Nasty. Kids are very unruly! The kids do not watch out for traffic. Always running/riding bikes in and out of cars. The kids stand on the steps in packs. It’s a lot of cussing, yelling and bullying. I do not allow my child outside anymore. The children do not move when they see people coming. Kids bikes left on side walks for you to have to walk over! Steps and landing very dirty from food and things being spilled!! Things dried up on walls from trash being left out on landings overnight. The school bus picks all the kids up at the mailbox, the only way out, stopping traffic for several minutes.

Resident Vehicles are not secure, there is no way to hold anyone accountable if ones vehicles get damaged on property, Is it too much for such an entity to have a few security cameras on site????Last Month, one of my cars was hit by a rock that could have been thrown by a kid, I was not able to identify who did it because there are no cameras on the property.Since the property has kids, its only fair to have a few cameras installed to hold the accountable people responsible, It might have been the first incident but since I travel often, I keep asking myself, what if I come back and my car has been hit again??? This is a serious security concern and I urge management to take action!

Family friendly, affordable, and clean income based apartment complex. Dedicated staff help maintain higher standards than most. Most definitely worth checking out if youre looking to move.

We moved here in May 2016 and I must say the manager Brandi and assistant manager Claudia are the best staff ever! I love it here its clean,quiet and comfortable and the staff is spot on! Im looking forward to many more years here at Autumn Wind! And the pool is fantastic! It is now October 2017 and I still love it here at Autumn Wind! Im hoping my daughter n son in law n grandkids will be moving here soon!😁It is a very awesome place to live!💕

Mitch is a very friendly and capable maintenance tech. He always goes above and beyond to solve your problem. However, if Autumn Wind would do regular maintenance on the gutters and keep them clean, we would not have had a leak into the master bedroom closet in the first place.

Back in 1999 when the property was first built I use to ride by and say One day I will live in that beautiful community. Guess what? 2013 I moved in! The apartments are beautiful and up dated. The staff...Oh the staff. They are just wonderful. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family. I love living here!! Thank You for all you do. I Cant say enough about the staff. Melissa is the best she is very professional and gets things done right away. The Maintenance crew is very quick at getting and fixing what ever it is that needs done. This property is a great place to live.

I moved here in 2017 and I absolutely love it here!! Maintenance is quick to respond and very experienced. The ladies in the office, Melissa and Rachel are fantastic and will go above and beyond to address any concerns you may have. I LOVE that they have pizza and pool parties to help tenants get to know each other. 😁❤ Great family environment!!

I called the after hours number at 8am about a key being broke off in the door. They was at my apartment within 5mins to take care of it.

I’ve lived there for four years and it’s a great family oriented community, with an awesome maintenance staff that’s there for you when you need them most! I suggest this place to anyone that’s looking for a convenient, quiet place to live. :-)

The maintenance is awesome!! They have helped me with every request within a timely manner and doing an amazing job. They are super friendly and trust worthy. They take care of our community by keeping it clean and safe.

The first impression of this community was a clean and well organized community with staff who cares just as much about the people who live here as they do the bottom line. Since moving here 9 months ago, we have been so grateful for the generosity of the staff in the events for the kids they put on. The pool is beautiful and clean. The grounds are landscapes and beautiful. Maintenance is fast and efficient. The staff has earned our trust and respect and we couldn’t be more thankful for finding this great place to live!

This is my first week here and I am so impressed with the staff. Maintenance responds fast, are efficient and nice! Today was National Popcorn Day and the leasing office did a great job! Very yummy popcorn!

My son and 8 year old grandson live at Autumn Wind and I could not be happier! This is a well maintained apartment complex.. Beautiful landscaping, beautiful apartments, safe and friendly environment, wonderful neighbors.. The pool and all the fun festivities offered to the residents are just awesome!Thank you Claudia and Melissa and the maintenance crew for making this all possible! I’m very grateful!

I love living here! I have been here for the past two years with my mom and weve had no complaints! The staff here is really nice and the pool is always clean! The neighbors here are also really nice and we are so close to town. Love it!

I moved to Autumn Winds right around Christmas, and these last 8 months have been delightful! The management staff always send out little emails for holidays, they let the kids come get a treat after school, and they do little things that make the heart happy, like a bag breakfast or a ice cream party! The Maintainence team is incredible also! If I have an issue, no matter how small, they are here same day! It has been a life changer moving here! Thank you Autumn Winds for setting an amazing bar!

I was visiting my friends this past weekend, and the property was very clean and well kept. Possibly might look into living it was so nice!

