I decided to research lower priced auto insurance than Geico offered. I was pleased with the responsiveness and timeliness from Jennifer and pleased with the quote. I changed both my vehicle policies to Partlow at a huge price difference. I am pleased.

My experience of purchasing home and auto insurance through Jennifer Neal at Partlow has been great. She is super responsive and was able to get me home and auto for reasonable price. I recommend her to any of you considering a quote.

I would not recommend for a few reasons: I had my health and dental benefits through this agency and always had a hard time getting them to respond to my questions/claims. Then 2 weeks after the date of my enrollment, I went to the dentist and the dental office could not find the plan I was in, to which I later found out that Partlow Insurance (Suze and her team) did not enroll me at the date they stated. It was fixed but only after I had to make 10 phone calls. THEN to finish off my experience with them, I have gotten numerous calls from my childrens doctor office because Partlow apparently only submitted 2 of my 4 children into the plan.. which meant more phone calls to fix. What a total disorganized mess. I would go elsewhere.

Not impressed at all! Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Arrianna was very helpful walking me through my questions regarding the insurance premiums and policies. She was also very quick to respond on all communications which is very important to me.

Called this company as I wanted to change my insurance carrier. Didnt even have the decency to return the phone call. Can only imagine how they respond to their clients.
