Was just towed by a very nice gentleman who also happened to be a firefighter. Had a pleasant chat the whole ride, got to learn some new things, towing was swift and on point. Definitely took the sting out of being stranded in my junker.

They were sent out by AAA, excellent service, wonderful help, took his time to do everything to get my truck rolling again. Couldn’t have asked or hoped for any better service! You have a new customer, thank you!

I had my two vehicles worked on here in the same week and was less than thrilled with the way they went. Several times I was told I would be called back about various things and never was and would have to call them back and they wouldnt have the info. My truck was there around 10 days for relatively basic repairs and inspection. I was told they were going to start working on it twice and they didnt due to call outs or people not showing up. I asked them specifically to repair the air conditioning,I went and picked up my truck and it did not work. They charged it but never tested it to verify it in fact worked. Which was the first thing I tried on a 90 degree day. The front desk lady seemed nice but incompetent. They were supposed to order a harness for wires related to the air bag and call me back to go in and have it replaced once the part came in and I never got a call and its been over 3 weeks. Will not go back here, ever.

Very quick and efficient, got me in early and finished the job and left the vehicle clean.

Stan was very pleasent to chat with while he loaded our car on his truck. Would use their towing service again.

I had a flat tire on my rental car, north of Augusta, heading to Portland. Frank(?) Towed me to the airport in Portland so I could exchange my vehicle. He arrived in less than the estimated time and his entertaining conversation on the trip certainly lightened the mood in what could have been a very stressful situation. Definitely earned 5 ⭐s.

They Have had my car a month,no news.No one seems to know what is going on with it.Ive been there several times.Called them today,Im going to get it Monday ready or not.We are missing the summer season enjoying the car because of it.Seems no communication between the tech and the Customer service rep.Fix that.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I got stuck (barely stuck, but stuck enough for a small car to not be able to get out) on a road that I was mislead to by my GPS (Im an out of state college student). I called AAA and they sent some one from this shop.The driver that they sent refused to look at my car and then called AAA and told them not to bother sending anyone else to look at my car if I had called back. Luckily, some friends and their friends came to the rescue and pulled me out (like it was nothing). Terrible service and horrible customer relation/service.
