I have been coming here for many years. The people are always professional and courteous and treat me with respect. Sherman is my therapist and I never leave there disappointed. He always listens to what issues I have going on and somehow always makes me feel better. The facility has done a good job dealing with the requirements around Covid to the point that I feel safe coming in for my massage.

Massage Envy Is The BEST DECISION I could have ever made. I had a stroke 3years ago and since then I promised to do more self care. I visit the center once maybe twice a month. It makes it easier scheduling when I know who’s better at what.Tammy did a really good job. She addressed the areas I asked her to. I especially liked the neck and shoulder work. I prefer firm massage, that she gives.

Cody is concerned about your overall wellness. He asks questions to check on your needs and then restates them to be sure he clearly understands what is needed. He speaks in a very friendly and calming voice throughout the session.Had another session with Cody which was wonderful. He was able to release the tension in my neck and the pain in my hands was greatly reduced. It was great to leave without throbbing pain. Highly recommend his services!

Great chemical peel. Loved having Jennifer and will ask for her again. My only complaint is that the post procedure kit it so much smaller than it was years ago. Not nearly enough for 7 days in my opinion compared to what it used to be.

First of all let me say Im an excellent tipper..but I am sick of the front desk ..especially H Mall location hounding me to put on my card and then offering an envelope to put cash..I put the tip out in the room at the end of session before I even exit the room..Im an adult and I know when and how to tip..several friends have changed to hand and stone for this very reason over the last few years.

I would not recommend signing up for a membership. The way they manage draft payments allows them to restart with no notice or check-in to the customer. Once they draft payments you didn’t want, they won’t refund them all. They can contact you to try to book you but they won’t contact you to manage your account properly.

I see Bethany and she gives fabulous deep tissue massages. She is very strong but knows the correct amount of pressure I can handle as she is asking many times during the session about the amount of pressure being applied. Bethany helped me get rid of sciatic nerve pain after a couple of sessions. Bethany is so caring and compassionate. The front desk folks are so friendly and caring. Wonderful waiting area. I truly recommend Massage Envy to others.

Great massage from Sherman!! He was very attentive and answered all my questions!! Will definitely return! Though the ladies were nice at front desk the customer service could be improved with greeting/ smile upon entering! I think the sales pitch at end needs be less aggressive too! But masseuse was excellent!!!

I had a wonderful massage here and would return. My only gripe is the sales pitch after the massage. I understand the need for them to sign members up to their program but I was relaxed from my message and not in the mood to hear about it. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I have been to quite a few ME’s, but this one is bar none one of the best I have experienced. From start to finish I felt taken care of and respected. And when you go in for a massage, request Zak, he was absolutely perfect. I had been battling tension headaches all week and he went above and beyond what I asked for and was SPOT on! Not sure about this place. First visit my back and shoulders were bruised and tender to t g e tough for two weeks. Will be getting another girl for a free visit in a couple of days. We will see if she is better.

I have been going to the hanesmall location off and on for several years. I have had both males and females in the past regardless to the race. Recently I found out that the therapist that I have had sessions with who happens to be a black female is no longer employed there. I asked if there were any other black female therapists there that I could see and the receptionists named Scott placed me on hold with computer issues. Then another young black female picked up the phone with an attitude stating that they are all therapists regardless of race. I told that these were my dollars being spent and I can have a preference. Its sad that in 2019 that as a person of color people are offended if you have a preference for services that You are paying for. I wont give the Hanes Mall location any more of my dollars!

Wonderful staff, the therapist are very helpful, they ask questions and listen to your concerns. They want to help you feel better or just relaxed what ever you are needing.

I cant complain about the massages here. They were great. They do try to sell you on a monthly package which gets you massages cheaper, but Im not much on subscriptions.

We have called numerous of times to get an couples message appointment just to find out a couple of hours later, they canceled on us. We are tired of trying to give them our business. You need to do a better job setting appointments and keeping them.

Amy Bofenkamp, remember that name. Great technique, her deep tissue was exactly the style I needed at that moment. She listened to what my issues where and addressed them, and spent the right amount of time on each one. I highly recommend that you book with her!

I frequent this massage place and I absolutely love it. They are kind, welcoming and have many talented massage therapists.

Booked a couple massage was given a price we were all good to go. I get a call just a few hours before our scheduled massage saying the pricing that was given was incorrect, it went up about $50 a person. I informed them this was not the price that was given and they said they knew but they gave the wrong pricing. I cancelled our appointment. Completely ruined our experience and wont go back.

I had a membership here for over a year. They were wonderful. Zak worked on an area with torn rotator cuff & didnt hurt again for two months. All the therapists were great.

I was a member at the Robinhood location and due to a back injury. Unfortunately, I had to stop going a while for injections and therapy. I was told, even though my membership would run out my. The sessions, I had paid for wouldn’t expire. Long and short, my experience with that location wasn’t the greatest. I called the Stratford Rd location to make an appt... Once I was cleared to have massages again. I spoke with Shannon over the phone. Shannon tock her time, noticed my sessions, however did expire. Shannon told me not to worry, she had my session approved for me to come in that day. She even reached out to a manager, to contact me in order to reverse the other expired sessions. Shannon was on top of her customer service skills!! I will have to say, Shannon is by far the best customer service rep, I have dealt with within Massage Envy in the last year and a half!

I would not recommend anyone to sign up for their membership program. It is a total rip off and you have to pay extra if you want to give the massages you have already paid for to a friend. You can only give the same person one massage every 6 months and even though you sign up for a certain amount of time for your card to be drafted....if you dont cancel it the DAY your last draft is taken they will keep drafting your account. To cancel you have to physically go in and fill out a form, even though the contract you signed in the beginning stated the end of contract date. Also, if you dont use your massages within a month after paying for them, they will expire. If you dont join their membership program, a massage is 80$ which is extremely over priced!!!!!!!!!! I will never go back there!
