I’m new to the area, so just walked in for a pedicure today. Bobby did my toes, so professional, friendly and communicative. I love that he didn’t make small talk. He gave me a great massage - perfect combo of gentle but firm, and my toes look beautiful. 🤩 The salon is clean, spacious and quiet. I’m so happy I found such a great nail salon on my first try.

The end result is acceptable, but the experience was terrible. I told the technician I wanted to keep my natural nails the same length they were. He filed down and soaked one hand. He decided to peel the gel off the other hand by using an acrylic tip to get under the polish. He ripped off two of my nails to the nail bed, and ripped one PAST my nail bed resulting in a tear halfway down my nail bed. So now I have three acrylic tips, one glued on top of a wound, when I came in with ten nails the same length. The peeling took just as long as soaking would have and I wouldnt have ended up with a torn nail bed. The nail shapes are obviously different between my two hands, he didnt trim my cuticles, and all this for $55.

I love this place! Ive been going here for years and any time I go anywhere else I miss it. Great staff, wonderful service and good pricing.

Extra $5 charge for increase prices of supplies due to covid and just a basic pedicure (no extra options offered) but very friendly.

I wasn’t even asked to wash my hands when he first started with my full acrylic nails. He also only used a manual buffer for my own nails instead of the machine. That was when I started to worry.My nails are TOTALLY uneven in length and extremely thick - can’t pick anything up. There odds of me going back are nil to none.

I dont even know where to begin with this nail place. The nail tech was nice but I dont really think she knew what she was doing. She over polished my nails by probably 6 coats which made thick and ugly looking. She cut my right ring finger with the nail file which resulted in soreness for a few days and a small infection. My fingers hurt for a few days after I got the power dip service. They have like 10 colors to choose from and I promise you the nail tech did not know what she was doing. Multiple coats of 3 different bottles of polish and they are peeling. They are SO uneven. The polish is wavy as well. Im very unhappy with the product.

I found BBs about 2 years ago. They do a great job! I wont go anywhere else.

I went to this place to get my nails done for Homecoming and they were very ruff with my nails and not very nice. They guy who did my nails wasnt very good with acrylics. I showed them a picture of the shape I wanted and it is a simple shape and he messed it up. In the end my nails werent the right shape, and length (even though I kept telling him that the shape was off or the nails were uneven). Also the charged me 5-10 extra dollars and I didnt even know why, and there was nothing there saying that shape or color was extra. I had to fix my nails my self thats how bad they were. My friends came with me and the lady who did their nail cut their nails really short and their nails were hurting after all of it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever again. Also to add my friends nails were bleeding afterwards. DO NOT GO!

Worst experience ever, I would not send anyone here, I got a pedicure my feet have burned every since. My daughter got her a full set of nails an was cut several times. They just keep talking to keep u in there store so u wont be upset but this place should be shut down.

Had my acrylic nails put on at a salon in Fort Collins. They were too thick at the base and not separated well from my cuticle so they had begun to come loose. The gentleman at BB Nails took a very long time to salvage the poor original application. He was friendly and my nails now look b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l!

This has to be the worst gel manicure I have ever received!! After three days the polish started pealing off from the cuticle end of my nails. Both thumbs and my left index finger. I would have gone back to have them fixed as it should last at least 10 days or more but I was out of state on a trip.Something else I didn’t like was when I paid. The older lady (she didn’t do my nails a young lady did) insisted I pay in cash. I didn’t want to pay with cash (except for the tip) because of my trip I was going on. It cost $35.00 so I gave her $40.00. I stood there and she didn’t offer to give me the $5.00 back. Their loss as I always tip more but the way she took the money didn’t feel right so I didn’t bother to give the extra $2.00. Now I’m happy I didn’t tip more, I will never go back, it’s no wonder why nobody was inside and I was able to walk in.

My nails look like I dipped my fingers in plastic!!! They look horrible!!! Have to go elsewhere to get them fixed. The place should get shut down, they dot know what they are doing at all. They lady kept saying I fix, I fix my 4 year old could do a better job!

They are slow and give the worst pedicure. If you just want to chill and get your toes polished, then this is a perfect place....if you expect anymore then that dont bother.

This was by far the worst nail salon EVER. I thought I was getting pranked it was so bad. I asked for dip, and 2 hours later he finally finished then proceeded to RUIN THEM with some tool and put gel on top of the powder. The end result was a clumpy mess and then charged me $50!!!! What a waste of time and money. No wonder no one was in that place. Absolutely TERRIBLE

I will never go back! I asked for gel nails told me they had that but didn’t. My nails were so uneven and had different shapes it wasn’t acceptable. The next day my nails were already lifting. They charged me more flthan what price was posted and I didn’t even get polish. I had to go home and fix my nail length and shape.

I walked into BB Nails wanting a pedicure. I am not from Colorado, but needed a break and some magic on my feet. This was a truly uplifting experience. The only thing was the graduated pricing for the pedis. If the time is available I would definitely go back.

Some times it takes a bit longer than i like but always happy with the work they make me feel like i am important to them which always feels nice

Pretty good price and ok service but my acrylics look horrible! I showed a picture of the shape I wanted and they turned out completely different, uneven, bubbled, and cracked. Now I have to pay to get them fixed somewhere else. Wish I could upload pics.

Horrible experience. I made an appointment and had to wait over an hour. And charged me the price of a full set for an acrylic rebase. Never going back here again. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

Horrible!!! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I got acrylic nails and along with the guy taking forever, they all came off within a week. Absolutely horrible experience and way overpriced. Never going here again.

Had an appointment and when I showed up. They said they couldnt do it because they were to busy, yet there was 2 people in there. Not good people or service.

Shellac polish with my manicure and it peeled off within 3 days. I’ve had shellac last me 3+ weeks when done at other salons...only reason to get them redone was due to nail growth. I will NEVER return. $45 for a 3 day polish. 😡😡😡

My nails look horrible. Looks like I did them myself. Very overpriced. I will never go here again.
