Not only was Mike extremely helpful and kind but he made our couch look brand new and took his time with it. He even put away his equipment and found a smudged spot and went back to thoroughly clean it.. You wont be sorry using this service!

This guy is a joke! I honestly cant say how he cleans carpets because I wont give him any of my money or business. He has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Out of all the other great companies with good customer service and great cleaning, I will be using one of those. Michael is arrogant and a generally miserable person.

Pro Steam is simply the best cleaning service I have ever used. They clean deeper and the clean lasts longer than any other service I have ever used. Their system of cleaning is more extensive and, I believe, better for my carpet. I would suggest you use Pro Steam and experience the best. Dont go cheap. Your carpet may look clean for a day or two, but with Pro Steam it stays clean for weeks and months!

My husband and I owned a Restoration Company for little under 40 years. We always had our own carpet cleaning trucks. We sold our business a little over six months ago. Michael did a great job for me. I am a Real Estate broker and wanted to get a home ready for the market. He gave me a good deal and transformed the place. The whole first floor is tile and the grout lines were black from dirt (it was a rental). I couldnt believe the difference it made to have the tile professionally cleaned. He restored the original color. Id recommend him highly.
