Awesome staff! We rented a small storage unit, it was easy to get set up and turn everything back in. Also rented a portable container (COW), and it was great. Pickup, move, and drop off were easy and smooth.

We have a climate controlled unit that we rented sight unseen from Georgia, I was really nervous about renting it this way but it is what we needed to do. Anyway Glenda was extremely helpful and very patient with me and all of my calls and questions. So far I think that we have a very clean and secure unit for our belongings.

No need to look for another storage facility. I have had my belongings stored with other companies and was unsatisfied with their customer service. Once my latest contract was fulfilled I began to look for a better place to hold my belongings. Rachel was superb with her assistance finding me the best fit. Glenda was so spectacular. I came in with an odd shaped tv stand that I needed to mail to my son. We both looked and the stand to figure a way to get it to fit into a small box. Glenda pulled out her brand new tool pouch and was able to disassemble the stand so that it fit into the right sized box. Glenda was so very helpful. A very valuable employee. Great experience, less expensive than the competition and better quality service!

White Properties is just all around great! They have the cleanest self storage by far. Tina has been so helpful when I was looking for a place to rent for a friend. I’ve shipped with them as well. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable!

We have never had to rent a storage unit before, but Glenda was amazingly helpful. She talked me through what size unit I would need for the things I needed to store and because I wasnt currently in Winchester we did all the paperwork online. It was super easy and Glenda was able to answer all our questions. It was also great that there was a special going on where we paid for 3 months and got the 4th month free. Overall we have been very happy with everything. The unit was clean and we feel safe storing our furniture and items in it.

Not so funny little story: Years ago My Mom & Dad got a shipping container to store some of the items they inherited. Placed it out near their wooded property line and told us to save some money on at least one storage unit and put some of our stuff out there, so we did. Moral of the story: Dont do it! Huge mistake! They meant well...but when our home was finally done and ready to move in to; we sifted through years of stink bug damage, various other bugs, snake skins, dead and live mice, and smelly mildewy ruined furniture, linens, albums, holiday decorations and a practically new mattress that was wrapped well in heavy plastic; but we are getting rid of because I will never get the smell out. Dont be like us, its not worth it, we lost so much! All we kept saying was if we had used storage solutions for these things this wouldve never happened. Their staff has always been friendly. The mice and snakes are non-existent. The bugs are very few and not found in our boxes. We never had an issue out of them in over 10yrs. All of the things we kept in the 2 (at one point 3 units) we had come out looking and smelling like the day we put them in there. I would highly recommend Storage Solutions - White Properties.

I rent a storage unit from White Properties but recently went into the office to use their package shipping service. I was greeted by Nelson and I have to say I have never been treated so well by an employee. Nelson was very helpful and went out of his way to help me re-package my item and was very personable and attentive. Just a great experience all around! I will be back for all my shipping needs. This is only place to do your international or local shipping if you want it done correctly. My wife cross stitches and send letter or package all over but this is only place that make sure things are done correct to insure it get to it new location on time. Been you use them for fair signs and other things also.
