Brady Flanary employees are great! Helpful when I call and always respond to my needs . They call to schedule maintenance, call when tech is on the way to my home . They do what they say they will do, when they said they would do it ! I have found the techs to be very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing my issues for all systems in my home. (three different systems). I highly recommend them .

Weve been using Brady Flanary since they installed my new heat pump several years ago. We have our maintenance contract with them and the once or twice we needed an emergency repair. Always on time...and I love the 30 minute window......and never any issues. Austin whos the tech we usually see is AWESOME and very thorough. Highly recommend them!
NEVER AGAIN!!! What a joke their Tech was trying to sell us other services from other companies he worked for and tried to charge us $850 for a $30 part and of course the you need a new furnace line. Our furnace is fine we called another repair guy and he said the Tech wired the furnace wrong when he put it back together. Our new repair guy said he had also heard of BRADY FLANNERY Screwing other customers he gets a lot of business from their failures. When I called to report this tech to them they could have cared less and the manager said he would refund my diagnosis fee. But that was a LIE too, after many ignored calls we never received any money back. SERIOUSLY call ANYONE but them. We will NEVER use them again. They dont deserve any stars but one is the lowest it will go!
I have been a Brady Flanary customer for around 18-20 years and have always been pleased with the quality of their work, reliability, and rapid response time with an emergency (e.g., my ac unit going out during the hottest part of summer).
Two days before vacation my attic AC stopped draining condensation. I tried to clear the line and check the condensation pump with no luck- water was continuing to drain in to the overflow pan. Called Brady Flanary. They came the next morning and was ale to repair the problem. I asked the technician to give the rest of my HVAC system a light PM. He found one unit was low on refrigerant adding 2 pounds. I was able to leave for vacation without worrying about my attic HVAC flooding my house. Ive been using Brady Flanary Heating & Air Conditioning for over 25 years. They provide prompt, professional, courteous, HVAC service at a fair price. My air conditioning went out on one of the hottest nights of the summer. I called Brady Flanary first thing in the morning, and they were at my house by 10. I felt sure this was going to be the death knell of my air conditioner, but they got its up and running great for less than 100 dollars. Definitely trusting them in the future to be honest with me and not just try to sell me something. Also, I need to sign up for their annual maintenance program.

I sent a request for someone to contact me for a quote on a new unit on my rental property. I recieved an email verifying my request but never heard anything further. So I contacted Eanes Heating and Air. They scheduled someone to check my existing unit. He repaired it for $612, showed me everything that he did, old and new parts and saved me the cost of a new unit. I will stick with Eanes. Great service.

AC not working on holiday week-end/hottest day of the year. Called Brady Flanary first thing Monday morning, they responded within the hour and confirmed would be out later that day. Decided to go with new heat pump instead of repair (no pressure to do so). Meanwhile assessed and fixed problem with upstairs unit and temporary fix on main unit. Next day given three options for new unit, again no pressure. Bottom line we were very happy with Patrick and his team and would highly recommend.

Had to replace 20-year-old heat pump in three-level townhouse. Obtained quotes from 3 well-known local HVAC companies. BF was significantly lower in price and also the engineer (Patrick) pointed out several improvements to system layout, which not only reduced upfront cost but also resulted in improved economics and a more healthy operating environment. Installation of the new system was completed on schedule. I monitored system operation for a few days and felt it needed to be fine-tuned, notified Patrick and he came out right away, identified and corrected the problems. I could not be happier with my dealings with this company.
I had a wonderful experience with Brady Flanary. I called on a Friday evening after hours and was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. The technician called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He got the a/c working as best as he could, as he needed to order a part. Before doing that he even had the office check to see if the unit was still under warranty (the previous owners of our house installed it). The part was ordered Monday and installed Tuesday. Thank you so much! With a two month old baby, we really needed this fixed ASAP. :)

