I ship with every shipping company out there from all across the US. The staff at the Wilson Fed Ex center are some of the best I have encountered. Everywhere else I go there is a wait or issues because they are understaffed, even during Christmas rush I was able to get things done in Wilson. Would rather drive there than use the Kinko’s or Office Depot locations for sure.
I hate shopping online and seeing its getting delivered by FedEx. Drivers from this location are LAZY! I literally live in the country, theres a shower trailer beside the entrace that goes to my house, which is 5 minutes down the same dirt path, and they almost always say incorrect address, and dont bother seeing the sign beside my mailbox that points where to go.
They had my package and were very nice
The center was o.k.except took a few minutes to get someone up front.All in ware house.They went to our house two days in a row and never left any notice on the door,if my mother-in-law had not been there, she is on a walker and we ask her not to go to the door because of our dogs and strangers,we would not have known anyone was there
DO NOT USE FEDEXI had an overnight, Saturday, residential delivery, before noon essential package. I happened to check my email just before lunch and I had an email saying the address was wrong.I called FedEx customer service (bloody computer answering). When I did get to speak with someone, I told them about the message I received. Confirmed they had the correct address. It came down to the driver couldn’t find my house. Regardless that my house is on one of the major main roads in Wilson, ok, I gave the call center person (who was lovely to talk to) very detailed instruction. You know, corner of..., directly across from..., driveway is on... she assured me the package would be on the way as soon as possible. First call: 1:19 pmI downloaded the FedEx app and tracked my package. The error message never went away.I called FedEx customer service again (they were really nice as the first one - they might have been the same person). We discussed the issue. She put me on hold so she could call the case manager assigned to my package/case. No answer. She assured me that she left a message. That I would be receiving a call from the case manager very soon. That I would receive call with updates on its location and expected delivery. There would be no reason to call customers service again. Second call: 4:00ish.I NEVER heard from anyone. I NEVER received my package on Saturday. The only reason I know where it is right now is the app information was finally updated to expected delivery: pending (instead of address error).You cant tell me:They dont have GPSThey dont have computer connection to the main systemThey dont have a way to get important information to the driverThey dont have the ability to reroute the driverThey couldnt deliver my packageNow its Sunday; they dont deliver on Sunday. Maybe Ill get it Monday.I live on one of the main major roads in Wilson. Its not rocket science. I gave street and landmark directions. Why didnt the driver get the information? Why didn’t I receive my package on the day that it was paid to be delivered?UPS can and does find my house, all the time. In fact, Ive never had one issue with deliveries from UPS.USPS can and does deliver to my house, literally every day.Heck, even DHL is able to get packages here.So, my house is not hard to find.Not one time have I not had an issue with FedEx. To be candid, if given a choice, I would never use FedEx.It is now Monday. I was told on Saturday to expect a call from the assigned case manager (in my town). That person NEVER called.So, here it is mid-morning on Monday and my package is still showing delivery as pending and that it had the wrong address (which it did not!). I called customer service, gave them an ear full, and was patched over to a nice lady (Jasmine in the city I live - so, she knew the area).She listened and reviewed the notes. Confirmed that it should have been rerouted on Saturday and that the case manager should have called. I gave her the same direction information that I have already stated three different times already.She said that yes, it was still in the office. That when her late drive comes in around 2:30 she would get it on the truck for delivery and she would have the case manager call me. I let her know I had zero faith in that case manager calling me. Because they were supposed to call me on Saturday and didnt. I requested that she watch over the package. She agreed to reassign the case to herself.Ill let you know if there are additional issues or if it shows up. I mean really FedEx. I live on the major road in my town. I am not hard to find.Monday 3:35 - THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING THE PACKAGE TODAY!!!!!Called customer service AGAIN! Different person - not helpful at all - I asked for the three way call (like we did before) and he wouldnt do it. I needed to SPEAK to the person I talked to this morning. He just wouldnt do it.Of course, I can come get it and normally I would have done that this morning, but as it happens, my car is in the shop.DO NOT USE FEDEX

Driver lied about package delivery attempts twice. Had to drive to another county to pick up my package. Number is on pole at driveway entrance and second attempt I was sitting at the window waiting when I got a notice that driver tried to deliver 5 minutes prior. Customer service lies about complaints being sent because no one calls back to address and they dont answer BBB complaints either.

I asked to have something shipped and the label that I had wouldnt scan but I could have shipped it from there anyway but the girl did not help she wouldnt even try to see about shipping my package because the label wouldnt scan. She was rude and hateful.

