I cannot recommend this place for service.. I called in to schedule service and replace some parts and was told to bring it in 3 weeks which was fine. I asked them to order my belt when I called in originally. When I brought it in, I asked them to get new wheels, and a gator blade if available and also sharpen my old blade. I waited a month and then checked back. The belt had been ordered late and was due in that day and I could pick the mower up on the next day. I picked it up and a new identical blade had been put on, and my perfectly good old one was not sharpened. Not what I asked for. I brought it home and started using it and all seemed ok. Then I looked at the oil and it was low and quite dirty. In a months time, no service was done. They said they thought I just wanted my new parts put on. What mower shop would not look at the oil even if they lost my original order for service? I could have been mowing that whole month, and put the new parts on myself, but I wanted to get it serviced, so I figured they could do it all. Now, I must change the oil myself. What a disappointment overall.

I honestly wish I could Equipment Resources 100 stars! Everyone was so helpful! As my lawnmower was rolled off the trailer they realized it was a quick fix so they fixed it while I waited instead of making me make another trip. I was in and out the door in less than an hour which included chatting. It is such a great feeling to know they are there for all of our lawn care needs.

These guys know what theyre doing. Fair price and no surprises. The estimate was within 2 dollars. We had a fairly complex (to me) problem with a John Deere lawn tractor. They had no problem getting it back to operational condition. Weve been going to them for years. Customers for life.

Best ones I have found to get parts for what I need

Had them pick up my mower which they did as they had stated it was locked and wheels frozen they loaded it and called when they had looked at it and stated that I had locked it up with my brake which I did not realize. They could have taken me and told me that anything was wrong. I appreciate their honesty. I highly recommend them great,service,highly knowledgeable. I will use them again
