It was really clean with and up to date with the wide variety of washers and dryers.

I like the one on Downing I like that the attendant is on top of her job!!!The attendant I have been in contact with is nice and has a good personality with equal work ethic.

WOW !! Its very nice, quite clean & coin free. Excellent machines, but the only thing that I didnt like were the dryers every 5 minutes. The upmost thing about the Wash House is that it stays open 24 hrs / day. Coin free washing & dryers, YES. Thank You.

If you go late at night theres no crowd

The place is very clean however I do laundry before work. I have been coming at 5:30 am for some time. The last two times there were people sleeping in cars on the parking lot. A couple in and out of womens bathroom together. Made a otherwise good experience very very uncomfortable.

Just wished I had known machines no longer take quarters. You have to load their card, $1.15 for their card. Then select how much you think your wash will cost.

It was descent. Nice and clean. There was an attendant on duty during the time I was there and thats why it was in good shape.

I love going here to this particular Wash House. Plenty of washers and dryers.

This is the most overpriced wash house. Compared to the rocky mount one. Example. Rocky mount prices. ( small washers are 1 dollar and the small dryers are 25 cents for 15 minutes) this location is 2.75 dollars for a small washer and 25 cents for only 5 minutes dryers. Equipment its the same.

I go here all the time. I like it because it stays opened 24 hours. So it doesnt matter when I have to wash clothes their always open. You can watch the news while you was and dry your clothes. And they try to keep it nice and clean. I also like the big dryers cause you can dry a lot of clothes at one time and they dry very well .

First let me start by explaining why im not giving 5 stars. This is a 24 hour laundry and even as it looks safe i would feel better if they offered a way to pay with a card. They have vending machines for snacks that take credit so offering credit on washers should be an option.I am overjoyed to discover this laundry so close to my house. There is one closer to me but they close early. This location stays open 24 hours which is what I need. When I first approached I got the impression it was filled because almost every spot in the parking lot had cars. I was happy to find out that inside it was tons of machines that I could use to handle my laundry. You will also find enough carts to take your laundry out of the was and load in one of the abundance of dryers.You will find machines as small as double load to several eight load machines. All machines are front loading, no top loading options which means you can stuff or get out the dirt without harming your clothes. On this visit I didnt notice any machines down which is another plus.The place is brightly lit and clean.Unlike the other location they offer more space to fold your clothes. Several large tables right on both sides of the laundry and several small ones scattered about. There are several tables offering seating in case you want to eat or do work.In closing, give this location a chance. You can only clean your clothes at your convenience.

Clean, customer beside me was extremely helpful

Well the wash house its self is great its the only one open for 24hrs. It gets 3 stars for safety because the windows is tinted from the inside so u cant see who is outside. One night I went there at 2am and if u look really hard u can see through the tint a little bit and there was a car outside watching me. I was the only one inside and there were no other dryers and washer being usused. The vending machines are always out of order.

It was closed right before midnight on Dec. 24th

While here washing the Hispanic come in like its a race to see who can wash and dry the fastest. Then they in here talking other people clothes out the washing machines. Then they stand so close to you while you take your clothes out the washing machines you cant even back up so they can get the machine. Im done.

I used the Wash House last night for the first time. I had an issue with a washing machine that got handled immediately. Very clean, accessible, and safe feeling. Very impressed!

Clean washers and dryers, reasonably priced in comparison to others and open 24 hours which is a big plus.

Clean laundromat with good front loaders in multiple sizes. On Sunday you can watch the Mexicans play soccer on the field across the street. Wilson is a nice town.

I come here for convenience, but after todays visit this will be my last time coming. There was a rush of Hispanics that came in off a bus. They took and I do mean they took all washers and dryers. They were taking peoples clothing out of the machines and moving baskets. The attendant their catered to the Hispanics only...helping them take baskets and move clothing. It was a pure mess. So Everyone else had to get in where you fit in.

Its just your regular laundromat. It is big though & has many different sized washers & 2 different dryers. It isnt really the cleanest place though. I have NEVER seen an attendant on duty...EVER! And the 2 bathrooms are absolutely disgusting!!

Pretty good laundromat. Coin operated with restrooms, video games, and snack machines.

All machines are working. The washers really get your clothes clean although you can cut how much soap you use in half by how machines work. The dryers get really hot so that cuts down your time youll spend their too. They have clean restrooms and vending machines.

Washed my brand new sheet set and comforter. Something in the washer snagged every thing and destroyed them.. Havent even had the set a month and they were Egyptian cotten so not cheap destroyed by a washing machine.

Needed help and still have no idea who, if anyone was working there.

Love the giant washers! I have a large family and can get our laundry done fast, plus it is clean, well lit, and has wi-fi!

My vist was not for use of their services but was with a freind that did. They have modernized public laundry services and would be my pick of laundramats if ever I need one.

Great place to wash your clothes

Prices are high and detergent areas and tops of washers are always caked with other detergents (powder and liquid). Washers smell bad a lot of the time, like the last persons clothes were filthy and didnt get clean. Staff seems to spend a lot of time standing around chatting with any Hispanic customer in the building. The only benefit of using this place was getting all laundry done in short amount of time, but thats any laundromat you go to not special to this place.

Lots of washers and dryers! The machines work including the change machine and the vending machines! The bathroom was clean and they have a video game (that also works) in case you you get bored.