Brady Flanary really came through for me and my family! I came home one Friday (90+ degrees outside) and found my HVAC not working. After an hour or so of troubleshooting it myself the temp in the house now reaching 80 and it was getting late in the afternoon, about 2:00PM, I started looking for a company that I could hopefully call for service. I was expecting at best to line up an appointment for Saturday morning...maybe even Monday morning, and was not looking forward to a hot weekend with no AC. The staff at Brady Flanary were very friendly and said they would try to get a tech on site that afternoon but most likely it would be Saturday. I called around 2:30PM initially, then at about 2:45 I received a call back that a tech would be arriving between 3 and 5 PM. At around 3:45 to 4PM a tech showed up, Bradley I believe his name was. A younger man, but confident and eager to assist. He spent about an hour in my hot attic unclogging a couple of drain pans and restoring my system to operation. So in about 3 hours, from initial contact to system restoration, my AC was now back on, and my weekend outlook suddenly changed for the better. This was a cold call for me to Brady Flanary. I was not a customer of theirs...but I am now with service like that! Great Job Guys! :) Would give 10 stars if I could.
Our 20yr old HVAC system was not working properly. Your folks came out and made an honest recommendation and set system so we would have heating in the most economical way while we investigate replacement. I moved a to new house and the combination LP-heat pump HVAC system was not working correctly. The technician (Adam) diagnosed the issue and educated me as to what I should look for. When it did not work correctly I called and they came out the next day and fixed it. They are very competent and friendly. They also installed a great working system in my previous house of 8 years and did great work then as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a problem or needing a new system.

Bradley, the technician, who came to perform the seasonal service of our gas furnace was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the heating system to us. Gas furnace wasnt heating well and woke up freezing on Saturday morning after a 20 degree night before. Called Brady Flanary after Google search and saw the good reviews and more importantly the responses to those reviews, so I called them at 9:30am. They explained what the service call would cost up front and they had someone at my house by 4pm that day. The technician was polite and professional and once he discovered the issue he explained the cost of the repair and he was able to explain the difference in the readings he was getting after the repair. It was a fair price and great service.
Very informative and professional. I would not call anyone else but Brady. About 3 months ago I add a central air unit that inter graduated to my gas unit. This is the warmest my house has been in a long time. I would recommend to anyone and everyone that wants to upgrade or add on to the existing unit to call Brady. These guys are very professional knowledgeable and understanding of clients needs and wants.
I usually don’t call companies that want to be paid to tell you how much they charge. If they had faith in their fair pricing, they wouldn’t have to. If you’re looking for high end service and equipment, they are for you. Myself, I just wanted to not die from heat stroke this summer without dropping $6500 minimum.
We have used Brady- Flannery for years. The service contract is wonderful. Austin comes to the house twice a year and he is kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Detra never fails to calls us to make the appointment. Wonderful company, wonderful employees.
John(the service technician)came out and looked at our system. He was unable to duplicate our issue but was able to diagnose some issues he found. I thought we would have to replace the whole system but he was able to find another solution. He replaced the start capacitor for a fraction of the cost of a new system. He was up front and honest that what we did may not last but that it was worth a shot(prior technicians from different company used stop leak so no telling if it damaged compressor). He was polite, honest, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I will not use anyone but Brady-Flanary from this point forward!! Keep up the excellent work!
Our heat went out the day after Thanksgiving and Brady Flanary was at my house exactly when they said they would be. The technician was very professional and did the job quickly and at a fair price. Ill definitely be calling BF again. Just not too soon I hope.

