Kru Bishop is probably the best striking instructor I have seen in 10 years. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and motivating when it comes to martial arts. The key aspect of this gym is getting in shape while learning basic to advance skills in Muay Thai. If you are trying to get in shape or preparing for a fighting competition, come to Kai Thai.

Very welcoming and feel like family everyone helps. Bully free classes. BBJ 3 days a week or Muay thai. Im older so Im more focused on BBJ. Plus you dont free pressured when learning. Very good all around school. Stop pass a check it out.

I spoken with Kru Bishop (owner of Kai Thai) over the phone and to hear so much passion for the Art he possessed; I was excited about attending Kai Thai Academy. Mr. Bishop welcomed my family to attend several free classes and we all was left feeling fulfilled. A great environment, friendly and welcoming people, and Kru Bishop is a fantastic instructor. Needless; to say my 8 year old son and I joined Kai Thai Academy and within every session we left feeling we learned something. Never have I ever felt excited about exercising until I joined Kai Thai. I advise anyone and everyone to attend. You will be amazed.
