We were undecided on whether to try to sell our house by owner or to list it. We talked to several realtors and decided to let Josh list it. He took many pictures and posted them on numerous sites including YouTube! Before the house hit the market people were calling to see if they could get in the house early. Within 8 hours of the house going on the market, we had 4 offers and other showings scheduled for the next day. We accepted an offer from the first group for asking price! To say that Josh and the Freedom Reality team did a phenomenal job would be an understatement! Our neighbor who had been trying to sell by owner, went with Josh after he saw the action we were getting on our house. Josh was very personable and accessible throughout the process. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I used Freedom Realty to purchase my home and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a realty company. Josh went above and beyond to get my wife and I in our first home. With a baby due in July, we began looking in March of 2019, but the market was tough and not many houses were for sale.
