Ive been trying to work with them for almost a year. Started an account, purchased an import bond, etc. Absolute waste of time... They never pick up on time, they never deliver on time, and they cant get their customs documents straight. Cant wait to find a new service provider - GET ME OUT OF THIS MESS!

My freight is always delivered late, day late or more and i am never notified if delivery day or time changes, i always have to contact them, to find out what happened ? .Drivers are friendly, customer service is OK . I just do not recommend using them, specially if youre expecting time sensitive freight.Trust me avoid the headache!!!!
