My husband and I went and saw Jim Bowman for several months for marriage counseling. My husband and I have had marriage counseling several times before. Crossroads counseling was really great and it really benefited the both of us. After several months of marriage counseling we just stopped hearing from the counselor. We weren’t really given an explanation on why. Since our last session which was almost 2 months ago I have tried to contact this office numerous times on several different occasions. Even after the marriage counseling sessions ended, I continued to speak to an individual therapist that was my counselor’s apprentice for a couple weeks. They are closing and I need to get documentation for court and can’t get a response from them. I’m slightly disappointed considering we were clients with them for almost a year.

Staff at Crossroads was good for my daughter. The therapists we’ve been with is good. Very helpful.

Be ready for a life saving and life changing experience,if you are ready to do the work.crossroads helped my son to get the help he needed through counseling and mentoring.applied resources available to him through school.his attitude and outlook has taken a turn for the better.a necessity for himself and our family.as far as my own personal experience,i recieved a wonderful experienced woman who empowered me to be me.supported me through difficulties i couldnt have handled alone,guided me on decisions based on my morals and values,supported and shared my journey in sobriety.crossroads put in place positive and experienced people to help our life as a family to be what a healthy family can be.positive tools to use throughout life and learning how to communicate.overall i cant think of a better place to recieve help for a child,a mother and a family.thank you all at crossroads.

In a 1 year time frame my daughter received 2 counselors in that time frame.. which is horrible ! She gets all comfortable with them and they leave because they cant handle all the paperwork crossroads gives them and its A LOT. Also my daughters 2nd counselor she was amazing but her upper hand authority was not so nice there names were Susan and Jess .. Jess works in prince country not even around here and wanted to come to my house to meet with the counselor without asking me .. Susan forgot to do my daughters Medicaid review and had to wait over a month from the counselor to come back ... THIS PLACE IS TRASH .... they hurt my daughter changing people in out of her life she thought they didnt like her anymore ... Please if you are ready this take the time.to understand that.. if your child goes here.. its going to happen to them.. it does no good for them.. they need structure and support and my daughters counselor authority Susan and Jess did not to any of that! So please understand this is just my oppion but I had it go on for a year ..and was about to get my daughters 3rd new counselor.
