop.

Expert!Dennis Automotive is the beat car repair shop Ive ever been. I have an old car that constantly needs repairs. Dennis Automotive always finds the problem and the cost is always lower than what other car repair shops charge. Most recently, I needed my old car to pass inspection. Last year it did not pass and I needed a waiver. One repair shop diagnosed my car as needing a fuel gage and was going to charge me $800. Dennis Automotive figured out the problem for much less and my car passed inspection. He did not overcharge. They never do. This is just a excellent repair shop that always finds the problem and not a rip off. Will always have my business and I will always refer friends here.

Most expensive oil change I have ever received for a mid size sedan, and this was after having to bring it back a different day after they failed to get around to it after several hours. $4 to top off my windshield wiper fluid? Seriously? Wouldnt trust them to do any other work for me honestly.

Hands down the best service Ive ever had! The staff is very friendly, dependable and HONEST. Im new to the area, did my research on a lot of automotive shops and I finally have found the one! I went to get an oil change and my tires rotated since I was going to do a lot of traveling (tire rotation is free w/ oil change). I asked Dennis a lot of questions, as Im a female and have minimal expertise in automotive care. I felt as though I was bombarding him with questions and he completely understood where I was coming from and I NEVER felt like he got annoyed/bothered with me. I have 5 brothers who live out of state and they are usually the ones I go to for car problems but since they live miles away I had to find a shop I could trust. I also had to get new front brake pads, which I knew had to be done eventually but all worth it. Dennis took the time to show me the reasoning behind all the repairs he made. Dennis has a long history of being trustworthy. My experience was just as pleasant as all my friends. They were respectful, prompt, and I felt treated like family. The bad reviews seem to be nickle and diming his service and that is not my way, plus he has plenty of nice customers who dont expect something for nothing. I just want a big brother to give me good advice and get me on the road again. No upselling. He texted me, called me, explained it, did it, it was reasonable, paid for it, drove it home happy! Good work fair price

Called day before, got a quote on my service. Went next day at my appt time. I clearly told the man working up front that I was on a budget so I wanted to make sure i was only getting the service that i asked for. I was charged 18.95 for driving my car around the block and diagnosing it only by driving it. The part that I requested was not put on and charged 3.00 to top off my washer fluid.Next day got a follow up phone call and explained my issue and he said oh ok, have a nice evening...over charged and cocky when i voiced my concern