I am really sorry to say this but I feel like I was ripped off. It is so hard to find someone who will be honest. My heat pump was freezing up on me. Had Flanary come out...They charged I think 100.00 to just come out. Fine. The heat pump was checked..low freon.....fine....The guy said there is a leak somewhere. he said he would have to charge 248.00 to wave his wand around the evaporator coil ( most expensive thing to replace). It took him 5 minutes to tell me it was the evaporator. .....thank you ...that will be $248.00 please ...what ??? Then he showed me that it was beeping all over the evaporator and it must has many many pin hole leaks in it ( by the way, the evaporator was replaced 4 years ago so, it is fairly new) .. I asked to see the bubble test..he could not provide that proof....just his wand that said there was leaks all over it. REALLY?? All over it?? I am sorry but I feel swindled. The evaporator does not leak in multiple places any more that a car tire that gets a flat leaks in multiple places. I am no expert but something is not right.......so...be careful. I paid the $348.00 bill but I feel ripped off. And I think it was 5 times I was told buy the service guy that his man will give me an estimate to replace the entire system. You only need to tell me once.....and by the way....to replace the evaporator and related parts?$1800.00 wow. I paid my bill and chalked it up to experience...I am replacing my whole system but with someone else...I do not feel right about these people.Since that writing above, I did another review and I am happy they honored their 100% satisfaction guarantee or full refund. Thank you !! Fulfilling promises made by a company is VERY important. I have not received the money back yet but I am sure Flanary will honor it. I would recommend any company that works very hard to make things right and abide by their promise! Brady Flanary installed our HVAC system 9 years ago. We have not been very judicious about having it maintained, and I know we should...On Tuesday night, our AC stopped cooling. First thing Wednesday morning, we placed a service call and the response was exceptional. With no previous appointment, the Brady Flanary team sent a very competent Service Technician to our home shortly after our call. The problem was identified, and the repair made promptly.As an aside, our defective part was actually under warranty - for ten years- so if you buy quality to begin with (Trane), it really does pay off on the back end. This reduced our repair expense considerably.Our next purchase with Brady Flanary is going to be our Seasonal Maintenance Discount Club membership.Thanks for the great experience.
We moved into our home 9 years ago this month and Brady Flanary was our first call as we had to replace the upstairs HVAC system. Weve been part of their annual service plan since then and the customer service has been fantastic. Specifically their technician Austin who has serviced our systems the past couple of times has been terrific. He explains his findings, makes sure we understand what services he has done and gives us a thorough update on our systems. He is a real asset to the Brady Flanary team!
Brady Flanary provides excellent service from the time they call to remind me that a Spring/Fall service is due, until the technician leaves. They respect your time, as the technician calls to say he is on the way. They are courteous, professional and thorough. I feel like Im definitely getting my moneys worth.
Excellent experience from the get-go. Our furnace was making horrible noises so we called another company - not to be named. After paying them for a service call that resulted in our furnace being left in pieces with no promise of repair and no suggestions, we decided it was time for a new furnace and chased the company down to get an estimate. We also called Brady Flanary. The difference was night and day from the beginning. The proposal prepared by Patrick at Brady Flannary was detailed and thoughtful - the other company was about two lines. We have a friend who owned his own company in NJ for years and asked him to take a look at the proposals . . . The technician was very knowledgeable. He was able to relatively quickly diagnose the problem with the heat pump and provide several solutions to fix it. Unfortunately, they are pricey, but that’s just the nature of the beast. I would like to see them apply the $90-something house call fee toward the total repair if we choose to use them for the repair. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars.
Seasonal maintenance call---Philip was courteous, informative and went well beyond any standard service requirement. He even asked for a couple of bricks to use to re-level the pad my unit sits on where the ground had settled a bit on one end. Just as thrilled with service as I was with the initial consult and installation in 2011. Love you guys!
After a VERY disappointing experience with K Mechanical (from start to finish), we called Brady Flanary for a second opinion. Our technician, Adam S. was EXTREMELY helpful, honest, and educated us through the entire process. I instantly had more faith in his diagnosis than I had previously with the other vendor (that installed the equipment less than 3 years ago). Adam showed us the issues, educated us on what may become future issues and took the time (from 7p - 12:30a) to get the job done correctly for us the first time. He was dedicated to the process and went above and beyond for a pregnant woman that didnt want to sleep in an 83-degree bedroom for one more night. I will never call anyone but Brady-Flanary again.
My AC went out Sunday around 10pm. So glad I called Brady Flanary!! From the emergency phone operator, to Philip (our technician who came out to the house to fix the problem Monday afternoon) everyone was so nice and courteous. They explained everything thoroughly and did not get exhaspirated with my long list of questions. In fact, I even signed up for the yearly maintenance program because of the excellent service!
Very knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Replaced a burnt-out pak on our air conditioner after a snake got caught and wrapped around the fan shaft. ( poor snake .. yikes) I had thought the fan motor had burned out, but the technician quickly determined that the problem was the breaker pack on the external junction that had burned out when the poor snake got caught. This saved us a bunch of money. Would another company tell you this or upsell you a new fan? Dunno, but it was same day service and he was done in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Very quick and friendly service. Pamela in the office was super friendly and tried her best to accommodate our busy schedule. Unfortunately our air went out on a Saturday (of course) and a hot Saturday at that. We called that morning and John was at our house by 3. We were pleased they would have an opening for us the same day. John quickly diagnosed our refrigerant leak and shortage. He gave us the costs up front, so there were no surprises there. He was very friendly and professional. He had our air up and running within 30 minutes. He spoke to us about maintenance (which we had already scheduled) and the benefits of having a yearly contract. I had to call Brady Flanary for my elderly Father-in-Law on July 4th. I received a call back within 10 minutes and set up an appointment. A very sharp young man named Bradley came to access the situation and in the extreme attic heat, he corrected the problem both inside and outside. Two days after our big snow here in December 2018 I was suppose to have a new Trane heat pump installed. With 14 inchs of snow in my back yard I thought we would have to reschedule. The system wouldnt duplicate the issue but they were knowledgable enough to diagnose the problem just by my description of how the system was acting. The had a good idea to look and were able to find a part that was weak. When they stress tested that part it finally failed. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge level. After having two other companies come out and couldnt find the problem. I should have called Brady Flanary first. They will be the only ones I call from now on.