Im lucky to call Autumn Wind home! When you visit the rental office you are greeted with a ton of candy on their AMAZING Candy Bar!!! Brandi and Claudia are not only professional, very caring and always willing to help when needed. Brandi dog Sat for me when I was in the hospital. The staff here are AMAZING!!!! We are so lucky to have the maintenance guys we have...they are on it when something breaks or needs fixed. They have many fun activities, parties, and get together. This is a Community not a Complex! I recommend Autumn Wind to anyone looking for a spacious 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom! Also, they have started upgrading the apartments for a more modern look. If your looking for a beautiful apartment.... COME TO AUTUMN WIND!!!!

Claudia,Melissa and Benny, are the greatest staff to deal with at Autumn Wind.The place is very quiet and secure.I have been living there 3 yrs now without issue.Most tenants are familys with lots of children.There is virtually no noise after 9pm I would not hesitate to move here again.

Great place to live. The manager, Brandi, goes above and beyond for the residents. Should you have an issue she addresses it immediately and makes sure you are her number one priority by dropping what she is doing to address your issue. I have never seen such dedicated staff. If anyone that I know is searching for an apartment/home I always recommend Autumn Wind. The apartments are beautiful, and the property is always clean and well kept, and the landscaping always looks great with beautiful flowers. If you have a maintenance issue it is also addressed quickly and taken care of. Autumn Wind is overall just a really great place to live and have a family. The staff are friendly and always go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Its a great place to call home :)

People are very friendly, the community turns into your family and the maintenance keeps the community very kept up. Claudia and Melissa are very sweet, kind, respectful and always are willing to help me with anything I need. My child and I are so ready for the pool to open and enjoy the sun!!!

I have been living at the Autumn Winds Apartmentswith my 12 year old daughter since July of this year... The staff members are amazing and they go above and beyond their duties in order to make sure the tenants needs are met. They keep the common areas well maintained and neighborhood is great.. Couldnt of made a better choicein finding a place for me and my daughter. Thanks To Brandi and Claudiafor all your help...

Its a nice family oriented place to live. I feel safe letting my kids play outside here because theres no issues. The staff is friendly and helpful if you have an issue they will help to resolve it. If you have any maintenance issues, unless its an emergency, the response time is not always satisfactory. Sometimes your maintenance issues get resolved in a timely manner but sometimes it takes longer than should.

This is a great place to live. The apartments are very nice and spacious. The staff is wonderful. If I ever needed anything they were quick to respond, friendly and helpful! They keep the grounds and apartments very nice ! If you are looking for an apartment I would defiantly recommend Autumn wind !!

I love living here its a really nice area and very clean. Safe for kids which is a plus. Apartments are nice inside and out. Outside is always clean which is good thing for us and dogs in the neighborhood. everyones pretty friendly as well. have no complains

I have lived at Autumn Wind Apartments since Sept. 2012, and I love it here. I feel safe and the community is very friendly. Because there are children in this community, people here make sure to look out for each other; making sure all the children feel secure. The managers are always helpful and friendly.

I was a tenant at autumn winds for two years. My son and his family also reside there. I moved away but am returning because I have found throughout the years of renting different both private and communities such as autumn winds that I have not in past 25 yrs found a better family oriented place to live and raise a family as I have found in autumn winds community. The girls in the office are reliable friendly and wil work with you on any matter that you may have. The maintenance of the ground is clean and maintained by good staff as well. I would recommend autumn winds to anyone and everyone looking for a nice clean family oriented community. Stop in today and see for yourself.

The rental office and community managers are fabulous. They have been accommodating and really care about who lives on site, and how the community looks. The whole apartment community is clean and uses a great landscaping company. Drive by anytime and check out the grass and the seasonal flowers. Very happy here. Very quiet and family friendly.!!!! You get what you pay for here! Great ammendites and living space.

Came in looking for an apartment for winter and the place looks great and the office staff was amazing and so helpful, the landscaping looked great. I got to view an apartment and everything is updated and is modern. I will be recommending to my friends and family!!!

I moved in today!!!! I love my new apartment!!! It has been a pleasure dealing with Brandi in the office... She has been so helpful and accomadating! Claudia has been so helpful also. I havent had a chance to deal with maintenance one on one yet but, Larry and Jose did introduce themselves and explained how to use the appliances air filters etc.... So very helpful!!!! The Community always looks squeaky clean, and I love the Candy Bar at the office is soooo cool!!!!! Thanks Brandi and Claudia!!!!!

Quiet and clean

A month ago I moved to these apartments since I started the paperwork in the office they were very helpful and helpful. THE apartment is very nice, the neighborhood is quiet. I recommend it.

That I can say a very good place, I really lived 2 years ago and I left very happy and today I come back again because I know it is an excellent place, the administration and all the very good attention I recommend them!
