Very nice people, clean shop. Some other people mentioned in the reviews that they had to wait quite a while even though they had an appointment. My daughter and I came in together for our scheduled appointment. I was attended to almost immediately and my daughter had to wait 30 minutes. It’s nice if you can go in and get started and leave at the same time when you come in together. I have to give them kudos because they apologized several times and did give us a coupon for a discount on a future visit.

Great experience. Had appt and even though super busy was seated for my appointment right away. I love that I could easily communicate with my nail professional and she did a fantastic job on my nails and my toes. Even though its 22 minutes away from home I will definitely be back. Its absolutely worth the drive.

Na did my nails and she put a lot of attention to detail in them. The manicure definitely took longer than I expected but it was worth the great results! I also appreciated how they were using tools out of the bag so I knew they were clean. The massage portion was also good and not rushed. Na spoke great English so it was nice to chat during my appointment.

I have been getting my spa treatment from Kim and Ann since they worked at a different location in town. I love my bi-weekly relaxation time at Lotus Nails. Treated with so much respect and kindness. If I could give this salon negative stars, I WOULD! I called to set up an appointment, they told me to come in the same day because they had availability. I got there and everyone was looking at me, and a lady came up to me and asked how could she help and I told her that I had an appointment. She said that they can do nothing for me and I assume its because of the color of my skin. (Im African American) I told her that I spoke with her on the phone and she said that didnt matter because they wont help me. I cried in my car and found another salon.

Ive gotten shellac the last couple times. It typically lasts a month before it starts chipping. They are very professional and have done a good job with the pandemic regulations. I feel sage going in there. This last time, John did an intricate snowflake design for me. Always fantastic! Highly recommend!

I met Kim 4 years ago when I arrived from Brazil, it was difficult for me finding out how things are done here in the USA. I felt so welcoming by her. She explained all the options to do my nails and I experimented all the services. Now she is part of a bigger team in this new salon and I’m very happy to be their costumer. My daughter did her birthday party there with her friends and they had sucks great time. I recommend their service, you will feel for sure welcoming and well cared.

I switched over from another nail salon in Windsor following my nail tech Louis he’s just that amazing!! You also can’t go wrong with any other nail tech in there. They have completely renovated and are under new management, it’s beautiful in there! New pedicure chairs and nail stations. Super clean and overall a great atmosphere. I’ll always follow where this staff goes!!

I have been going to see both Jessica and Son for about a year ago and have absolutely loved their work! When they told me they were opening their own place at Cherry’s, there was no doubt I would follow them. They have completely renovated this place, brand new everything, very welcoming, bright and clean! My family and I have been going here for over 10 years. I was reading the reviews and want to advocate for them. Every one there works for the customers and enjoys their work. They do mostly appointments, so if you walk in and they dont look busy but tell you to wait or come back because someone is coming. It is because they dont make you wait when you have an appointment for yourself. They respect your time!

I think that if you want high quality services this is not the right place, they try to serve so many at once that they can neglect you, I put on a set of nails and they were left with excess acrylic and it was frustrating having to fix the nails myself in house, if you had already paid $ 40 for them ..

I’ve gotten acrylics a handful of times all around the world and I’ve never been more satisfied with how they turned out. My friend and I made an appointment the day of (on a Saturday) and both got acrylics done. They turned out beautifully and we are both very happy with them. The staff was very friendly and gave us exactly what we wanted.

I recently took my daughter and friend to get our nails done at Cherry Nails. The salon is beautiful inside and very clean. The manicurists were great with the kids and the manicurist that did my nails did a fantastic job. I don’t get my nails done often because my nails are so thin that they chip immediately BUT I got gel nails and they still look great more than two weeks later. I would highly recommend this salon.

I received a gift certificate for this place, was looking forward to going in, since the person who gifted it to me is a regular there. I was extremely disappointed! I asked for a manicure with shellac. A few swipes of the nail file to “even and smooth my nails”, a drop of oil, 30 seconds of “trimming” my cuticles and a tiny amount of lotion she was already polishing. She did not make my nails even lengths or do anything that I would expect or have had done at any other place for a manicure! The shellac was put on so uneven and didn’t even cover my nails. I should have been skeptical about hearing the other employee mention to another customer about “not to peel the shellac off if it starts peeling”, but to put clear coats on at home. I’m sorry, but when paying that amount of money, I shouldn’t have to put on clear coats at home within days. And sure enough, 3 days later, the shellac is peeling off like a rubbery plastic. Cheap?? The pedicure was great, the employee was very nice, however, it would have been nice to relax and enjoy some quiet time while receiving the massage and all. Not have to talk and answer questions about my life and listen to her relating stories the entire time. I also don’t think what I paid for included what I read in the description. I ended up paying more out of pocket for services and tips, but, I will not go back. I don’t know how this nail spa is getting 5 star reviews. I get so much more for my money at the other places in town.

