Nikolas was the best!! He was very polite, great with my dog, very professional, and all around nice guy. Our carpets look amazing and they smell good as well. He was able to get grease stains out of my carpet. Highly recommend Stanley Steemer and more importantly, Nikolas.

Ben was great, I had an 8am-12pm window of service and he arrived at 8:15. Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable, he went over in detail what would be accomplished during his visit. He cleaned an area rug in our living room the stairs and hallway upstairs, he was able to take care of all my concerns and clear all the spots on the rug. He explained in detail what he did and which areas had tougher spots, I appreciate Ben’s attention to detail he was finished with the job by 9:00 am and packed up and gone by 9:15.

We were unsure how this process was going to go since this was our first time getting our carpets professionally cleaned, our tech was Nikolas, he was fantastic. He was professional, polite, got the job done in a timely manner without cutting any corner and had great customer service. We had a great experience and highly recommend Stanley Steemer.

I’ve been replacing furnace filters every 3 weeks. It was suggested I get air ducts cleaned. They were prompt and let me know my air ducts weren’t too bad - just a little drywall dust from when it was built.I wish there were away to determine if air ducts are dirty enough to be cleaned. Rather expensive service for a ‘senior’ when not really needed,

Tanya was very punctual, which is important for my little ones schedule. Once she arrived she was very warm and understanding of the noise and dog running around. She listened to my concerns about the tough spots I needed cleaned ( cat, dog and kid stains) and she addresses each one. We hope to have her do our next cleaning in the future.

Koby did a fantastic job cleaning our old carpets - I was so impressed by the difference! He worked quickly and was very professional. I cannot recommend Stanley Steamer and Koby enough!

Roman was great. Knew what he was doing and efficient. His partner Mark was not.quite as careful around the house...corners, moving and replacing vents, doorways. Kind of a bull in a china shop. I would recommend Roman to anyone, Mark just needs to be a bit more careful in peoples houses and while doing the job.

I moved into my second home, and the carpets were in pretty bad shape. Decided to call and see what they’d charge. For 300 ish dollars they cleaned about 1000 sqft of carpet. It looks and smells so much better. I put my furniture on sliders to make it easier for them to move them and clean, and the furniture moving is free with some restrictions on what they can move. Itll last a while longer until I can get new flooring. A very good investment.

Josh and Bryce, the Stanley Steemer technicians, were hard workers and very effective at their job. They thoroughly cleaned my carpets and wood floors that were damaged by an incontinent dog. They did not rush. I will use Josh and Bryce and Stanley Steemers again in the future. Stanley Steemer is but the cheapest carpet cleaner out there but this is one of those cases where you get what you pay for.

Thank you for sending a picture of the technician before he arrived. I appreciated knowing who I would meet at the door. The carpet looked ok when the tech left, but later I found that a lot of pet hair had been left behind. The cleaning was pretty expensive. I expected cleaner carpets.

Service was excellent oh, they kept in touch making sure the appointment would be still honored, technician came on time, seems to know his stuff, was very neat in appearance, relayed all information to us that we needed to know, was very professional. Price was a wee bit High, but I guess when you need to put trucks on the road and ensure things and have all that equipment, that must come with a high price

I had David clean our ducts and install and blue light air purifier. He showed me the inside of the ducts through and air return. What I saw made me sick. Then he cleaned it. A few minutes later it looked like new. He and his partner were courteous and quick. I feel much better about the air that we’re breathing and I’m happy we now have an air purifier to boot. I had a duct cleaning service done at my house yesterday. Mark Gudeman and Aaron Mitchell were the technicians that worked on my house. Mark took my wallet off of my couch and left all of the dryer vent lint on the side of my house because he was too focused on getting away with my stuff. We called Stanley Steemer to report and have not received a call back. Mark Gudeman is a thief and Stanley Steemer should be ashamed to employ such horrible people. These workers are in your home for hours at a time. Do not trust them. Mark Gudeman is a thief. We have filed a police report.

I’ve used Stanley Steemer in the past and was very satisfied with the service. So I know it was the way to go for a final cleanup after selling my house.

Mitigate flooding in my daughter’s basement bedroom due to hot water heater breaking. The night before he came the carpet was soaked and the carpet pads were soaked. My husband began to already pull up the carpet and remove the soaked carpet pad but there were other issues we wanted advice on and Shaun was so helpful. The $150 service call was well worth it!When the pad is replaced by another company (Stanley Steemer does not replace carpet pads ) I contacted, and laid back down and stretched. I will be having hopefully Shaun back to completely clean all the carpets of the basement and going up the stairs.Because of his advice, we will have saved so much money compared to a smaller leak we had in our house a month ago. And we used a different company for water mitigation.

I changed my order when tech arrived and added bathroom ceramic tiles and grout (floor and shower) and the kitchen hardwood flooring. He cheerfully updated the order, quoted the new price and prepared me with what to anticipate in each area. He finished sooner than estimated and the results surpassed my expectations across the board. I will definitely call Stanley Steemer again!
