Such lovely women working here and they provide high-quality pedicures, very friendly and super reasonably priced - honestly blown away by how much time & attention they give each customer while still offering an affordable price. This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. The ladies are very nice and professional and they take their time with each client. Very clean and Covid-19 safe as well.

We had a very relaxing experience and the facility was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive and really did a great job! However, they did forget to let my left foot gel polish activate and now its dull and sticky. I will just paint clear coat over it.

Great service and excellent nails. Clean and COVID safe. Lost both big toenails due to medication. She used acrylic to rebuild them. Got a full set as well. They look great! I will absolutely be going back!

This place always does a great job on my nails. Have been going here for over 2 years now since I’ve moved to Sonoma county. I have tried other places, and didn’t like them. Other places are always crowed and they rush you out...My nails last longer when I do them here compared to other places...This place is a lot better than Shiloh nails....and they are nicer here... they try to get to their customers....And when you pick out a color, it actually matches the samples they make you pick from ...

Tony was great! I came in unsure of what design I want for my full set and he comforted me by letting me know he’d do anything for me I wanted! And then he went above and beyond to make my nails perfect and every detail is just right! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Windsor Nail Spa to anyone looking for great service and excellent quality work!

Pedicure was not good. Massage chair stopped working, Broken! huge bummer. They played foreign alternative rock for a while too, instead of spa music. pedi foot Massage was weak. not clean. for $30 basic pedi it’s same price at Shiloh Nail Salon and Spa. Go there, not here.

I’ve been searching for a place that does SNS and was so happy to find this spot! Friendly, really good at what they do, and quick without making you feel rushed!

I had made an appointment which I had to postpone due to some other priorities. I had informed the spa and they gave me another time to come.I was not happy with my manicure because the nails were not looking even, the cuticle was not adequately cleaned and looking ragged. The edges of the nails were looking unclean. I never had a manicure this bad. I tried to humbly bring it to the notice of the front desk because prior to the appointment, I had informed that I was looking for someone to clean the cuticle and if they can provide that service to which they answered in the affirmative. One of the persons working there, most probably the owner, misbehaved, started yelling at me and said that they will not charge me for Manicure. I told her that I do wish to pay but I was just giving the feedback so to improvise their service. But she was very angry and did not even hear me out. I felt as if I was mistreated as someone who was trying to give the feedback to avoid payment. My feedback was not heard and respected. The service provided was substandard. I would never go to this spa again. She kept yelling that I came late even though I reached exactly at the time that I had the appointment. Really unpleasant experience.experience.

It’s been hard for me to find a nail place that would do them and I’d leave happy but I really loved them and I will definitely be back.

I LOVE this nail salon. I have been getting my nails done for more time than I would like to remember, and they are fantastic. I highly recommend the salon for Bridal Parties as my daughters bridal party got their fingers and toes done the morning of the wedding. It was a wonderful morning, we had the place to ourselves, and the girls had a blast! I dont go anyplace else (even as I am looking at my nails, realizing I need to call and make an appointment!).

Just moved to the heights and this place had good reviews so decided to try it out. I have is to go on a weekday before noon or mid noon because they can get really busy! ! This place is so peacefully. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would!

They did a good regular job, but I needed some special care. My technician spoke little English and had no idea what I was asking for.

My go-to place. I am usually always pleased with this place. The last time I went (last week) the gal painted my nails (with gel) so far away from my cuticles that it looks terrible now and grown out way too quickly. That’s 5 Days.... oh well. I should have said something.I’ll go back because it’s sully really good and they are nice. The prices are good too and they always have cooking shows on tv instead of soap operas 😀

I give them a 1 because the male that did my nails was very rough,did not talk to me at all,and messed up a 2 color polish I asked for black nails and 1 shimmer then he managed to put 1 shimmer on ring finger (I asked for it there) 1 shimmer on middle finger(did not ask for it there) and 1 on my pointer finger(did not asked for it there) don’t recommend the male but females did great on my friends nails

Tried to come here for a fill and pedicure they had me wait in the lobby then a party of five women walked in and I was told because they showed up they could not do my nails...though they never communicated I was just waiting around in the event the other appointments didn’t show up.

Best nail spa in Windsor, prices are right and mani pedi will last! Nancy does the best acrylics! Ive been coming here for almost two years after I tried about 7 others salons in Windsor.
