We were dropping off trucks for repair and while my friend was waiting for me to pick her up. This rude arrogant ignorant woman came out saying she was going to call the police for loitering. She was cussing and acting completely inappropriate I would NEVER do business with someone who behaves so ignorantly. I would hope that Shelter would want better representation than her.

I was sitting on the cement in front of the closed down business and this woman was cussing and being extremely rude to me for no reason. If this is how shelter insurance runs there business with rude inappropriate people I would not recommend there business to anyone.