Probably the worst shellac manicure I have ever received. I am not picky and hate complaining but this was horrible. There was a border of my nail showing all the way around. The owner took a personal call while doing my nails phone and got into an interesting conversation all over speaker phone. Very unprofessional and awkward. Wish I could include a photo. It honestly looked like a child painted my nails. I’ll stick with Nail Spa 3

I very rarely write these reviews but I am still angry about a manicure I gothere almost a month ago. So a little bit of background, I have very long strong natural nails and usually get shellac polish on them about once a month.When I went into the salon I had shellac on, and rather than soaking them in acetone and then scraping them off (like EVERY OTHER salon I have ever gone to does} the technician used a dremel to get the polish off. When I made a comment about that ruining my natural nails, she said she knew what she was doing and continued. I had to ask her to completely redo some of my nails when she was finished because the paint was crackling and bumpy, when I asked her to redo them she huffed and puffed at me and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Also, she didnt put lotion on my hands or push back the cuticles, it was probably easily the worst manicure I have ever received. Some of the shellac chipped off three days after being done, while the longest ones that lasted, were only a week. I have never had a shellac manicure not last AT LEAST two weeks. I was angry when I left the salon because I had just paid over $40 for something that I felt like I could have done myself but that wasnt even the worst part of my experience.Since being at the salon my nails are breaking, chipping, and splitting which hasnt happened to my nails in 2+ years. I am still trying to grow and strengthen my nails almost a month after!!

I have been going to Cherry for over 8 years. She is very friendly and very professional. I have never been disappointed in her work. I get the pink solar nails and they always look fabulous!!!! She does such great work, they look natural and she doesnt do that ridiculous hump in the middle of the nail. She is a talented artist as well doing free hand paint brush work on your nails for your chosen design, or she creates a design for you, she is very imaginative. I was given a gift certificate for Christmas. I have had pedicures before but always end up cut or unhappy. Mary did a great job she was easy to talk to and it was the best pedicure I have ever had! The massage was amazing and lasted a long time. I will definitely be going there now.

I recently moved to Windsor and needed a nail salon close by. I went to Cherrys Nails and Spa and loved it. The place is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Cherry was very gentle and took her time. I love my nails and would recommend Cherrys to everyone.

I went in and it was completely empty, she was on the phone typing at her seat, said it would be a minute while she finished her email and I was totally fine with that, I am patient.... more time past and finally she says have a seat.. she continued to type on her phone and said it would be a minute and I again said it’s fine ... she put the phone down, didn’t ask really what I wanted so I told her, the phone buzzed and she kept looking at it so I said go ahead and take it if you need too, she walked across the room and came back put the phone down and I felt like she was a nice person but was completely rushing through to get me out of there, she tried to make conversation by asking a lot if questions but it was completely rushed through, with not a single person waiting and the place was empty, after I paid she quickly says thanks and grabbed her phone again ... very poor customer service and not a manicure or service worth the money I paid for.. I won’t go back

Cherry was very nice but....I felt like she did a rush job on my manicure. She didnt even touch my cuticles. She just filed my nails and painted them. Ive had much better manicures.I probably will not be back. I realize they were short staffed but I did call for an appointment.

I dont leave bad reviews ever even if the service was bad but what people are saying and giving it five stars is very misleading! The worst place ever!!! Will definitely never go back! And will never be recommending at all! I dont know how people even say it is 5 stars in the first place! I had to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed because they messed up my acrylics so badly! I wont even give them one star!! There are so many other places that are better than this nail place

The ladies that work there are awesome. Cherry is a very sweet lady. The other I dont know her name but she makes me feel special every time I go has Hungarian heritage. I highly recommend them for Windsor. I was at another Salon by King Super and got toenailfungus. The chairs atCherrys are beyond heaven. My back was so bad hurting like heck. I went today and I feel so rejuvenated for my trip to Europe tomorrow. I very highly recommend this place in Windsor. I would never go anywhere

I’ve been getting my nails done for more than 20 years. I’ve had shellac manicures for the last 10 years and consider myself a very loyal client once I find a good place. I recently moved to the area and chose Cherrys because she claimed to have 16 years of experience. This was THE WORST nail experience I’ve ever had! Cherry used the dremel to “file” my nails... not just to help remove the polish but directly on my nails. The polish job she did was AWFUL and ALL of them peeled off within 6 days! My own nails are now so thin and so damaged they’re PAINFUL! I will NEVER go back and would warn anyone against going to this establishment!

I used to got this salon all the time when I was younger, but now that I have went back Im not impressed. The people are very nice but its not a very welcoming environment. When I walked in there was no one in there. There was not tv or music or anything on. It was awkwardly quiet the whole time because there was no conversation. I just got my nails taken off and got a manicure which he did a good job, but since it was so awkward I just wanted out. Then I decide to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady took me in the back and she didnt spend much time at all. When I got home I spent another 45 minutes plucking my eyebrows which I shouldnt have to do. Biggest waste of $12. Overall I will not be returning to this salon I want somewhere I feel comfortable and can relax.