We called Brady Flanary on a strong recommendation from a very good friend who used them and were very satisfied. We found ourselves a year in on a new install from another company, having problems with our cooling system. Due to some other mistakes we found on this install we wanted to see what Brady Flanary could find out for us, with new eyes on the problems. We were very satisfied with the service we received from Philip the service tech. He was able to double check our entire system and do some reprogramming on the Icomfort thermostat so as to make our cooling work better. End result is our new unit was undersized and will not cool our townhouse on these hot days. With the adjustments Philip was able to make we are pretty happy with the results he was able to provide. Not perfect due to the size of the unit but he was able to over come some of the problems and we are now able to hold our set point on the thermostat to within a degree now where before we had an overrun of our set point by as much as 5 degrees. Philip took the time to go through everything and make sure the unit was working the best it can by knowing how to program the thermostat and adjusting the set points so we are able to hold a more level temperature.

Our air conditioner quit working about 2 months ago. And after having a couple different companies look at it, it was determined that there was no hope and we were going to need a new system.We called and got three quotes for the new system. The quotes were all about the same, and the deciding factor were the rating on google.Only problem Brady Flannery could not get to our installation for six weeks. But, after calling Patrick at Brady Flannery, he brought over and installed two window units to keep us cool in the interim.The installation went extremely smooth. My AC went out on a Saturday afternoon with temps in the 90s. I contacted the person I had been using for years and was received with a less than friendly answer to my call. So I headed for the Internet looking for a HVAC service provider. I checked the BBB ratings and online reviews and called Brady Flanary. I cannot recall the ladys name who answered the phone but she was knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to work with. She scheduled my service for Sunday morning. The technicians called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way and were here promptly at the time arranged. They went straight to work. At each point they described in detail what they were doing and gave me cost updates. In no time, my HVAC was working again. I thought the prices were reasonable for the work done and the fact they came out on a Sunday morning. I used their coupon from the website and even received a discount! Since the service my air conditioner has been running better than it has in two summers. The next time I need service or a new unit I will definitely go back to Brady Flanary.

