Im giving three stars because the ladies at Mrs. Pells office are very friendly and very helpful. The flip side of that is that I switched to all state because I thought it was going to save me some money and now I am paying more than I have ever paid for insurance in my whole life. So as soon as my current policy expires comma Ill be shopping for new insurance.

Working in the office, whats a great deal of help and assisting me to understand whats going on wheres my auto policy. Extremely friendly and courteous people, just a joy to work with.
