I would give 10 stars if possible! These guys are amazing. Prices are extremely fair. The kind of hometown service, knowledge, and friendliness every repair shop should have. When picking up the technician took the time to go over questions I had. Top notch, lifetime customer earned!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff, this has become my new go to place for my mower parts. Yes Im aware I can buy parts online but prefer to support small locally owned businesses as much as possible. Only downside is it can be hard sometimes to get by there during their operating hours.

Purchased my Simplicity riding mower a dozen years ago from TCE and couldnt be more pleased with the follow up service. Recently needed a welding repair (and blade sharpening) on the mower deck and TCE came through. TCE promised delivery in 2 weeks and I got a call 3 days later that the repair was done! Talk about under promising and overdelivering - especially at this busy time of the season. And TCE even lubed the blade bearings - a nice extra touch. Highly recommended!!

Great place awesome service

Bought our zero turn mower here and had a few repairs of multiple mowers done here. They are very nice and knowledgable. Their work is very efficient but of course during the warmer months repair time takes a little longer. But overall we are very satisfied with this shop and store.I would definitely recommend this shop.

Awesome place to go for parts and knowledge! A little small inside since they have a LOT of stuff in there...looks like a episode of Horders or something (joke) but enough room to walk and move around. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definately recommend to anyone!

Most knowledgeable small engine repair shop around. That is what drew me to this shop. What keeps me going back is the outstanding service and quality of people they have working here.

This place will rip you off. Took my mower in for service, they charged me $50 and did absolutely nothing to it, tried to sell me a new one. Go elsewhere!

Love this shop!They sell Amsoil products, theyre reasonably priced and theyre usually quick. Just wish they had better hours but its a small price to pay.Everything the big box stores arent, this place is. Friendly, knowledgeable & fair. I will continue to come back.

I used to be very pleased with the advice, expertise and speed of service at Cutting Edge, but lately that has changed. I have twice dropped off a push mower, once for a simple pull cord replacement, and once for a pull cord replacement and a blade sharpening. The first time, the mower got lost somewhere in the back rooms, and after two weeks with no word, I called them. They didnt know the status, but would get back to me. They didnt, and a week later I called again. This time they found it, but it had not been done yet. They finally fixed it a few days later. This latest repair has now been there for over a month, and still no word from them. I just called and got an answer machine, but I will call again since Ive never had them actually return a call. I am extremely disappointed in the downturn in service over the past few years, and if/when I get the mower back, I will look elsewhere for all future repairs to my equipment.

Cutting edge was great always friendly and curtious as always I would greatly approve them to anyone who would ask about them.

I always have nothing but a positive experience when I walk in the door, or even when simply calling them. I personally like to support our local small businesses, but not at the expense of a bad experience. Never a sacrifice with these folks. Great group of people at Cutting Edge that are always supportive and responsive. They care about what they do and treat customers right. Just purchased a chain saw and will continue to use their services well into the future.

Ive spent quite a bit of money purchasing a mower, blower and weed eater from Cutting Edge. Each time has been a pleasant experience purchasing those items. While they do tend to cost a little more, I prefer to support local businesses instead of the big box stores. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because the past 2 times I have taken equipment in for service or repair and the amount of time it has taken to get them back has been 1 month+. I have to call to see what the status is on the equipment and its almost as if they havent even touched it. I recently took my mower in for general service and new blades. I called 5 weeks after dropping it off and they havent even ordered the blades. Just seem very unorganized and if you are that far behind schedule you should inform customers when they are dropping something off. This has happened once in the fall and again late winter/spring so its just not certain times of the year. I will say they are knowledgeable and courteous but the service has to be fixed or I will no longer be able to support this business.

I would like to take a moment to say thanks to Scott at Cutting Edge Small Engine repair. I had all of my lawn equipment stolen out of my garage a couple of weeks ago.! So today I went to repurchase all of my items that were stolen, and all I can say is WOW. Everyone here was phenomenal and vary helpful. They have great prices and awesome customer service. I think what I liked best is how thorough they were and they made sure I knew how to operate everything. If you are reading this PLEASE NOTE that these people are very friendly and they will go out of there way to make sure that you leave pleased. Took a new chain saw chain that had been sharpened for the first there but the depth guides had not been filed so the blade wouldnt cut. i told them that the chain had been sharpened but the depth guides not reduced & to only reduce the guides. they gave me the chain back but had resharpened it anyhow. took it home & the same thing, it wouldnt cut, so took it back & explained what happened & asked them once again to just file the depth guides. picked it up & once again they had resharpened it & told me that the chain could no longer be sharpened because it had been resharpened too many times. just great! a brand new chain rendered useless & i had to pay to have it made that way.
