The property manager Ryan was awesome. He went above and beyond to meet my timeline. Great experience through the entire process. From application to move in he made everything seamless.

They were really responsive and helpful but for the price they are asking the apartments should be in better condition. Not sure if this place was supposed to be smoke free but still strongly smelled of smoke. Other than that great experience!

They went from getting you in their place to ignoring you completely. Also not keeping you up to date with things unless its positive which is barely. Went from a 5 to a 1 review in 1 year. Its ridiculous and no on ever takes responsibility for anything its always the higher ups ok, but you can never get the higher ups. Im sick of this place.Some people need new jobs.

If you like living with cockroaches then this is the place for you.Don’t bother calling management to tell them your apartment is infested with cockroaches because they don’t return your phone calls.They’ll provide you with a washer and dryer for a fee yet they will not be in your apartment even two months after you move in.The premises are strewn with litter and birds live inside the buildings.Don’t bother complaining about anything because the property manager doesn’t return phone calls.Being homeless would be better than living here.

Mary was very helpful and responsive when we had issues. She makes herself available to help us at all times.