I like the delivery people but they never can bring my stuff to my house I always got to run every thing down the excuse they use is I cant find your lot well I say look for the numbers or get your lazy buts out of the truck and knock on a door..
Non delivery for days with me sitting home waiting in North Carolina/Wilson facility. Spoke with 12 reps who were in Asia, El Salvador, Fla., Texas, etc. Last four had no clue what to say except what was on their screens. Ended up calling over 10 times trying to get an express package delivered. fedex handled delivery like they were trying for a medal in Olympics for suckiest delivery service. My vote...Gold.
I arranged online to have my package held at the Wilson FedEx, and I soon got a phone call from the originating FedEx office confirming the same, only to get another call minutes later from the Wilson FedEx office saying that picking up my package wasn’t an option because the shipper required a signature. I asked why I couldn’t sign for it there, but apparently that’s impossible. But - if I wasn’t home for delivery (I knew I was going to be out of town), I could then come sign for and pick up my package at the very same facility.....okay, whatever FedEx. You do you, not worth my time, I’ll figure out a way to have someone to sign for it.But it gets better (read: worse)Then my package arrived at the Wilson FedEx 3 days before the scheduled delivery, so I went over there and explained that I would be out of town on the day of scheduled delivery and asked if I could please pick up my package. The clerk refused, saying that FedEx made a promise to the shipper that they would put it on a truck and deliver it to me, not that they would let me come pick it up. Absolute insanity. I let the clerk know that FedEx customer service is terrible, and she told me that I, the recipient, wasn’t the customer, the shipper was.So, I’m a UPS customer. Easy enough.EDIT: IT GETS EVEN BETTERI arranged for someone to be at my house on the day of delivery (it was an important package). I’m out of town and get an email saying that my package is available for pickup. FEDEX DIDN’T EVEN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER IT. After being told it couldn’t be held for pickup, they did just that (without telling me). My brain instantly melted - now I qualify for a job at FedEx.
Always perfessional in there service and they are very friendly and courteous.
I like this FedEx facility. Its really never crowded and its right off 95 so its super convenient. The folks at the front desk are nice although sometimes you may have to ring the bell an extra time or two (just step through door to trigger). FedEx is a good company and this location a good example of that IMO.
I had many, many boxes to ship for my company and they were heavy. The staff never complained or had anything but smiles on their faces. Super quick too.
Felicia is really good and friendly. She also makes sure your shipping needs fit your price range and still gets there on time.
What is the end of the day according to FedEx? I can tell you its after 6:45pm. Dont make any plans or have to be to work at 6:00pm. Hope that they arent delivering a medication you need. Ill be sure to make sure I request a different carrier on my next order.
Very helpful with shipping a tablet back to Seventh Avenue, that was misrepresented in their catalog. If you ever order anything from Seventh Avenue, make sure you check to see that they shipped what you ordered. Thank you FedEx for helping me out.

I’m having a bad experience with this facility they have sent my shipment back twice always giving me new excuses I was supposed to go pick my package up at the place after talking to a lady there saying if I get there before they close I would be able to pick up my package and for my surprise I drove 30 min and they say my package wasn’t there anymore 😡 so now I have to wait another week til they try to sent back again and this time I put down a different address they better make it rite 😡
Highly disappointed!!! After this experience, i will no longer be a fedex customer! I paid for 2 day shipping and will not get my package until day 4, if it even arrives then. After multiple notifications stating delivery is for today by 8pm, a fedex rep tells me that my package was sent back to this facility yesterday (the orginal delivery day) bc of an address issue and that i can drive 30min away to pick it up or wait for delivery tomorrow...note, fedex has made several deliveries at this same address in the last 2 months with no problems. Not a single person attempted to contact me (im a registered user on fedex site so they have all my contact info) to resolve their supposedly issue so that my package could be delivered the very next day (today). Just now I contact a fedex rep to see what was going on and reconfirmed the address, she said they cant send it out today bc there is NO PM DRIVER and the AM drivers had already left for the day! So why the heck am i still getting notifications right now showing that delivery is by 8PM TODAY when its not even on the van for delivery!!?? She has no answer except an apology. Right after we hang up, someone from this wilson shipping center calls me to say the same thing. Also yesterday the company i ordered from sent me a notification stating my package had been delievered, when it was not...why is that!!?? Im am so FURIOUS, bc someone from this FedEx facility should have contacted me yesterday upon the arrival of my package or first thing this morning before the delivery vans left for the day since there is no PM driver! This is ridiculous bc if i had paid for USPS my package would already be here by now and would have costed me half the price! This package is a gift for my sisters birthday today which is why i had chosen to pay extra for 2 day shipping so that it would arrive before today. The woman i spoke with assured me that my package would be arriving tomorrow (which will be day 4) so lets wait and see.
Front desk lady is rude. She poked her head out and say me waiting and went back about her business without even asking if I needed help. Waited 15 minutes for her to come out. Had to call corporate for help getting her to do her job. Took my business elsewhere.

Was told by an email from FedEx to bring a package to the store to have them print a label. FedEx shipping center cant print their own labels for a package if it is prepaid.... had to drive to Staples to have them print it out. FAIL.
If it had not been for the gentleman who was willing to look for my package, Id have given it just 2 stars. I was expecting a package and had placed a hold to pick up at this facility. I did as instructed and waited to be notified that the package was ready to be picked up. I wasnt sure how that notification would be coming, but 45 mins later a lady called to let me know my package was ready for pick up. I drove 30 mins to Wilson and when I gave the FedEx clerk the tracking number, she told me she had no way of knowing where the package was and went on to tell me the package wasnt due to my house until the following day. She seemed reluctant to listen despite me showing the call history on my phone and describing the voice I spoke with. A gentleman happened to come out from the back and the clerk presented the problem after I insisted I did in fact get the call. He took the info and returned with my package in less than 5 mins. This mans willingness to solve the problem, the speed at which the lady who called to let me know package was ready for pick up, and the cleanliness of the facility is what earned the 4 stars.
Several shipments of mine have been delivered to the wrong address over the years, but today I am pissed so I decided to right a review. They have no way of communicating with their drivers. If they did. All they would have to do today is contact him, have him backtrack to where he left my package and get it to me. Not to mention, according to the tracking info, it looks like their truck pulled off 2 days in a row before they finally realized they had left the package ay the faxilitu and finally got it on the truck.

The worker that is there with her hair shaved off on one side, she was very rude this morning, we didn’t even want to ask her questions & when she came out the door you can see on her face she didn’t want to work, and when she asked for the identification we asked which one and she just stared at us .... who does that, I will be speaking to a higher authority on this Felicia I think that’s her name !!
