I bought a watchband from these folks 4 months ago. The band is coming apart so I took the band and the reciept back to the store. They wouldnt replace it and said theyd give me 1/2 off if I wanted to buy another band. Terrible way to treat a customer, Ill never come back to this store.

I do not normally write reviews. However, after going in and meeting Margaret and the personal attention I received with picking out the right jewelry to match my taste. Margaret makes you feel like you have your own personal jeweler looking out for your best interest. If you have a piece in mind and the store does not carry the piece, Margret will go out and find it for you. You do not have to worry about Margaret trying to sale you something you do not want or lying to you. When Margret tells you she will call yo back, you better believe she will. If nothing more go in Saslows and meet Margaret and I believe you will feel the same way I do! Notice. I I did not say go in and but anything, even if just looking Margaret will be there to assist you, whether you purchase anything or not. Sometime you just want product information and price ranges to think about and Margret is more than happy to assist you!

Love this store!! I was treated so well from the first second I stepped into the store and it’s been consistent every time I go. They treated me like I had a million dollars to spend, even though they didn’t know the first thing about me. Once they knew my budget (which wasn’t a lot at all) they still treated me the same. I’ve been there several times since, and I feel more like family than a customer. Never ONCE did they feel pushy, impatient or try to steer me into something I didn’t want. They always treat me with respect and like I have a million to spend!! I will NEVER shop anywhere else for jewelry. Went in to check out the sales with all these clearance signs. Everyone seemed really nice and it seems like a nice store. Larger than the other jewelry shoppes in town. I came in for just a few minutes but it was so hot I had sweat in my eyes!! Will be back soon!!

I just had the best experience at this location. I was looking for simple help on a watch and I left with unbelievable satisfactory. I was greeted immediately by Margret and Kim with huge smiles and and ready to help attitude. They answered every question I had and more. When you begin to search for an engagement ring it can be scary. After visiting about ten jewelry stores I walked into Saslows and Margaret was a breath of fresh air. She took time to explain what I was looking at and was very attentive to my needs. She didnt try to sell anything. She just guided and let you make your own decision. My husband went to Saslows with his design for my engagement ring. They created it and the wedding band to go with it. It is gorgeous. Miss Margaret and her staff are amazing. They are knowledgeable, and guided me to the watches that would be right for me, given my profession and activities. They were patient to satisfy my curiosity in trying different styles, and they went out of their way to be sure that the watch Id leave with is one I love - and with smiles and pleasantries the whole time. My husband and I got a watch from Belks for my mom and decided to get it engraved. We shopped around for prices and a friend went there for his engagement/wedding rings so we stopped by there. They welcomed us as soon as we got there, answered all our questions and just so friendly. The engraving quote was cheaper than the other places. Heather said she would call me with the price and it was what she had quoted but I added a music note on and so it was a bit more. I told her to go ahead and that was fine. 10 days later Heather called me back and when I picked it up the watch was beautiful. The engraving was perfect. They did such a great job and well worth the money and wait. they are over 5 stars and we will be going back there in the future.Thank u Heather and all the staff there.

I went in recently, having no idea what I was doing as far as shopping for jewelry, and everyone was SO helpful and kind! Not only did I find something beautiful (I ended up with a GORGEOUS necklace for a close friends upcoming wedding), but they also helped me find something in my price range. Very nice store with better selection than other stores I’ve seen in the area with a good mix of diamonds and other stones. Loved the levian collection I was shown! I received some of the absolute best customer service from a young man (can’t quite remember his name sorry!) that went out of his way to not only help me locate a pice I was looking for but also cleaned my jewelry and change my watch battery he was very polite and friendly! I will definitely come back the next time I am in the Wilson-Greenville area!

So my husband got insurance on.my ring and you need to pay to get it resized ONLY if it needs to go OVER 2 sizes (jeweler told me to go up 3 sizes because fingers swell up in the summer time and it was cold that day) but I feel like they wanted me to go over 3 sizes instead of 2 just to profit just to make an extra 20 bucks because now im washing my hands and my ring keeps slipping off and its fustrating and uncomfortable I keep having to.push it back down and I already had to wait a week to get it resized I really dont want to get it resized again and wait another week im not tripping over the 20 bucks I just think his opinion was wrong I told him the 2 sizes up was a great fit but he insisted on the 3rd size up which I didnt kno I had to pay for until the following week when I had to pick it up if he would have listened to my opinion I feel like my ring wouldnt be slipping off constantly right now bt whatever its my fault for not being more agressive with the staff thanks for reading.
