We called Wesley and his dad in the morning and they were there within hours helping us with our basement flood! Were SO GRATEFUL because nooooo one wants to deal with a flood in their home like that. They did a fabulous job drying it out, checking daily along the way, and were so grateful. Highly recommend this local dad/son duo!

Highly recommend this company! They are family owned and operated and take care of your job as if it were their own. We had a water pipe burst in our basement and they were at our home within 20 minutes!They were along side of us from start to finish, making sure each detail was what we wanted.There were definitely some bumps along the way, but that was not their fault and out of their control, but they stood by our side to make sure all the bumps in the road lead to a straight path!Definitely saving their information in case the need for their services should arise again! We had a water leak from the ice maker on our Refrigerator and it did extensive damage to our wood floors and the drywall ceiling in our basement. Rapid dry came in after a brand new refrigerator leaked and immediately started to dry everything. Upon documenting everything and while taking down the cabinets with caution. I couldn’t have been more happy with their professionalism and expertise in every aspect of helping restoring the Kitchen! I highly recommend their service!

Wesley and Larry did a great job. They arrived an hour after I called had my flooded basement cleaned up fans and heaters set up in 2 hours. Checked it the next day came Monday cleaned up in an hour. Never would know I had a Flood. Great job thanks guys. I would highly recommend

I really never realized how many things can happen to your home in a moments notice until we had a flood after a pipe burst. Not knowing what to do we called Rapid Dry and got a hold of Wesley. He was so polite, timely and coordinated all the insurance claims. Our experience was so great even under these circumstances.

After a few run a rounds thru Best buy for a faulty washing machine installation, the manager Jordan at Best buy recommended that we contact Rapid Dry. not sure if she had experience with them or if she was just really lucky picking a name out of the phone book.Wesley arrived very promptly and got right to work checking on the wet installation problems. This wasnt a major impact flood disaster but how 10 gallons of water can travel that many locations is just amazing. We had water in the garage, water soaking the laundry area, under the tile flooring and running down the finished walls into the basement where it also came in contact with the circuitry of the home alarm system.I was still having heated discussions with the Best Buy, CSR in Texas about getting their insurance company on board while Wes got water wiped up, fans set up and dehumidifiers running. Then he said maybe we should wait for the insurance claim before we go to much further.Having just experienced a similar problem in a condo in Las Vegas a few months ago, I was positive that time was of the essence and quick response is what I needed. Wes delivered!!! He came back multiple times over the period of a week checking locations and re positioning equipment for maximum effectiveness and we got everything dried out.Thanks for everything, and a great job done well.