Cherrys has been doing nails for over 14 years. She and her staff did an excellent job. She always is able to fit me in and take care of me. She does beautiful free hand artwork on my nails.

Went to cherry for a gel mannicure. Instead of taking my prior shellac of the correct way she just filed it completely off, leaving them really weak and brittle. I didnt get a hand and forearm massage, which I thought was standard in any manicure. The manicure itself was not anything great. Uneven lines in my French tips and she didnt go all the way to my cuticles with polish. She was clearly rushing. Ive had them 4 days now and the gel is peeling off already. I previously went to 5 star nail salon and that manicure lasted a solid 3 weeks. For the same price I wouldnt go back.

I hate to leave a bad review because the staff was extremely nice, but my nails are awful for how much I had to pay. I asked for coffin shaped nails and got no where near what I asked for, plus the polish wrinkled in the uv light and instead of fixing it she just put the top coat on and called it good. $65 for coffin shaped nails when the website says $40 and they were done terribly. They’re lumpy, almond shaped, and uneven. I’m super disappointed as they were so nice, but I have never hated my nails so much.

Thankful they took me as a walk-in and she was very nice and did my nails really fast but, paid $55 for lumpy, and uneven nails. She told me to pick a color and would match it? I picked a brown red color, ended up with pink..

I hate leaving bad reviews when the people are so nice. But I got a pedicure and all they did was soak my feet, lotion massage and paint--absolutely nothing done about calusses which was disappointing because thats what I was most looking forward to because I hadnt had a pedicure in so long. Also I picked out a color that I really loved and they said I should do gel instead and they have a color thats the same as what I picked out. The color was completely different and totally not my style. They didnt really ask, just told me gel is better and thats what I should do. Wouldnt recommend this place at all unfortunately.

I have been going here for 9years! Everyone is very friendly and you cant beat the prices. I just started taking my 2young girls and they do amazing mini mani/pedis for $25 with a cute design! I did this new manicure shellac and I am in love it lasts a couple weeks and helps my nails stay long and strong. I would definitely recommend to everyone very clean, friendly, and professional!

I had a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure. I had never been to this salon before. I wont go back. My polish on my hands didnt last a week and I didnt put my shoes on until over an hour later after my drive home and the toe polish still smudged and I even sat at the drying station for about 10 minutes, I would have stayed a little longer but they were ready to go home. I dont think the guy said one word to me and I told him I liked my toe nails trimmed short but he didnt trim them at all.

This was my first time going to this salon. I walked in to get a set of acrylics. A gentlemen sat me down and filed my nails. I then had to wait until the women returned to the salon for her to start my nails. Quantity of the nails are poor. They started to lift about 2 days after getting them applied. The tops are also very uneven. I will not be returning to this nail salon nor would I recommend it.

Over priced and poorly done. The nails that were done was done in gel when asking for acrylic. Nails looked unattached like they were on for a week all ready, right after they were done. She was also always on the phone instead of paying attention to the job at hand.

Poor customer service and quality! I waited for 15 minutes while nails soaked in solution without any interaction with staff or communication about how long I would be waiting. My nails were damaged by the dremmel. Within 30 of leaving the dallin, my gel nail split and with 3 hours two other nails peeled. Had to have them touched up the next day and one week later another nail broke and peeled. I am not doing anybexcessive activity to cause this and no different than a manicure from a different shop which lasted three weeks with no chipping or breaking. Will not go back! Horrible service and quality. Will give them credit for a nice decor:

Their website is not consistent with what there real prices are. Also the website says it comes with a lot more for the pedicures than it actually does. I got the deluxe pedicure and it didnt come with the mask treatment or the socks and I found that out after I paid for it! Also my sister got a euro pedicure but it didnt come with the scrub gel. Very disappointed. And not to mention their massage is not 25min long...more like 5-7min.

Cherry was a very nice lady, very professional. But for some reason my $15 dollar manicure was rushed and over in less than 15 mins. My cuticles werent cut, my hands and arms were barely massaged and the whole thing was rushed. I was really bummed considering all of the wonderful things I have heard about cherrys nails. She does do a great job polishing nails though. Sad that I wont be going back.

Definitely would not recommend! Went there for a shellac manicure on Saturday and in less than 24 hours, I had no polish on one finger and many other finger nails were chipped. Theres no excuse for gel polish to not even last 24 hours! Very unsatisfied with Tonys service and would not go back!

I moved to Windsor in March of 2014 and have been going to Cherrys since then. I have been very happy with all of the services I have received from Cherry, Tony, and Mary. They provide awesome service and make me feel like family.

Bad business- just called to make an appointment for 2 pedis, he thought about it for a minute and then said no, we are going to close early today.

The last few times I went in to get a pedi. I was told to come back even tho there was no one else in the shop.
