Airport 1st Choice Limos went well beyond my expectations on our recent visit from Charlotte Douglas Airport to Winston Salem NC! Tim put my mind at ease when he explained he could pick up my daughter and myself and with no worries take us to Winston Salem where we travelled for a soccer tournament. After a long delay at the airport he still waited for us no questions asked and promptly picked us up and drove us in the most beautiful limo I have ever seen! He was professional, friendly, polite and I must say his price was outstanding for the car and service he provided us with.Tim then picked us up in Winston Salem and drove us to Charlotte Douglas Airport for our return flight in again another beautiful limo. Leather interior, very elegant, clean and a smooth ride for our hour journey to the airport. On the way engaging in some nice conversation trading stories the whole way. The limo they had pick me up looked like an old black painted taxi from New York, driver seem to be just learning English, kept having to tell him to slow down that he was well over speed limit to the point of recklessness, tried to call company no answer so far very odd i called BBB today, BBB says they arent a company and they will try to file complaint with owner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YOURE OWN SAFETY

Got an e-mail the day before we arrived asking if I was okay with a free upgrade from a car to a wonderful SUV . Hell yeah!Got to the airport, our driver texted us not 3 minutes after we deplaned telling us which baggage carousel to go to, and that he would meet us there. Once we arrived, our driver got our luggage and carried it to our ride. Our driver was professional, polite, and was just an all around pleasant person to talk to. Once at the Mirage he unloaded our luggage and off we went to start our vacation.On the way back to the airport, it was the same thing (no upgrade this time), our driver texted us just a few minutes before the appointed time to let us know he was there and where we would find him. Different driver this time, again, very personable. He loaded our luggage and off we went to the airport where he dropped us off right at the Delta doors.We were very happy with their service, from the initial phone call to set up the rides to and from the airport, and between e-mailed confirmations from the office, and the texts from the drivers, you can tell that customer service matters. Someone at Airport 1st choice was in constant contact with us.I had never hired a car service for travel before (This was a surprise for my girlfriend) - but, after this experience I will again, and on our next trip to Winston Salem, I will call Airport 1st choice limos again.

First few times using them they were okay until recently they seem to have new drivers, driver this time stayed on phone whole time talking to someone in another language instead of asking me where Im going said he used GPS to find way, rude driver ask his name twice told me different name that dispatch told me but correct type car so I know I got in right car.

We paid $350 for the services for the Guns N Roses concert. He was late picking us up (45 mins) . We were suppose to have the car for the whole night, he let us out on the road 1/2 mile form the gates. He was suppose to be there when we got out, he made us walk to a parking lot 1/2 mile from gate, where he said that he was. We get to parking lot and had to wait for him to arrive . He stayed on the phone the whole time he drove us . We wanted to get something to eat then go to the hotel room, he dropped us off at the restaurant to eat and told us we could walk back to the hotel . ( 2 blocks) very unprofessional limo services

I would give them 10 stars if I could, they are very professional, all their drivers are very friendly, I use their service every two weeks to go to and from Charlotte airport, their drivers always on time, very reasonable prices, they offer a cold battle of water and mints, all their cars are very clean, black on black style Executive L, my driver Sam is very nice and professional, you can use their climate control console in the back seat to listen to the music and change the temperature and control the front seat without asking the drive I think that is very neat!!
