I am looking for a different CPA. Taxes were done by someone that seemed to be inexperienced. Never knew who I was corresponding with via email. Did not have answers to tax inquiries that I had and ended up owing money at the end because they did not catch something the year before. To throw salt in the wound, I was asked to sign paperwork that basically stated that I wasn’t going to hold them accountable for it. No apologies but they didn’t mind taking my money. I did not feel valued.

We have a very complex return and Mike and his staff were efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and a joy to work with! I dont normally put joy into any conversation about taxes!! :) I appreciate their vast knowledge of our industry, their professionalism and their customer service. Everything is always explained thoroughly and in laymans terms. They came highly recommended to us and we highly recommend them as well!

Kilmer & Associates was recommended to me while I was waiting for an appointment for physical therapy. I made the remark that after leaving the PT appointment I had an appointment with a tax Accountant.