Brady Flanary replaced our old oil furnace with a new gas one and a new Trane air-conditioner 11 years ago when we moved into this house. Their service has been great, their personal top-notch and weve been very happy with the equipment. Would highly recommend them to friends and family.
They put in my furnace and my heat pump and I love their summer and winter check ups on my furnace 4X number dollars they just charged one time of year and a portion of that money they put aside say when you do need a new furnace or air conditioner heat pump you can use a portion that money up to a certain amount that was very helpful for me when my air conditioning quit working and I had my heat pump put in. And when you have problems you call they will call you back within 15 minutes usually and tell you when theyll be out there to service and fix your problem I highly recommend Brady heat and air. I have used them for over 18 years and I would not change.

We had our winter maintenance service and it was done on time and very efficiently. The technician was very respectful of our house and easy to speak with.
We had a wonderful experience with Brady Flanary. Our downstairs unit went out (its 30 years old) and we had it quoted by three different HVAC companies. Patrick Brownlee was our design consultant at Brady Flanary and not only did he discover that one of our vents upstairs had been drywalled over, but he also thoroughly explained his process of quoting the job. He was the only one who went back to the office to run loads and calculate exactly what we needed with their software, explaining to us the benefit of doing so. One of the people we called to quote the job didnt even identify the covered vent and told us wed have to spend extra money to re-route everything to help cool and heat that room better!We felt that Patrick was honest, upfront, and gave us straight answers on what we definitely needed to do along with options on what we could do if we chose to do so, which might save us money in the long run. He also made sure we were registered for any applicable rebates. We felt that their prices were fair and we trusted them.The installation team was friendly, hard-working, and professional. They answered any questions that we had, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving the area just as neat as they found it.Not only would we highly recommend Brady Flanary, we already have recommended them to friends! If we ever need HVAC services in the future, we will most certainly call them. We were very impressed.
I am quite pleased with the service Ive recieved from Brady Flanary company. From the first person you speak to on the phone to the Tech who comes to your house, all are friendly, professional, and really seem interested in getting your problem solved as promptly as possible. Adam worked on my AC last summer and just paid a visit to my furnace this cold week and now everything is working just perfectly.

We have a service contract on our Heating/Cooling unit, recently on Memorial Day weekend the AC unit failed, woke up to 85 degrees in the house. Brady Flanary repaired the unit promptly on Saturday of the holiday weekend, thanks for excellent professional service.

Called them on Memorial day when my upstairs AC unit went out. They had Phillip come out within an hour and a half and I had AC again within another hour. They were upfront about prices and were very professional.
This company installed my NEW Havc in 2016 and they were awesome then as they are now. 2 days ago, my heat went out, as soon as I called, they came out that day. I was very thankful. Of course the part that went out was only a 1 year warrenty sooo of course I had to pay for a NEW part! But, it fixed it so I had no choice, luckily I had JUST that amount to pay for it. The installer was great, really nice guy. I think his name was Derek...Real sweetheart. I will call on you guys in the future as always. Thank you for the fast service. UPDATE: I am sure I was charged too much for my HVAC, someone told me it should have been about 3000.00 not 6000,00.... I didnt even have any duct work done,,,, soooooo, because I am a woman, they more and likely upped the price, Wish I had known that when they installed it....live and learn I guess. Very sad women get taken like that....angers me to my core but I will not be fooled in the future with ANY company.
After I called, they had a technician over within 2 hours. He was very polite, professional, and went the extra mile to resolve my issue. I will definitely call them again if I have any other problems.
Brady Flanary installed a new mini split system in our bonus room, redesigned our upstairs HVAC system and installed new Lennox digital thermostats. Very professional company to work with. The mini split works great! We will use it alot this summer to cool our bonus room. We were very surprised at the amount of increased air flow we now have after they redesigned our upstairs HVAC system. Brady Flanary was the only company that came out and actually took the time to do a load calculation on the upstairs before advising us on what we needed. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to improve there current system or a new installation.
