I mean ive had the storage unit for a few days now, so far no issues. Gated, cameras, clean.

No way...too expensive!

Charged $300 for a 10 x 40 and send email confirmation the unit was ready. Go to unit and it was rented out from under us. Still waiting on refund.

Great down-to-earth customer service. Clean, temperature-controlled unit is just what we needed. Easy to access, easy to setup an account with them. Overall experience has been easy and Josh has been great to work with. Thanks for taking care of us!

I really like this facility. The storage lockers are well taken care of and I like the extra security gate in the front. Its an added bonus that they are less than a mile from my home in case I need something quickly.

There was a seamless change of management from our old provider. They do everything they can to make transitions as easy as possible. They are always available to answer questions or concerns.

Family member had a lot of negative issues here. Recently got broken into and they live out of state. We spent hours trying to do an inventory for them. Took about an hour to get IN and OUT of their particular unit. Need upgrade on security and locks. I gave them 2 stars bc the customer service folks try really hard to help.

Easy In, Easy Out!

Super easy to get in to if you need a quick place in a hurry. Customer service was very nice during the initial phase. However, they advertise that their locations are under constant supervision behind locked gates. The last two times I went to my storage unit, the gate was open. Anyone could drive in or out. Also, payment is due at the end of the month as you rent on a month to month basis. What they do not tell you is that if you move your things even the day after youve paid for an entire month, they do not prorate a refund back to you!! Im sure they keep a lot of money this way!

We recently were robbed and so far they really haven’t seemed to be to worried about it, we have been here quit a while and have had multiple problems. We rent a climate controlled unit and have had flooding in our unit, and just recently got broken into us and like 10 other units. We were told there was no cameras and we were told we didn’t need insurance. This place is very scratchy. Do not recommend.

I always get nervous when a new company takes over a business. I thought for sure that I would be in for a hard time and many changes. I had been renting for years when Red Dot took over. Easy, painless process. Nothing changed, rent stayed the same, and I actually enjoy calling their customer aervice to pay my bill. Very friendly, helpful people. Was thinking of changing storage places at first, but they have kept me as a loyal customer! Will continue to rent through RedDot and I recommend them!

I was a long time renter and moved in years ago when it was owned by Interstate Storage before the mini warehouse was purchased by Reddot Storage company. After Reddot purchased the facility a couple of years ago they shut down the office and restroom and required a person to contact their call center located in another state for payment and service. That was a pain. During my tenancy Reddot removed the functioning security gate for approximately six to eight months before replacing the gate. I complained about the lack of security but they didnt seem to care. They raised my rent TWICE over the last year with the first rent increase being a 15% increase and the last rent increase being over a 250% increase in rent. Yes, the last rent increase was a VERY HIGH RENT increase being over TWO AND A HALF times what I had been paying. When I questioned the sudden outrageously high increase in rent they said that they had to make up for the low rent I was paying!?! I had been a good quiet tenant for many years. I had been paying the agreed upon rent. Regardless, I got the message and promptly moved out. They are overpriced for this market.

Easy transaction from the shipping place to Red Dot storage. Location is very east to get to, and very friendly personnel.

They try to rip you off by taking the dumpsters off site...if you dont take all the extra box material left...they will continue to charge you.. I would not recommend them... NO
