The most amazing people ever, Hicleaners literally cleaned my entire house before I sold it and I used all of their services. First off water was leaking into my house, so I started by cleaning my gutters and it showed that I had a hole in my facia board created by a squirrel. So not only did they clean my gutters, but their installation department replaced that facia board. Then my siding was cleaned of dust, and my roof also had moss on it so they treated it. Everything came off, and the outside looks perfect. Finally a week before the showing I had the windows cleaned, and the day of the showing someone gave me a cash offer that was way over my asking price.
